At long last, a jonin! Or specifically: my jonin.

Tsukiko's body has been toned by a lifetime of rigorous activity, while still retaining an inherent beauty. More often than not Tsukiko will be wearing her 'activity' clothes (see above), even during times of leisure. On that same subject: she is never seen wearing her jonin jacket aside from formal events. She is rarely seen without her necklace or her earrings, both clearly handmade and aged.
She has often been described to have a wild appearance, with her long black hair usually disheveled and her clothes never quite aligned right. The tale of the Honey Badger begins twenty years ago, when a group of shinobi found a young girl deep within a jungle along the south of the Land of Fire. Saying she was "found" is a slight exaggeration, as she attacked their camp in the middle of the night. The shinobi were able to subdue the girl and return her to civilization. Her understanding of human speech was limited, but she learned quickly. After some interrogation it was concluded that she was raised by paranoid parents living out in the woods. Some years in the past they had disappeared and left this girl to survive in the wild on her own.
Seeing her as no real threat to Konoha, they let her go. She was dropped off at an orphanage in Downtown Konoha, where she spent six months before finding a family. A middle-class family, the Umene. They owned but a small ramen shop. Though they had a boy already, one only a few years older than Tsukiko, the mother of the family had recently had to undergo surgery. They were having no more kids naturally. With room for one more they took Tsukiko in. Her wild attitude provided a stark contrast to their everyday life. And so they enrolled her in school.
Being trained as a shinobi used her energy much more effectively than letting her run rampant in the streets of Smalltown. While she wasn't booksmart in the slightest, she more than made up for it in her physical capability and quick learning. Tsukiko didn't make many friends, but she made plenty of enemies. She enjoyed the opportunities to fight other kids, hoping that by defeating them she could lure out teachers to fight. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. At the end of the day she was always one of the biggest hassles, but she was unquestionably one of the best shinobi in her class.
Tsukiko became a chunin at the age of 17, graduating highschool the same year. While her older brother, a much more tame man, would go on to work in the Intelligence Department, Tsukiko wanted to get as much action as possible rather than as little. She tried her hand at police work but was soon recommended to take a different position due to her overly-violent practices. She moved between positions as a shinobi, most often taking oddjobs as they came so long as they provided some action, for several years. It wasn't until she became a jonin at 23 that Tsukiko found her calling: hunting.
An impulse vacation reunited Tsukiko with the wilderness she had spent her childhood in, bringing back a nature that had been previously thought to be tamed out of her. She has since viewed everything in her life as a hunt. From hunting actual animals in her free time to tracking down and assassinating dangerous shinobi. Her affinity for hunting shinobi got her noticed, making her somewhat infamous depending on the social circle. Many of the residents of Downtown hate her, and considering she lives by herself in a shanty apartment in Downtown she often gets visits from such people. On the flip side, many of the higher-ups and older shinobi appreciate her specialty because it makes their lives easier and safer. Nicknamed "The Honey Badger" for her deceptively cute appearance and unforgivingly violent nature, Tsukiko lives life on a day-to-day basis. Life has become one big hunt for her, and she loves hunting.
【Family Ties】
With no knowledge of her actual parents or family, Tsukiko is perfectly integrated into her adoptive family. She was raised just as one of their own, making the lack of blood relation entirely irrelevant. Like an apex predator she will stalk and analyze her prey before going in for the kill. The goal is to strike fast and hard, exploiting weak points and giving her quarry no time to react. This tactic often leaves the target mutilated or otherwise incapacitated. For groups of targets Tsukiko will use a hit-and-run strategy to handle them one at a time and instill fear while inflicting damage. I think the D rank subjugation techniques should be upped in rank. Why? Because for a D rank they are surprisingly effective at paralysing an enemy - either upscale or add in something pertaining to how to break free imo.

