City of Operation: Nowhere in particular. On the road.

Appearance: A 7 ft tall, barrel chested, beefy armed, thick necked, hulk of a man. His hair is short, jet black, and constantly spiked out in all directions because of static electricity. His skin is blue and crisscrossed with numerous surgical scars that indicate extensive surgery. He has two bolts sticking out of both sides of his neck, and three protruding from between each knuckle. He doesn't wear shirts often, will never wear sleeves, and wears short almost exclusively.

Gender: Male

Superpowers:
-Electricity: Danny runs on an internal supply of electricity. The electricity can be expended to perform various feats. He can discharge it through the air, pump it directly into something, electromagnetize himself, or push his muscles beyond their limits.
-Super Strength: Danny is really strong to begin with, easily capable of lifting a family sedan all on his own. When expending electricity he could do the same to a tank or full 18-wheelrer, trailer and all. He is also capable of great leaps, able to clear a two story building unaided and a five story expending electricity.

-Endurance: Under normal circumstances Danny just flat out does not get tired. He doesn't need air, food, or water, and could run for up to three straight weeks without stopping to rest. While he still feels pain, and heals at the rate of a normal person, Danny can survive things that would kill a normal person outright.

Skills/ Talents: Danny enjoys working on cars, and is an excellent mechanic.
Equipment: Danny carries a metal chain wrapped around one arm, and a battery pack on his belt good for one full charge-em-up in case of emergencies. His vehicle of choice is a loud, dark blue hotrod with lighting lovingly painted where flames would normally go. He calls this the Frankenwagon. He also has a credit card that he is only allowed to use to buy gas.
Weaknesses: Danny is reliant on his internal battery to live. Using it up is the only way for him to get truly tired. He gets slower, weaker, and less intelligent the lower it gets. His hair is actually an indicator of his current power level, as it starts to droop when it's used up. To correct this he has to find a source of electricity to draw from. Left without the ability to charge back up, Danny will last approximately three weeks, provided he doesn't tap his internal battery. Obviously he can not use electricity when submerged in water, or when in physical contact with someone else.

Despite his ability to function with nominally fatal injuries, Danny can not survive the destruction of his brain. He can not move any part of his body that is not connected to his brain.

Danny does not do quiet. If he is coming at you, you know.
Psyche: Danny approaches all things with a strange mixture of Déjà vu and awe, like he has seen something before but is super excited to see it just one more time. If it's something really cool, like a laser beam, a giant, or a dinosaur, he'll want to see it no matter how dangerous it might be. He is essentially a giant child who wants to be a superhero because it allows him to see, do, and experience amazing things.

He's ruled by his emotions, especially anger, and is extremely naive. The kind of person that really believes that you can just punch all the badguys to make the world better, and that all the big badguys wear costumes so you can identify them.

There are two things he respects above all others: the words of his father and sanctity of life.

History: Herbert West, eminent Doctor, had heard all the jokes and until it turned out things that go bump in the night actually existed his fondest wish was finding a practice where no one had ever heard of either H.P.Lovecraft or Jeffrey Combs. But when he saw that all the other monsters of Gothic horror were out and about curiosity got the best of him and he decided, what the hell, I'll crack open the old book and maybe see if Mary Shelly was onto something.

Using John Does from the local morgue he set about his dark work, experimenting in his basement to create life. He succeeded beyond his wildest dreams.

The first year was rough. He obviously couldn't let Danny out of his stately manor home because, lets face it, that would raise some very uncomfortable question about where he'd come from. Fortunately, he'd recognized where Frankenstein had gone wrong. What he had here was a child, and he resolved to treat it like one. His development was remarkable. In six months he was coordinated enough to let out of the basement, within the year he was speaking. within the next he and his father were talking shop about vintage cars and arguing about the quality of giant robot television shows. Despite these mutual loves Danny eventually grew listless, wondering about the world outside their door. Herbert realized that he had to let his boy spread his wings come what may, and sent him off in the car they'd built together to seek adventure.

He's been on the road for a about four months now, seeing various things and helping various people. It is only coincidence that brings him to Cleveland on the eve of its darkest hour. That, and The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame!

Blood empowerment: different types of blood (mythical mostly) can enhance his abilities further, for example the blood of a demon could give him limited demon aspect for a short time etc)

Enhanced durability and strength.

Skills/ Talents:

Because of his years as an international hit-man he is proficient in many weapons such as guns,bladed weapons and hand to hand combat. Combat intuition,stealth proficiency.

Equipment: Sword,Flash pods (like a flash bang but smaller and more convenient), Wrist mounted grappling hook,

Weaknesses: Unable to create Blood, limited to only outside sources/blood he can see.

Mythical or magical blood is a little harder for him to control.

Strength/density of the blood depends on his own physical strength

Can bleed to death using too much of his own blood.

Psyche: Murphy McTavish was the guy you called if you needed someone killed and nothing else worked. A kind of Taboo in the Assassination business, if he was called in it was bad, for both sides. It's not that he was a particularly unsavory individual, he was a rather gentle and polite man, unless your the one he's been sent to deal with. Hero,Villain or bystander if he was called, the devil himself would look twice at the shadows that danced in his domain. He would be the most ruthless,mean and unforgiving person you knew. But he quit, just Vanished off the face of the earth. But now he has a new contract. And every single villain or crime lord better start watching their shadows.

