Asgardian/Human Hybrid Physiology:

Being a demi-god, Vilhelm has never really had issues with his health. His body is more developed than those of his peers.

Superhuman Strength:

Being born of an Asgardian god, he inherited the strength of his father. Able to punch through brick and bend steel. Along those lines, he can run fast and longer, jump higher and further, and perform other physical feats not possible to mere humans.

Invulnerability:

His mythical birth affords him immunity against earthly ailments. He can also withstand more extreme temperatures and other hostile environmental effects that other humans cannot, such as radiation, being deprived of oxygen for a prolonged period of time and such.

Healing Factor:

As the son of a god, Vilhelm can recover from minor injuries in mere minutes, the breaking of bone takes him days and major organ injury may take him weeks to recover. However, he cannot regenerate a part of his body that has been lost.

Lightning/Electrokinesis:

The power of his birth father grants him control of electricity and it other manifestations.

Flight:

Combining his jumping ability and god-like strength, Vilhelm can perform feats that grant him short distance flight.

Bio:

Born of an Asgardian and Earthling, Vilhelm grew up on Earth instead of Asgard, at his father's discretion. Living with his mother, Jane, Vilhelm grew and thrived just as any other children on Earth would. He did not know of his powers, until they started manifesting, first with the god-like strength he inherited from his father. Then other things started to follow.

At age Eight, he learned that his father had perished. Being rather estranged with him, his mental state was not greatly affected. However, this news sent his mother into a great state of distress. Even though they constantly had assistance from an organization he later came to know as SHIELD, he can still detect the stress and sadness his mother was feeling.

As he grew up, his mother had him enrolled in various athletic programs to curb his appetite to use and expand on his powers. Some of them was conducted through school, while others were conducted at special 'camps' ran by SHIELD. During all of these, he learned to control his ever-growing strength and harness them so that they do not become a hinderance.

Around his eighteenth birthday, a agent of SHIELD approached him and his mother, asking him to at least spend some time at the head quarter. His mother, wanting him to learn about his father and the family they would have had, gladly accepted the offer and thus he was sent to SHIELD, to learn of his family...

Other:

Bother of Victor, but neither of them knows it as one grew up in Asgard and the other on Earth.

I think it might be worth creating a list of the supers who have been used as parents, and whether that person would mind them being used again or not, as this seems like it's going to be a reoccurring problem

that was one of the biggest parts Ozone's character was that he is an only child and that Thor had no other Heir's. I would honestly rather no other children of Thor be in this.