“Why would I need to practice, Yamato, you are already good enough for the both of us!”
Rei takes more after her mother than her father, unlike Yamato who's taken after his father. As a result the two have vastly different facial structures as well as body types - however they're both quite lightweight. Unlike her brother, Rei has a rounded face and a very soft skin. Her eyes are a light blueish color, and are slightly slanted.
She mostly wears top brand clothes such as Supreme, Adidas and Nike. Not because she's pretentious but because the family can afford it. And if you can afford it why not buy it if you like it. Looking up to her brother she copies his style, wearing slip ins with a floral motive. Although she'd like to look more like him (he's her example, though she'd never admit as much) her position as daughter of a bussiness man, who is involved in the Yakuza, prevents her from dressing as such and forces her to wear skirts and the like - not a thing she overly hates because she can combine them with knee high socks, something she's said to be decently cute. Besides that they accentuate her figure, which she's got from her mom - an hourglass figure and wide hips.

Rei is a happy girl who provides a stark contrast to her brother Yamato. Being pretty much an exact opposite in personality, she is friendly, cheerful and respectful towards everyone at all moments - yes, even when she's grumpy she'll make an effort to excuse herself for it. Due to this she's quite popular, although you could wonder if this is because of herself or because her brother is Yamato, a popular boy in the lower grades, especially amongst the girls who seem to frequently want to stay over at the Minamoru residence to “sleep over at Rei's”.
When dealing with authorities such as jonins or chunins, or any other sort of authority who ranks higher in the hierarchy, she seems to listen well but often dwells off during briefings or lectures - she isn't sure if she even wants to be a shinobi and mostly is taking classes in it because she wants to follow in Yamato's footsteps, although she doesn't seem to want to put effort towards this goal. She frequently declines Yamato's harsh offers to train together, stating she has plans already (usually comprised of buying makeup or clothes in the Financial District with friends.. daddy's creditcard.)
【History】
Ever since birth Rei was overshadowed by Yamato in all aspects except in love - being a girl she drew closer to her mother, and father always wanted to protect her so she was never lacking in the attention department either. However she was always forced to hear about Yamato's greatness during dinner and other family meetings, something she doesn't feel warm or cold towards. It seems to be accepted as a fact of life that Yamato is a better shinobi, something that hasn't really impacted her relationships with mom and dad anyway so she hardly cares. Matter of fact it seems to have fostered and nurtured a great amount of respect and forced her to look up to her older brother, something she'd never admit and something he'd never notice.
She seemed to do quite alright in base school, never really doing above average but always managing to get a proper pass on any test. Teachers loved her, despite not being a great student, due to her brother being a good student before her. This caused them to constantly reminisce about things Yamato mastered before anyone else and led to them expecting the same of her - although they were quick to realize that this would probably not be the case. Now that she's passed her base school exams she's become a genin, and she's now in shinobi high school, to become a chunin and partaking in genin missions in the designated times as well in her free time whenever she's called on by her sensei. Formerly her sensei was Tsukike Umene, the “Honeybadger” and although they weren't compatible in styles, she enjoyed her time with the sensei, who was a bit wild and strange at times but was a good teacher none the less. Furthermore she was extremely beautiful, something that always drew Rei closer to her and that made her want to be like Tsukike - sadly for her it would never come to this as sensei was pulled away from the team following a reorganisation in favor of a new experiment to divide the teams into variable teams handpicked for each missions. Currently her sensei is a man named Kirimoro, who specialises in medical jutsu. Rei is a happy girl who provides a stark contrast to her brother Yamato. Being pretty much an exact opposite in personality, she is friendly, cheerful and respectful towards everyone at all moments - yes, even when she's grumpy she'll make an effort to excuse herself for it. Due to this she's quite popular, although you could wonder if this is because of herself or because her brother is Yamato, a popular boy in the lower grades, especially amongst the girls who seem to frequently want to stay over at the Minamoru residence to “sleep over at Rei's”.
When dealing with authorities such as jonins or chunins, or any other sort of authority who ranks higher in the hierarchy, she seems to listen well but often dwells off during briefings or lectures - she isn't sure if she even wants to be a shinobi and mostly is taking classes in it because she wants to follow in Yamato's footsteps, although she doesn't seem to want to put effort towards this goal. She frequently declines Yamato's harsh offers to train together, stating she has plans already (usually comprised of buying makeup or clothes in the Financial District with friends.. daddy's creditcard.)