History: Murphy McTavish was a regular old Private of the united states military working on he reserves. He was doing some usual training runs when the strange milk colored rain fell from the sky. That day changed it all, after a while he began to control his own blood, able to harden it and move it in the air, soon more people like him showed up in the same reserve he was stationed and they were shipped off to train and be studied.

They were to be named the Killjoy Initiative. And were sent on many secret operations until one of there higher ups thought they were getting too powerful. He had them killed. Or so they thought Murphy survived and had to make a living somehow, after getting his revenge on a certain Bureaucrat that ruined his life.

And so BloodTide was born. Working for anyone with money from Drug lords to super villains who needed some superheroes removed. He wouldn't use the word 'Villain' to describe himself he would use the term "professional". That all changed after things got a little Too real. He was on a routine job when he came across a rouge element the super hero named "Emotion" tortured him for one year. With feelings of sadness and regret, so much so that when Bloodtide killed her he was changed aswell. he left, just kinda vanished with one word left at his last murder sight the word "maybe" left written on the wall in blood.

No one really knows what happened to him after that. Some say he died, some others say he got himself a wife and kid, living like a king in some undisclosed location. Regardless he seems to have returned again. And he has seemed to be targeting villains and anyone he has worked for in the past.

-Power Sensing: Whenever someone with superpower abilities is near her, Gwen can sense all the gifts they have. Gwen’s head will start pounding for a minute or so whenever those with superpowers are near. Once advanced, she’ll be able to locate their exact location.
-Healing: Gwen has the ability to recover from bodily injuries at superhuman speed and is able to heal all living things. Whenever Gwen uses her healing gift on others, a white glow will emit from her hands. However she is not immortal. Decapitation, incineration, piercing her heart, as well as old age can kill her. Gwen still also feels pain.

Skills/ Talents:
-Gwen is an award winning figure skater. From a young age she’s had a passion for the ice and it has evolved into an amazing talent today. She dreams of going onto Olympic skating one day. Due to competing in ice skating, Gwen is also completely fit and can easily run a marathon.
-Gwen is completely fearless and is able to do anything she puts her mind to.

Equipment: Gwen usually wears a heart necklace with a picture of both her parents. It fills her up with extra confidence and strength. She’s not a fan of weapons and thinks they’re too heavy to carry anyway.

Weaknesses:
-Whenever sensing others with powers, Gwen will get massive headache pains for a few moments
-Gwen is able to be killed by decapitation. She also can’t change old age. No one is aware of her limitations though and she hopes no one ever will.
-Henbane will burn Gwen’s skin and cause excruciating pain when she comes in contact with it. It can even knock her out at times. Thankfully, the flower is rare and difficult to find. Passed by as a weed, people aren’t even aware when they do find it. If ingested, Gwen will lose her healing ability for 24 hours and become vulnerable (She will still be able to sense people with superpowers though).

Psyche:
-Gwen has a huge heart that’s willing to help anyone in need.
-Should anyone insult the ones she cares about, Gwen loses all reason and wants to avenge them. She will do whatever it takes to keep those around her happy, even if it means putting herself at risk.
-Due to her ability of healing, Gwen tends to think she’s unstoppable and will put herself in ridiculous situations where she thinks she can help. Sometimes she only tends to make things worse though.
-A typical teenager, Gwen can be incredibly annoying at times when she doesn’t get her way. If she wants something to happen, rest assured she’ll find a way to make it happen. Whether it be pestering or sneaking off, she’ll stop at nothing.
-Gwen is also very stubborn. If she sets her mind to something, it's very difficult to stop her from changing it.
-New to the whole 'superhero' thing, Gwen is extremely inexperienced in battle and isn't exactly how to fight someone.
History:
Gwen grew up in a small town in Ohio. Simple and classic were what she was raised up, but it wasn’t long before she grew tired of the boring lifestyle. Unlike most of the residents of the town, Gwen decided to make the most of her life. Ice skating became her passion and love. Every day she drove two hours to attend practices and dedicated her entire life to the sport. Gwen was constantly busy with competitions as well as school work, so much so that she barely noticed that constant bickering of her parents. It wasn’t long before they divorced. Gwen’s dad packed his bags and left for a bigger and better life in Cleveland.

Without a father at only the age of 13 was hard on Gwen. Watching other girls her age talk about their overprotective fathers was always the worst part. It wasn’t that she didn’t see her father, which she did. No matter how busy he was, he always made it to her skating competitions. Things just weren’t the same. Everyone had been affected, even her once forgiving and loving mother’s patience had turned thin. No longer did they play board games or eat dinner together. There was no family time because it reminded everyone of what they used to have. Gwen absolutely hated it.

It had been a year after her father left when the rain hit. Gwen had been conditioning for another season of skating, jogging down the country roads as a gentle, warm, white rain fell from the sky. Surprisingly, Gwen hadn’t been scared or alarmed that mysterious liquid was soaking through her clothes. Instead she danced and had a blast like any little kid playing in the rain. Never did she think of what would happen next.

