ALso if a helicopter doesn't work... Mech.
Instead of stalking this thread like I've been doing, I'm going to go ahead and throw my interest in if it isn't too late, or full.

IF you want I'm quite good with coming up with Sci-Fi ish tech with explanations behind their workings as well if you want a hand with that. Been doing so with my own RP.

Then you are VERY welcome.
also, in regards to mechs, I'm for them as much as any other tech, but I'd like to advise restraint.
Though this is a future of fantastic technology, it's also a time where resources are scant. Mechs like an advanced version of the loader from 'Aliens' or blatant rip-offs of the stuff from Lost Planet 2 would be interesting, but not nuclear powered behemoths covered in missiles like Pacific Rim or Gundam :P.
My vamp char could be part of the group's muscle, possibly surveillance as well. Also, these vampyres are killed by sunlight, right? I'm fine either way.

I was meaning more like walker style stuff, akin to AT-TES or AT-ATS from star wars. More like walking tanks to "SUPER WEAPONS OF DESTRUCTION AND ROBOT BADASSERY"

More subterranean mutants, so blind in sunlight and easily burned by short term exposure and extensively harmed by long term.

You're thinking kinda like this?
<Snipped quote by Valhalla>
......."Full"?

I just noticed you had quite a bit of interest in this idea so I wasn't sure how you felt about more people joining.
I am incredibly interested in this. I'm happy to throw ideas around too.
For the Wilde were you looking for truly evil? You could have weird creatures with human faces and extra appendages. Twisted things, driven mad with the pain of their deformity. Some cunning, some raving, destructive animals. No two would have to look alike, which leaves more room for imagination, and makes it so the enemy could have unknown abilities.
Also, the front page something about magic. Will that still be involved, or is this going to be mainly tech-y?

The inevitable question... OOC?