Ever since birth Rei was overshadowed by Yamato in all aspects except in love - being a girl she drew closer to her mother, and father always wanted to protect her so she was never lacking in the attention department either. However she was always forced to hear about Yamato's greatness during dinner and other family meetings, something she doesn't feel warm or cold towards. It seems to be accepted as a fact of life that Yamato is a better shinobi, something that hasn't really impacted her relationships with mom and dad anyway so she hardly cares. Matter of fact it seems to have fostered and nurtured a great amount of respect and forced her to look up to her older brother, something she'd never admit and something he'd never notice.
She seemed to do quite alright in base school, never really doing above average but always managing to get a proper pass on any test. Teachers loved her, despite not being a great student, due to her brother being a good student before her. This caused them to constantly reminisce about things Yamato mastered before anyone else and led to them expecting the same of her - although they were quick to realize that this would probably not be the case. Now that she's passed her base school exams she's become a genin, and she's now in shinobi high school, to become a chunin and partaking in genin missions in the designated times as well in her free time whenever she's called on by her sensei. Formerly her sensei was Tsukike Umene, the “Honeybadger” and although they weren't compatible in styles, she enjoyed her time with the sensei, who was a bit wild and strange at times but was a good teacher none the less. Furthermore she was extremely beautiful, something that always drew Rei closer to her and that made her want to be like Tsukike - sadly for her it would never come to this as sensei was pulled away from the team following a reorganisation in favor of a new experiment to divide the teams into variable teams handpicked for each missions. Currently her sensei is a man named Kirimoro, who specialises in medical jutsu. Mika is a beautiful young lady, providing yet another sharp contrast within the Minamoru when you compare her against Reijo, the father. She has beautiful fair skin and a lovely blonde hair colour, that glistens in the sun when it shines on it.
Her dress style accentuates her body, which has curves in the right places. Her hourglass figure shines through especially well since she wears tight fitting tanktops and flowery skirts underneath - although this accentuation is more by accident than by choice.

For his age, Reijo looks relatively young. This can be explained through the illicit black market trade in Senju DNA. Not just any DNA mind you, DNA that is said to be of Hashirama himself, and that was genetically engineered to sustain life. While it isn't proven to make you immortal, or even make your life longer by even a year (there's a lot of fake DNA going around) it does help make you look younger. For that reason a lot of.. ladies of satin sheets.. invest in it using two years worth of wages to look younger.
Being rich, Reijo has also been able to afford it. As such he looks younger, much much younger, than his actual age. Reijo wears a lot of suits given his position in bussiness, politics and his underworld criminal career. Besides, suits look good on him, you can't deny that. And anyone knows.. if you cross mr. White Lily you'll find a white lily on your pillow, which will turn red afterwards, and not through alchemy but using your blood. Sort of like finding a horse head on your bed - although that's much too bloody and way too much work.
He can be compassionate and friendly even when dealing with the opposite sex, but is very territorial and aggressive when dealing with the same sex as him - men will often face a different treatment. Not to say that they are the most powerful nowadays - there are still many other Yakuza groups and clans in the village that the White Lilies simply can't take down. But Reijo's respect for tradition and the like have prevented him from attacking them - they operate with a peace mandate that is only to be broken when someone acts outside of their turfs.
As he rose to power one of the first things he did was end a long lasting feud with the Red Crows, a group headed by an Uchiha who claims to be a descendant from Itachi himself, a bold claim that is false according to most but they're a powerful faction. As a result of this peace he was allowed to build up a power base, raising the income and recruiting many of the ronin who had escaped the samurai castles that were closing themselves off of foreign influences for fear of technology. These ronin proved to be useful when the Red Crows attacked again, betraying the White Lilies and attacking them right at the heart - the White Lily compound in Smalltown. The ronin were barely recruited for a week when they were forced to fight these enemies, who hadn't anticipated swordmen with chakra capabilities - needless to say they all died and Reijo assimilated the Red Crows. The rest is history!

She possesses a normal height with a rather slim body, it is definitely well trained and her muscles are clearly honed, but her muscles does not show that much, keeping her frame rather elegant. However her body isn’t what you would call curvaceous, instead she is more flat chested and boyish characters, though her appearance is still undoubtedly that of a young woman. Her features are thin and smooth, she is no doubt an appealing girl, but she is clearly not one that puts too much focus on her appearance so it would be better to say that she holds a natural beauty, without standing out too much.