At first, Gwen was unaware of the gifts she had received. News of superheroes flooded the news and she couldn’t help but be intrigued. Superheroes? How cool! It wouldn't affect her though, how could it? Nothing ever happened in Canal Fulton.

Gwen had been babysitting a little 5 year old girl named Rosie on a typical summer evening. Like any other child, Rosie was set on playing superhero. Holding Rosie on her back, together they ran around her backyard pretending to chase villains. Not noticing a piece of chalk on the ground, Gwen tripped and fell backwards, taking Rosie down with her. Rosie was unconscious and had smacked her head right on the sidewalk and a trickle of blood fell down her small head. Startled, Gwen completely freaked out. Immediately calling 911, she also checked Rosie’s pulse. It was faint and growing weaker. Tears streamed down her face as she thought of the possibility of Rosie dying. Gwen cradled Rosie in her hands, begging for her to live. She couldn’t die. Gwen couldn’t be a murderer. No. This poor little girl couldn’t die! Gwen continued to plead to all the gods combined. Suddenly out of nowhere, a bright white light glowed from Gwen’s hands as Rosie’s head wound slowly started to heal. She gasped in pure awe as she stared at the beautiful process. Gwen had healed her!

Once Rosie slowly woke up, Gwen embraced her in a tight hug. The ambulance had arrived shortly after, but Gwen decided to keep what truly happened a secret. They examined her and determined she had only cut her head and knocked out, she had been lucky. If only they knew how lucky. Once Gwen discovered her gifts, she began to experiment on herself and found that not only could she heal others, but she heal herself as well.

The knowledge of possessing a gift was too much to keep from her mother and upon the hearing what she could do, Gwen's mother wasn't sure how take the news. She loved her daughter with all her heart, but having superpowers? It was a little too much. Not wanting to upset her mother, Gwen made the choice to move in with her father at Cleveland. She's only been living there for a little over a month and has yet to tell her father of who she really is.

Harry's powers are widely just called magic. It involves various inhuman and seemingly ethereal abilities that allow him to alter the battlefield and potentially shift the tides in his favour. His powers include but are not limited to:
-Rift teleportation. Essentailly opening small rifts within his line of sight that he can enter and come out of a second rift also within his line of sight.
-Fire creation and manipulation
-Shield creation
-Among other less notable and less powerful powers.

Skills/ Talents:
-Harry has worked in numerous jobs in his past and as a result is a great locksmith.
-Harry's past experience as a thief has made him knowledgeable in breaking and entering.
-Trained boxer
-Military training

Equipment:
-Bulletproof vest underneath shirt
-nighthawk 1911 with silencer
-Glock 17 with silencer
-He also keeps a Benelli M4 with a Salvo Silencer in the trunk of his car in case of emergency

Psyche:
Doyle is a very cocky and arrogant chap who isn't afraid to proclaim himself as 'Number 1 best zombie hunter in the world'. Along with this, Doyle is far from posh, often using slang and swearing in sentences that do not demand any essence of vulgarity. That being said, on a job he isn't one to dillydally and slow down the completion of a job by showing off. He'd rather get the job over and done with so he can get paid than show off and potentially lose another job because of it. He is a notorious gambler and drunk and often wastes most of his free time doing at least one of the two if not both at the same time.

History:
Doyle was born in Liverpool, England on a rather rainy day that brought nothing but sadness. While a baby's birth would be joyous for most people, Doyle's parents hated children and never wanted to have one. However, they were devout Catholics and would never abort a child so Doyle was sent to live in an orphanage for his younger years where he never came to know his parents until years later. His time in the orphanage came to an abrupt end when Doyle turned 12 and made his escape from the orphanage. Thinking back on it, Doyle never really knew why he did it. His life at the orphanage wasn't all that bad and the only thing that could have been the cause for his 'escape' was an argument he thinks he had, but he is unsure.

Doyle lived on the streets for a while before joining the British military at the age of 16. There he learned how to fight and subsequently learned of the benefits of a good job. After returning from the military, one his squadmates gave him a job as a 'workie' up in Aberdeen. After doing a job for a locksmith, he was offered an apprenticeship from said locksmith. He gladly accepted and greatly enjoyed his new job. Eventually though, the locksmith firm closed as it was not making enough money to continue on and Doyle was left jobless. He turned to a life of crime shortly after that, using his wits and his knowledge of locks to break into houses and steal whatever he could before selling it the next day. He stopped about a year after starting after almost being caught and realizing the risk was too high. However, he had earned enough to travel to America where he supposed that there would be more job opportunities.

He arrived in America to a massive shock. White rain poured down from the sky and soaked him. He had never seen anything like it. Nevertheless, he continued on to his new living arrangements, a small apartment in San Diego. About a week after the White Rain Doyles skin began to burn and his head began to ache. When he woke up the next morning he found himself knowing how to perform what seemed to be magic. He had no explanation for it. The real reason was that rather than the rain giving him some sort of power they just brought out his latent magic power of which he had never known. He was soon contacted by a representative of some secret society named the Court of the Arcane. At first, Doyle thought it was bullshit, almost slamming the door on the guys face, but quickly realized that it was all too real after the representative demonstrated his magic in the form of almost blowing Doyles door of its hinges. He offered Doyle a position within the society, fairly low down, but it was good pay and it involved literally killing zombies and vampires so Doyle couldn't really complain. He was taught how to do his job properly by a few members of the Court and was sent out across America doing their dirty work. He has recently came to Cleveland to help with the crisis.

