"Do you enjoy video games? Anime? Cartoons?" shouted out assorted flyers and posters throughout the city "Learn how it's like to BE in one!" They all claimed that people could learn how it felt to be literally inside of their favorite forms of animated media. However, few people really thought anything of it by way of dismissing such claims as an art or tech college advertisement trying a new ploy to get students. Though, to the shock of those who did decide to follow applications and got accepted, the participants found themselves entering not a college, but a high-tech laboratory with a series of tubes. Once everybody was there, the participants were informed that, once inside of the tubes, the overseers were going to use the forms and pictures that the participants submitted, digitalizing them on “the the other” of the screen. This, in turned, would allow the participants to meet their favorite characters from their favorite animated media as the character they submitted. To keep the immersion real, the participants would be able to interact with, and be interacted by, anything and everything that was there, but death wouldn’t be permanent. Instead, a death of the created character would force them to wake up inside of the real world, all of the memories of being on “the other side” locked inside of their head to share with others. On another note, they would be able to have all of the powers, strengths, personalities, and much more of their created characters, to the point where it’d blur the lines between reality and “the other side”.

Thanks for the input as for your question, I'm not too sure how many, but I'm thinking no more than 5 "Visitors" and 10 "Residents". That said, other Residents can be used as needed for the plot/details/etc.

I Prefer Casual. In free there is to much speed posting and someone like me who works will be left behind with walls and walls of text to read up on and thats just bad.

I am not understanding this part. If if our character dies on "The other side," They wake up as us with all their powers? Or are you saying We wake up with their knowledge locked inside or heads? OR are you saying they are reborn in the real world?