Naomi's fighting style can best be described as fast, agile, precise and deadly. She relies heavily on her advanced skills in taijutsu combined with the ninjutsu carried down from the long history of her clan. She is a character that never does anything unnecessary, always trying to improve on her accuracy and speed. This is heavily based on the arts of her clan: Gentle Fist. She utilizes her clan's abilities to the best, instead of focusing on strength or fierceness, she instead aims to damage the opponent from the inside, quickly hitting their pressure points in order to incapacitate her opponent - in fact she rarely, if ever, kills her opponents, instead she uses just enough energy to make them incapable of continuing the fight. You should not, however, mistake this for kindness nor lack of ability to deal the finishing blow: The ninja known as Hyuuga Naomi has gotten the reputation of a ruthless killer. While she does not aim to kill her opponents, she does not hold back either if she realizes that it is impossible to incapacitate the opponent, instead she will try and end the fight in any way possible, using her speed and precision to her best advantage.
Naomi can best be described as a close combat master: she excels at fast close quarter combat where she can rely on her precision and her fighting style to quickly deal a series of devastating blows – however if she is forced into any form of ranged combat she becomes extremely lacking. If she is ever forced into such a situation the only thing she has to rely on is her tremendous speed to either slip away or bring her up close. It is this speed that has made her famous: she is among some of the fastest, most agile ninjas in Konoha – however this specialization has come at a price: she possesses neither the strength of others nor the, as mentioned, the ranged combat.
However despite her being heralded as a prodigy within her own clan and village, she is not a character that will succumb to her own feelings nor continue a fight if it becomes apparent that she will lose. Instead she would rather try and retreat and continue the fight another day.
It should be noted that Naomi is also a keen student and user of medical jutsu, utilizing her intellect and the abilities gained by her Kekkei Genkai to her benefits when she needs to take care of injuries.

Naomi’s Byakugan emphasizes her perception more than range: she can ‘only’ see a radius of 75 meters around her, however she possesses much greater perception, being able to notice minute details and clearly see changes in chakra. Furthermore she is a keen student of the past in order to learn the ways of her clan and other ninjas. THis has taught her how Hyuuga Neji managed to fill in the blind spot just behind the thoracic vertebra
Weaknesses:
The mighty Byakugan really holds no major weaknesses, however Naomi does: she is is a master in close quarter combat, but she becomes helpless beyond anything outside her close vicinity. If she cannot rely on her speed, agility and perception she is pretty much done for and can do nothing but evade, run or get hurt.
Furthermore her personality has also been proven to be a weakness at times: she is a genius fighter that can calmly analyse different combat situation and value her options, but if she comes up against an opponent that relies more on brute strength and ferocity (think Naruto) she has a tough time find that her predictions falter to reality which can cause her otherwise calm and collected personality to not function and she loses all hope for survival.

Description: Gentle Step Twin Fists is a ninjutsu similar in characteristics as Hinata’s ‘Gentle Step Twin Lion Fists’, however Naomi has tweaked it to fit her own style: instead of forming two lion heads at the end of each of her fists, she instead begins to emit what appears as smoke trails, or strings of chakra. Else it acts completely the same as the original Gentle Step Twin Lion Fists.

Description: This jutsu requires a user that has a great deal of control over their inner energies as it requires a constant flow of chakra - if there are any inconsistencies with the flow it can easily backfire and hurt the user instead. What it essentially does is to manipulate the user’s chakra into lightning at the user’s fingertips/hands. This doesn’t cause much damage, but instead it causes convulsions and light pain to the area it touches. What makes this jutsu so terrifying is that if aimed correctly and it hits a tenketsu it can cause short term paralysis to the muscles in that area. The duration of the paralysis depends on the amount of chakra the user emits, but it usually lasts 1-2 seconds. This is one of the reasons why it works incredibly well with a Byakugan user.