City of Operation: Due to the nature of his "job", Joaquín usually travels around from place to place. When he is not on the road, he stays in what appears to be a derelict and condemned mansion in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with a sign next to it emblazoned with "Soon to be replaced by a Starbucks." In actuality this is an illusion to disguise his home from trespassers.

Superpowers: Necromancy - Joaquín has the ability to perceive, communicate with, and sometimes even control the spirits of the deceased. He are also able to repel and run spirits away from an area. As this ability has a side-effect of attracting them, the spirits of the deceased often "visit" Joaquín against his will, and tend to come to him at the most unexpected moment.

Corpse Manipulation - Joaquín is able to control and manipulate corpses to any degree. He can also hurl corpses at his opponents as a form of attack. This ability does not extend to zombies, vampires, or any other form of undead.

Skills/ Talents:
- As a mystical consultant, Joaquín has an extensive knowledge of magical and otherworldly artifacts and concepts.
- Joaquín is also educated in preforming exorcisms and spiritual expulsions.
- Is capable of speaking fluent Spanish as well as English.
- Joaquín used to be in a Mariachi Band in his youth, he prefers not to mention this.

Equipment:
- Levitating Clothing: The clothing that Joaquín wears allows him to levitate. The clothing itself is very durable and offers the wearer some protection. The clothing can also alter its appearance, allowing it to take other forms such as a trenchcoat or poncho.
Joaquín also possesses a wide array of arcane texts, artifacts, and relics in his home resting in the cabinets and drawers of his mansion.

Weaknesses: Joaquín's Necromancy often attracts restless spirits that often torment and pester him at the most unexpected moments. Additionally, Joaquín is still a regular person, despite his abilities and can still be killed easily.

Psyche: Joaquín Santiago can be described as scholarly and old fashioned. He spends a lot of time in his study, pouring over musty old tomes of magic, and he speaks politely and formally as a result. He is also an older man, less concerned with the hustle and bustle of youth. He has no time for drama. Joaquín could also be considered eccentric. His job is his life, and as such, he spends so much time associating with, or sometimes destroying, undead and otherworldly beings that elements of normal human life escape or perplex him. His unyielding discipline and self-control mean he rarely relaxes and just enjoys life, which makes him kind of a pain to be around for too long. This has strained many of his personal relationships.

Joaquín considers himself confident, and so often assumes he has most given situations well in hand. He heedlessly strides through dangerous places, self assured that he can handle any threats that should crop up.
Joaquín sometimes seems indifferent and even callous when he ignores the suffering of every day people that other Caught may try to alleviate. This is because he is usually dealing with greater threats, and sometimes has to sacrifice the few to save the many.
Despite what some people may view as harshness, Joaquín is said to be rather compassionate, happy to help those who require mystical needs and assistance.

History: Joaquín Santiago was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Catholic, First Generation immigrants, Maria and Antonio Santiago. Life growing up was easy enough; he was the average child, as they say. Went to an average school, and generally had an average life growing up. He was a smart child, and got good grades in the American system - never dopping below a 3.555 grade average, no matter the cost. Sports were never his thing.

Fast forward to March 9th, 2015, the day Joaquín was caught out in the White Rain. Unaware of its life changing effects, he continued on his way home. After a week had passed, Joaquín was visited by what appeared to be the spirits of the deceased. They moaned and tormented him, calling for retribution, begging for his help. Joaquín fled his home in fear, the spirits still following him even in the busiest of the Philadelphian streets. Joaquín sought help from his local priest, warning him of his ghastly stalkers. The priest, Father Castillo, revealed himself as a member of a secret society, The Court of the Arcane. Joaquín would have thought the aging clergyman was playing some sick joke if the wailing dead were not following him constantly.

Father Castillo informed him of the truth, that storybook creatures, such as vampires and werewolves were not of myth, but of reality, that every monster under the bed, every dark thing that went bump in the night was as real as the restless souls currently surrounding them. Castillo took Joaquín under his wing, teaching him all he could about his powers - that he could banish and control the spirits that tormented him - and eventually offered him a position in the Court. Joaquín now spends his time as a mystical consultant and exorcist, offering his services to those who need it.

Joaquín is currently in Cleveland, Ohio investigating a possible werewolf attack under the Court's instructions.

Tess stands at 5'3 with a normal build. She has reddish-brown hair that she usually wears in a ponytail and has green radar-like eyes.

Age: 15

Gender: Female

Superpowers: Air-manipulation. Limited to only causing gusts/blasts of wind, making small tornadoes that only reach up to around eight feet tall. Tess is in more of an experimenting stage with her powers, her abilities evolve and progress as she does. She isn't able to fly with them, but she can manage to momentarily levitate a few inches off the ground.

Skills/Talents: Tess has advanced knowledge of some firearms thanks to some things she learned from her father, who served a few tours in The Middle East under the Marine Corps.

Equipment: Carries a backpack around with miscellaneous things including bandages, snacks, and a pistol with cartridges.

Weaknesses: When inside, Tess isn't half as good at using her powers. It is extremely difficult for her to use her powers when the wind is not accessible. Her age also obviously hinders her because she doesn't possess the physical and mental advantages of being older.

Psyche: Tess is a teenage girl. She wants attention, she wants to be loved. She received very little of both growing up so that affects her personality. Most of the people she cared about ended up abandoning her because Tess can be abusive and dangerous when things don't work out the way she planned. The only person she really loved was her mom, and she died just after Tess's 12th birthday.

History: Tess grew up in a small dirty shack of a home. Her family was low-class. Her mom loved her and tried to give her all the time she needed but she was always busy applying for jobs, almost half a dozen every month. Tess's father rarely interacted with her. He was a war veteran and he just expected people to come give him a job because of his services overseas, but he just sat around most of the time and became a heavy drinker.

Shortly after Tess turned 12, her father was driving under the influence with her mother in the passenger seat. He got them both killed when he crashed into a truck on the highway. Tess mourned their deaths, specifically her mother's, for several days. She wasn't interested in going through the whole legal process and being assigned to foster parents so she just ran away from the authorities and tried living off her own.

That same year she came in contact with a special rain that gave her partial control over wind and air. She's employed the superpower to not only help her survive, but thrive, and she walked a blurred line between hero and villain until she encountered Guinevere Hart and her father who offered her a place to stay.     • Sahara can only manipulate sand provided that it is found in her environment. She can not create sand out of thin air (or not at her current ability level at least).
    • Against fire-based Caught, any sand she uses could be burned into glass.
    • Water can make sand heavier and denser, thus harder to manipulate.


Psyche
Khayriyya is a calm tempered woman who does not get annoyed easily. But when she gets pissed off, she is pissed off. Once that happens, just pray that your eyes don't shrivel up & your lungs don't fill up with the tons of sand she will blast in your direction. If she wants you dead, she will stop at nothing to make sure that happens. Otherwise, when she isn't covering a city in sand because one guy stepped on her boots, she can be absolutely delightful.

History
It was a warm March day in Mecca 22 years and 3 months ago when an ill mother was compelled to give birth 2 weeks early to a most beautiful daughter, whom she dubbed, "Khayriyya." It wasn't long after when she unfortunately passed away due to complications from labor. Young Khayriyya had to spend an entire childhood with a guardian of the opposite gender, without ever meeting the one who brought her upon this world.

Her childhood was typical honestly. She went to school; made friends; graduated; the usual. Her father also signed her up for gymnastics classes, because why not? (Turns out it would come in handy years later.) Her parents, for whatever reason unknown, were atheist, and so, unlike most other children in Saudi Arabia, Khayriyya was not affected by Muslim gods and the such.

Nothing else really happened until a few weeks before her 20th birthday just over three years ago. Her father decided to take her and some close family members on a sightseeing tour in the nearby desert area. Everything went well. Then the rain came. A white rain, resembling skim milk. Keep in mind that this was in the middle of a desert, a.k.a. somewhere that does not receive much, if any, rain at all. Everyone seemed to be unaffected, and so the day continued as planned.

Two years later, Khayriyya was yet again on another tour in the same desert when disaster struck. One of the vehicles malfunctioned, and it sped up. It drove at full throttle in Khayriyya's direction. (It was a rather large truck.) There was no way she could dodge it. No one could do anything about it. She thought this was it. Khayriyya let out a loud shriek. Then, she realized she was still alive. Everyone was in shock. The truck was in the midst of an enormous pillar of sand. She realized what the strange white rain did to her. Two years later, her life changed.

She ran away. Khayriyya, with nothing but a scarf, fled to her great-grandmother's home, where she stole a set of armor, and continued on her journey to wherever. Having realized her powers, she decided to use it for good. And thus, she became, "Sahara."

Name: Grace Hunter

Codename: Quake

City of Operation: Cleveland

Appearance: Short brown hair with some blonde highlights. Grace is built tall and lanky, and without slouching is 6' 3". She often wears simple clothing that she can hide her bulletproof vest and gear inside. This often means hoodies and jeans or cargo pants with pockets. Since she's not concerned with a secret identity she doesn't wear a mask and thus is called Quake only by the inhabitants since they needed something to call her.

Gender: Female

Superpowers:
Earth Control: A Caught ability. Can move any kind of rock, but cannot move metal or refined rock. Hand movements are key to manipulating earth and thus if her hands are bound she cannot manipulate earth in a controlled manner. Using her mind without her hands lowers her upper limit for controlling earth of one ton to one hundred pounds.

Lie Detection: A Caught ability. Inherent sense of a lie without training of any kind. Innaccurate, however, Grace can't pinpoint which statment is a lie unless they're all said separately.

Skills/ Talents:
Customer Service: Through years of waitressing and doing customer service, Grace has learned to keep a cool head and a straight face in the worst of situations.

Practical Plans: Grace has learned to be practical in most of what she does. Her plans aren't usually the most creative, but they work the best.

Equipment:
Cheap self defense items mostly including mace and a cute cat charm that doubles as brass knuckles.