While she does not aim to kill her opponents, she does not hold back either if she realizes that it is impossible to incapacitate the opponent, instead she will try and end the fight in any way possible, using her speed and precision to her best advantage.
Naomi can best be described as a close combat master: she excels at fast close quarter combat where she can rely on her precision and her fighting style to quickly deal a series of devastating blows – however if she is forced into any form of ranged combat she becomes extremely lacking. If she is ever forced into such a situation the only thing she has to rely on is her tremendous speed to either slip away or bring her up close. It is this speed that has made her famous: she is among some of the fastest, most agile ninjas in Konoha – however this specialization has come at a price: she possesses neither the strength of others nor the, as mentioned, the ranged combat.
However despite her being heralded as a prodigy within her own clan and village, she is not a character that will succumb to her own feelings nor continue a fight if it becomes apparent that she will lose. Instead she would rather try and retreat and continue the fight another day.
It should be noted that Naomi is also a keen student and user of medical jutsu, utilizing her intellect and the abilities gained by her Kekkei Genkai to her benefits when she needs to take care of injuries.

Strengths:
Naomi’s Byakugan emphasizes her perception more than range: she can ‘only’ see a radius of 75 meters around her, however she possesses much greater perception, being able to notice minute details and clearly see changes in chakra. Furthermore she is a keen student of the past in order to learn the ways of her clan and other ninjas. THis has taught her how Hyuuga Neji managed to fill in the blind spot just behind the thoracic vertebra
Weaknesses:
The mighty Byakugan really holds no major weaknesses, however Naomi does: she is is a master in close quarter combat, but she becomes helpless beyond anything outside her close vicinity. If she cannot rely on her speed, agility and perception she is pretty much done for and can do nothing but evade, run or get hurt.
Furthermore her personality has also been proven to be a weakness at times: she is a genius fighter that can calmly analyse different combat situation and value her options, but if she comes up against an opponent that relies more on brute strength and ferocity (think Naruto) she has a tough time find that her predictions falter to reality which can cause her otherwise calm and collected personality to not function and she loses all hope for survival.

Range:Short range, the length of the user’s reach.
Description: Gentle Step Twin Fists is a ninjutsu similar in characteristics as Hinata’s ‘Gentle Step Twin Lion Fists’, however Naomi has tweaked it to fit her own style: instead of forming two lion heads at the end of each of her fists, she instead begins to emit what appears as smoke trails, or strings of chakra. Else it acts completely the same as the original Gentle Step Twin Lion Fists.
Jutsu name: Raiton Release: Gentle Paralysis.
Rank: C.
Range: Short range.
Description: This jutsu requires a user that has a great deal of control over their inner energies as it requires a constant flow of chakra - if there are any inconsistencies with the flow it can easily backfire and hurt the user instead. What it essentially does is to manipulate the user’s chakra into lightning at the user’s fingertips/hands. This doesn’t cause much damage, but instead it causes convulsions and light pain to the area it touches. What makes this jutsu so terrifying is that if aimed correctly and it hits a tenketsu it can cause short term paralysis to the muscles in that area. The duration of the paralysis depends on the amount of chakra the user emits, but it usually lasts 1-2 seconds. This is one of the reasons why it works incredibly well with a Byakugan user.

Naomi has a calm and for most part a quiet personality: she tends to keep her voice to herself and evaluate the situations she finds herself in before speaking. However you shouldn't consider her a mute: while she isn't a vocal person she just tend to choose her words carefully - often with a sharp and sarcastic undertone in each and every word. Furthermore she acts as a kind and polite character, always smiling and acting nice - however this also makes it more difficult to determine her thoughts and mood. This often throws people off as her kind and smiling appearance says one thing, but her sharp and sarcastic tongue says another, often with a brutally honest message.
However Naomi isn’t a complete loner as you might think: while she does know how to fit in if she is need to. She is a great imitator and manipulator: she can use her intelligence and her observatory skill set to quickly manifest a new persona that fits better with those around her so she fits better into society and doesn’t stand out too much - however her smile never seems to be filled with genuine happiness and can at times be borderline wicked. This does not mean that she never socializes - she just doesn’t easily connect with other people and as such her ‘inner circle’ is rather limited.
This wicked smile that at times find its way to Naomi’s mouth hides a a more wicked persona that doesn’t not hold back like she usually does. This wickedness is something that also reflects in her character as a whole: she never seems to show anyone her true intentions and it is mostly when she is fighting that this character will reveal itself. This side of her is something she usually suppresses rather well, but it has been ‘poking around’ more often lately in situations where she is pressured and under stress.