Weaknesses:
Cannot use powers effectively if her hands are bound or if Grace surrounded by metal.

Only wants to fight as a super hero to stop the craziness of the supervillian rampage. Anything beyond that will take convincing and a sincere effort to make her see that becoming a super hero is the best idea. However, seeing how she's been out of work a few times due to super hero fights, this is unlikely. She leans more towards becoming a hero than before, however.

Psyche:
Grace has no interest in being a superhero. In fact, if it wasn't for the whole incident with all ther heroes in Cleveland suddenly lighting on fire, Grace would have been happy to remain a civilian in all cases. Beyond seeing that fighting the supervillians is a good thing to do, Grace doesn't much care about the 'fight of the week' as she calls it. If anything, her lack of concern for the city aside from fighting for 'the poor schmucks that get caught in the crossfire' is quite alarming, and as such it's not surprising that she could also turn her back on the ideal if she makes sure that no one gets hurt by it. Grace has no interest in becoming a big shot hero. She can however, say that maybe she does like being a hero a little bit more than before.

History: I don't need more than one or two paragraphs here, but the more detail the better.
Born into middle class Grace had an average upbringing. If something exciting happened during her childhood it might have been that her father got a promotion at work so that they all moved into upper middle class. She started work early at the age of fifteen and saved up for a car. She got one as a gift a few years later. It was a plain sandy color and didn't stand out much. At eighteen she graduated with slightly above average grades and started to attend university the same year. She stayed in Cleveland with her parents for a while before moving out to stay in her own apartment.

Senior year was when the White Rain event occurred. She heard the thunder and saw the clouds but did not leave or seek shelter as she was more interested in getting her groceries home than worrying about getting wet. However, when it started to rain milk she decided to slowly move to shelter then seek out the government's help. She remained at university for four years then graduated. The summer that she graduated was mostly uninteresting and she remained in a waitress job until she was fired due to the hero epidemic destroying her workplace.

Shortly after the event she got registered and returned to her life. She had no interest in her powers besides honing them in secret when she could and using them to help with any landscaping jobs she had the potential to do. As the superhero and supervillian threat rose, she found herself out of a job very often due to her place of employment being destroyed in the battle. As a result she's held many jobs, and learned to avoid trouble. However, when all the heroes of Cleveland 'got fired', Grace stepped up to restore balance.

Name: Roger Sharp

Codename: Roger is "The man with the name of hidden meanings." Whenever he is asked for his name, he replies with something that doesn't make sense at first but always has a truth behind it.

City of Operation: This used to be 3 southern cities/towns in the UK but Roger has booked a flight to the International Airport in Cleveland, in Ohio, USA.

Appearance: Roger is 171cm tall which is about 5'7". He's fit and healthy yet heavy. He has very pale skin which sunburns easily, especially on his neck and feet. His cheeks are very smooth and he has soft stubble. Speaking of hair, Roger's has a mind of its own. His dark brown hair is spiky in an irregular pattern due to it growing fast and him not caring to comb/brush it. He has green/teal colour eyes that are sometimes red and sore due to hayfever. His eyebrows aren't anything to be excited about. Roger has a round birthmark on his left leg, usually half covered by his socks.

His sense in fashion isn't great. If it's comfortable, he'll wear it. He normally wears a t-shirt with a random pattern on it accompanied with tracksuits. Occasionally, shorts replace the tracksuits and a colourful cap is worn. Roger is into cross-dressing (dressing as the opposite gender) but he hasn't done it since the White Rain.

Age: 17 years old. His Birthday is on the 22nd of March 2001. He was only 13 when he got his power and has learned all about it since.

Gender: Male

Superpowers:
Retrocognition = Roger can see anything that has happened in the past but he can not alter it. He has been practising this power for a while and has gotten really good at it and can sometimes see 2 things at once but it hurts his eyes. The only difficulty with seeing these "visions" is that they can be blurry if Roger doesn't focus on them. They pose no threat to his mental state unless he recalls a dramatic event. To recall an event, he needs to think of a place and a rough estimate of the time. He can quickly scan different days to see if it has anything he is looking for.

Uses for this psychic power are:
Finding something that is lost.
Gaining knowledge on historical events.
Knowing someone's password/information.
Remembering something important.
Finding quick answers to long, complicated problems/dilemmas.

Skills/ Talents: Roger is a very talented boy. He used to be a genius at most subjects but ordinary school isn't very welcoming these days. He is very fast and has good stamina, resulting in him being good at races under 800m. Anything more and he'll get too worn out. He learned some Spanish which he was good at but has forgotten most of it. He's generally good at most activities if they aren't boring or repetitive. Roger isn't very charismatic but younger people get along with him well and remember him better than he remembers them. He also is decent at using many impractical tools as weapons if necessary. Because he is a quick learner, Roger may learn how to use many firearms excluding his simple revolver. If he needs someone to teach him, he could recall a mentor showing someone how to fire a rifle, implying he has the correct place and date. One final thing, he's easily underestimated and could be in your kitchen right now.

Equipment: Since he recently arrived in Cleveland, Roger does not have much. If he needs something, he will probably know where to get it even if it takes him a while to actually get it. In late 2015, the "infinite backpack" was a popular invention mass-produced for a cheap price all over the globe. Roger has gotten his hands on one and carries it around often. In one of his tactical raids, Roger has gotten himself an unnamed device from a bankrupt organisation. This device looks like an iPhone and has multiple functions, the main one being preserving his conscience. If Roger is ever killed, the device is said to hold his conscience until he can be placed back into a body. Of course, this is just a rumour. Roger has never died but the evidence that it works was from a reliable source.

Other features the device has is:
Playing music and being able to create your own.
Playing games like Pong.
An up-to-date GPS/Map.
Being able to send signals to some other devices.
It's own internet browser with a talking interface.

The final thing he likes to carry is a modified revolver which seems to never run out of bullets yet the trigger can not be pulled often. Roger has named this revolver "Chance" since the projectile has a mind of it's own. Sometimes it kills the person and over times it lets them free. This revolver is just as famous as Roger is.

Weaknesses: Roger hides his weaknesses well. The only obvious one would be the fact he has nothing to protect him. You could shoot him and probably be successful. Just because you don't know his weaknesses, doesn't mean he doesn't have any. He may have a fear of water but if you can tell that from him you must be observant. Hayfever may also be included. Roger's eyes get sore and his nose is at war with him; he sneezes and sniffs a lot.

Psyche: Roger believes that life is pointless and you should just make the most out of it. He doesn't like making people suffer but can't tolerate people who show no respect towards him or the people he believe are good. He does bad things to bad people. You may call him a vigilante but his view is very varied. He also used to suffer depression and anger issues. Sometimes this reoccur but he can easily deal with them.

History: Roger was an intelligent boy, born into Bristol, South-West England. As you know, he was gifted in school and did great in lots of things. He was bullied as well but nothing too unusual. When the White Rain appeared, Roger was walking home and got caught in it. Since it didn't hurt him, he continued walking home and only noticed its effect 2 weeks later. Roger could see his memories much clearer and also saw things he never witnessed before. Fortunately, he could easily control these early on. Sometimes he got a random vision but he just thought of kittens to counter. After he heard of everyone else getting powers and all the chaotic things happening, Roger felt both envious of the other people who had powers such as teleportation and telekinesis yet excited because his power wasn't actually bad.

Roger understood his powers and other people's powers on the 1st of October, 2015. His life changed a lot so he had to make adjustments. For fun, he'd learn something new and do it. In February 2016, he learned how to drive a car just by remembering people being taught outside his house a year ago. Later the same year was the time he found his infamous revolver lying out on the street. He wondered why it was here and why no one had seen it. He looked in the past to find the origin of the revolver and he saw a soldier crying over someone while the gun pointed at his own head.

Using his revolver, he stole many things for both himself and the people who needed it. He claimed people's lives for what he believed was the greater good. Throughout 2017, he appeared on the BBC often for his acts and crimes. No one knew if he was good or bad and they didn't have a picture or a name to give him. They interviewed a witness who said they should call him "The Man with names of hidden meanings." Even though it was a beefy title, they stuck with it. Some people without powers rooted for him and said he was the hero of Southern England, some even said the world.

Roger recently flew to Cleveland on a guarded plane. No one knew anything about the plane and so it landed with no fuss. Roger has never been to anywhere in North America before so his first feelings were excited. On the date of arrival he found an untouched hotel not too far from the center of action. Lots of the local heroes have protected and even resided here. The only time the hotel was in danger was when somebody committed Arson to random places to gain attention and fame.

Why is Roger here you ask? Overwhelmed with boredom, Roger drew a rough sketch of the map of the Earth on a wall and used Chance to decided where he should go. Ohio was where the bullet hit.

Appearance:

He is no longer human looking in anyway and is twice the size of a normal human. His hands can still function in a way similar to a regular human hand.


Age: 25

Gender: male

Superpowers:

Dragon Physiology: His transformation into a dragon has given him the powers of the mythical creatures, which include fire-breathing and large leathery wings that allow him to fly at fast speeds. He also has very dense scales that can protect him gunfire and melee weapons. When he is angry or in battle his body is surrounded in hot flames which he uses as a form of defense. His sense of sight and smell are nine times better than a normal human and he can see in the dark.

Fire-Breathing: James' fire breath is incredible hot and can melt through steel if he breath on it long enough. The flame comes out of his mouth in the form a jet that has a range of 35 feet.

Skills/ Talents: He is excellent in survival skills and has an extremely good sense of direction and navigation.

Equipment: None

Weaknesses: Even though his tough scales allow him to take hits from firearms and blunt damage, he can still be harmed by heavy weaponry and a bomb will not obliterate him, but it can kill him. Silver and gold can distract him and make him lose focus. Extreme cold can be deadly to him and if his bodily temperatures drop too low then he will die.

Psyche: James is a man with temper problems thanks to having parents who argued a lot and a very authoritative mother who yelled at him when he made mistakes. These anger issues affected how he socialized with people and it made him very combative and got him into several fights. Because of his monstrous appearance, normal people feared him and hated him calling him a monster. Because of this he has contempt for humanity, but that doesn't stop him from doing heroics.