Hyuuga Naomi was born 17 years ago, at first she appeared to be a normal little girl; nothing out of the ordinary. However her growth really started to accelerate once she turned 3. It became apparent that she was not that ordinary: she had already achieved a greater vocabulary than the other children of her same age, and by 4 she had already showed an affinity for ninjutsu - something that pleased her father greatly: he foresaw a great clan head in her already.
Even though Naomi was born in a time of peace and quiet where most of the clan had found other areas of employment than the way of the Ninja, her father still insisted on her to start learning the ways of the ninja at a young age, and once again Naomi exceeded what was expected of her: she seemed to naturally grasp the ideas behind the jutsu and had an easy time converting her understanding of what was taught to her into action. The training she received as a child kept intensifying until she graduated the academy at the age of 9. This was also the time that her skills gained a wider recognition, however it was only when she became a Chūnin only 2 years after graduating from the academy that the recognition of her abilities led to a new development: she was enrolled into the ANBU.
While many of her years as an ANBU-agent has been shrouded in mysteries and secrets: neither her division, rank or her missions are known outside the upper branch, one detail is rather noteworthy. You see, it was at this stage in her life that she started to change, she became more silent and insightful, keeping to herself rather than enjoying time with others. This might have been a natural development in her persona, but it is more likely to have developed over the time of her ANBU training. While she became more withdrawn from the clan and her friends, she did meet someone that developed into what you might call a ‘friend’: Yamato Minamoru. You see, Naomi began to wander around the village and the areas surrounding it - and perhaps out of sheer nostalgia she entered her old academy where she first saw Yamato fighting.
They relationship didn’t start out on a solid ground though: being a part of the Hyuuga clan she wasn’t exactly his favorite type, but she didn’t seem to mind this too much and instead of backing away she began to somehow connect to him at the same time as she was pushing others away - and quite unlike her she actually began to find amusement in teasing him, something she found great time to do at his parents’ restaurant where she had somehow become an employee - no doubt because of her father’s wishes for her to become a more fitting character to lead the clan.
However this was the start of a new turn in her life: she actually seemed to bond with Yamato over the last year since she met him: they seemed to fit quite well together as they were both characters of few words. As such Naomi almost felt like they had somehow established a connection where they no longer needed to talk, but instead it was just enough for them to silently be next to each other.
Her life has since continued with this mix of training, sparring with Yamato, the usual missions and her few odd friendships (mostly with those from the restaurant) that stood in great contrast to her continuous withdrawal from the rest of society, until today. For unknown reasons she appears to have been let go from the ANBU which has resulted in her being forced into a ‘regular’ ninja squad. With this new environment it will be interesting to see how a character such as Naomi can function and work with others.

Naomi is part of the main branch of the proud and noble Hyuuga family, a family that has survived for centuries and has been a stable pillar of Konoha for almost just as long. Naomi is the daughter of the head of the clan and appears to be the epitome of the Hyuuga bloodline and as such she is heralded as the genius of the clan. She has been taughtin the ways of the clan since she was old enough to read and has undergone training since she was able to stand. In fact she has already begun to take over some of the responsibility of the clan - however her father, Hyuuga Dai, has shown signs of worry over his oldest daughter: her personality isn’t one that he sees fit for the next clan head. This has caused some problems between their relationship - however Naomi’s mother is a much more caring person than her husband: she seems to care for Naomi no matter what.

-We obviously put quality over quantity, but it still has to be consistent. Though I'm sure you were going to edit that.
-Blade of wind is an A rank. If you're going to downplay it, make it a custom and explain the differences.
-Game only moves should be customs as well with a link to the game reference. We prefer canon moves because they generally are easier to evaluate while game ones are not.
-Unstable version of rasengan? What does that mean? If it's a different version of the rasengan, you'll have to make it custom.