He is good deep down and tries to do the right thing, but his anger leads him astray. Thanks to the fearful looks and angry condemnation of normal people, James has contempt for humanity and coming from a family who immigrated to America after WW2 knows what hate can be like. Despite his temper he was still able to find love.

History: James was not a very loved child, his parents would argue a lot and his mother was overly strict. She would yell at him when he made mistakes and then blame her husband for his mistakes. This made James a very angry young child and it became very easy to provoke him. His anger issues got him into several fights with kids and suspension from school.

This didn't help his family life and his anger got worse. There was a bright side to his life, he found love in a girl he had met in high school and she seemed to be able to calm him down when he was angry. Her name Anna and he cared much for her. When he finally graduated from high school James moved out of his parents house as quickly as possible and went to collage in Cleveland.

As his relationship with Anna developed more James felt better than he had then all of his childhood. Things were looking up and he was preparing to move in with Anna when the accident happened. He was biking in the city park and while on a trail his bike hit something and fell off of it. He was dazed for a moment and then quickly got to his feet very angry and he looked to see what he had run into. James saw that he had run into an late middle aged woman and his temper got the better of him and he shouted at the woman. The woman became furious and revealed herself to be a witch with great magical powers and then cursed him causing him to lose consciousness. All he remembered was things going pitch black and awaking in a hospital bed.

At first he felt normal, Anna had been by his side from the moment she had been allowed to see him. She had been terrified for James' life and the doctors said that he had sustained a concussion, but nothing too serious. Not long after Anna left for home did James begin to feel sick. First he got terrible stomach pains and then a really bad headache. James' body started to feel like it was being ripped apart.

He closed his eyes tightly hoping for it stop and after what seemed like an hour it did, but he didn't feel the same. When James opened his eyes he looked directly into a mirror and there staring back at him was a large scaly dragon. The sheer shock of his appearance made him thrash about the room in a panic and his newly formed wings and tail knocked over several objects in the room. His body became ignited in flames and caused the fire alarms to go off. When the doctors came running into the room they were greeted by a terrifying sight.

They screamed and James fled and he quickly smashed through the window to make his escape. He hoped that this was a nightmare, but it wasn't, it was real and now he was now like a freak. His mind went back to the woman and he realized she was the one who had done this to him. He tried to find her but she had disappeared.

James then thought of Anna and he couldn't bare the thought of facing her like this and he stayed away from her, breaking his own heart in the process. He soon learned to fly and breath fire. Not knowing what else to do he began to help others in need. He decided that he would use his curse to try and do good, but people still feared him and many hated him for what he was. He found a weapon that he would use to dish out justice to those that he thought deserved it. James' still searches for the woman who cursed him to be in such a hideous form.

Name: Arthur B. Rite

Codename: Arthur goes by Aerchon, the name of the time wurm, but the public knows him as "The Oracle of Death"

City of Operation: Cleveland, Ohio

Appearance:To be added.

Age: 30

Gender: Male

Superpowers:
Arthur can passively see 5 seconds into the future, giving him time to react to things that will occur around him.
Time of Death: This is what Arthur calls his ability to see the exact moments when non-caught die. Using this ability can be strenuous, so he doesn't use it as often as he used to.
Visions: Every once in a while, he is given random snippets of the future. This ability has only activated twice previously. The first showed Arthur when he would die if he stayed as a mortician, causing him to quit. The second time showed him the Cleveland incident, when all of those heroes died. After getting some publicity as an accurate teller of death, he simply said "Goodbye, heroes" on the local news. Arthur did this for fun, simply because making people wonder seemed just as fun as making them despair.
Aerchon, the time wurm: Once Arthur started gaining his powers, his consciousness ascended and linked to what is essentially a 5th dimensional being, a creature that slithers through the time stream, eating bits of time itself. Aerchon can latch onto certain points in time, most notably points in which people die, allowing Arthur to see these points. The time wurm can't stand the taste of the death of the caught, and goes out of his way to avoid them. The visions that Aerchon creates are a bit of an anomaly, more likely to be a result of the white rain than Aerchon's own power. Think of the relationship between these two as a sort of symbiosis. Aerchon grants Arthur power, and Arthur protects Aerchon. Aerchon only needed to latch onto a mortal after the white rain, as if he, a 5th dimensional creature, was also caught in the rain. Oh, and the two can communicate.

Skills/ Talents:
- Given that he used to a con artist, Arthur is a grade A liar.
- Death does not phase someone like Arthur, rather, he is quite fond of the dead, since they don't talk back.
- Arthur may not be cat-like, but he has rather good reflexes and stamina, making good use of those 5 seconds.
- Staying calm in most situation is a no-brainer, given the whole 5 seconds thing.

Equipment:
-Pistol: not sure what kind just yet, but having one on him is a no-brainer.
I might add more

Weaknesses: Arthur is not physically very powerful, having to outlast his opponents, rather than fight with fists.

Psyche: Most people mean nothing to Arthur, as they are little more than reserves of money to him. Arthur sees them all as inferior, believing that he is better than most to all of them. There have been people Arthur liked, though they are all currently dead, most from suicide. Arthur is fine with killing people, but prefers to outsmart them, talk with them, and get what he needs from them. Aerchon was the first thing Arthur has considered a friend in 10 years.
