Completed quests/miniquests:The Fremennik Trials, Throne of Miscellania, Royal Trouble, The Fremennik Isles, Mountain Daughter, Olaf's Quest, Lunar Diplomacy, Dream Mentor, Glorious Memories, Blood Runs Deep, Horror from the Deep, Koschei's Troubles.

Background:(I decided to tell this through the quests, it was easier to structure)

Horror From the Deep
Rakkardar Farstrider (originally named Eric Finter) was born to a small family in the village of seers, once he was of age left to become an adventurer. He traveled northwest and came upon a lighthouse that had been left unlit, after a multitude of difficult events he ended up face to face with the mother of the Dagganoth who he barely managed to kill. He obtained a book of Armadyl from the lighthouse's keeper that he keeps with him always.

Fremennik Trials
Rakkardar eventually came upon the Fremennik Village of Rellekka Rakkardar's birthname was quickly forsaken after he completed the trials of becoming a Fremennik. The trials had been one of the most difficult times of his life as he attempted to gain the respect of the Fremennik tribe. After gaining the vote of seven of the Fremennik council members, he was recognized by Brundt the Chieftain as Rakkardar Farstrider because of his lust for adventure.

Fremennik Isles
A year later, he was called upon once more to help on the island of Jatizo to spy on the island of Neitiznot, after some time he joined the Neitiznot as the leader of Jatizo was a paranoid fool that refused to deal with the troll problem on the island. the Burgher of Neitiznot on the other hand was in the midst of preparing to finish the trolls off once and for all by killing their king. Rakkardar created armor from the yaks and a shield from the wood of the arctic pines. The Burgher deemed Rakkardar worthy to lead his forces in battle against the trolls. After giving Rakkardar his helmet he gave him his blessing to charge the front lines. After a lengthy battle Rakkardar emerged victorious with the head of the troll king. He was bestowed the rank of General of Neitiznot.

Throne of Miscellania
Once that was resolved Rakkardar continued his ventures around the Fremmenik isles he was eventually invited to the the island of Miscellania to meet the king. After learning of King Vargas's...unique condition he was tasked with wooing the princess so as to become the regent.

(Fastforward past this part of the quest line and the lunar quest line to half way through Blood Runs Deep)

Blood Runs Deep
Rakkardar, now a grown battle seasoned Fremennik prepared for the final battle with the Daggermouths (Dagganoth). His new wife, her brother, Baba Yaga, and Koschei The Deathless charged into the lair of the new Dagganoth Mother. Koschei and the others stayed behind to hold back the Dagganoth kings while Rakkardar dealt with the Mother. After a lengthy battle with the Horror, Rakkardar managed to injure the Mother and seal her within the cave, never to be found again. Unfortunately both the prince and princess were killed by the Dagganoth kings. Who Rakkardar pledged to eventually find and kill.

Koschei's Troubles

A week or so after the battle with the Dagganoth, Rakkardar visited his trusted ally Koschei. He found that Koschei needed his help to remove a tree that had been "calling him." Finding that the tree itself was invulnerable to any ax he posessed, Rakkardar took a swing with Balmung to find that the blade cleaved through the tree with almost no resistance. As he examined the stump, he found an odd box that he quickly returned to Koschei. In the series of events that followed, Rakkardar learned that Koschei was actually a Mahjarrat named Kharshai that had wiped his own memories to hide from the others. Shortly thereafter, two Mahjarrat appeared and tried to force Kharshai to side with their respective gods. Of course, Kharshai chose to remain neutral, a decision that Rakkardar respected in this situation. Ultimately, both of the Mahjarrat left after warning Kharshai that he would not be recieving their support...not that Kharshai wanted it in the first place. After all was said and done, Kharshai taught Rakkardar how to tune bane ore and upgraded Balmung for him.

Background:
Wyn was born into a good home. A good father. A good mother.

Her father, Zevran, was a master elven slayer who, one day, decided to travel to the Exiled Kalphite Hive with two fellow slayers in pursuit of glory and wealth for the elven realm of Tirannwn. There had always been a massive bounty for the head of the Kalphite King, and Zevran decided that he would be the one to bring this honor back to his people. He wasn't the only one in Gielinor who had this mindset, however. Thousands of adventurers had already tried their luck at besting the Kalphite King and his army of minions, but none had ever succeeded. This time, the outcome would be different. Zevran had with him a group of hardened warriors, and more importantly, good friends on whom he could rely on to get the job done.

The way to the Kalphite King's lair was simple enough. Surprisingly, however, there were fewer kalphites than the three elves had initially planned for. Upon arriving at the tunnel into the King's lair, they were faced with a horrific sight. A group of adventurers was already fighting the King. One of the members was lying at the end of the tunnel with his guts streamed across the ground. Zevran could only assume that this was the mage of the group, and that they had not prepared any teleport tabs so they were left to stay and fight the King. Another member of this group was in the southwestern corner of the lair struggling to even stand amidst the horde of kalphites swarming him. From Zevran's perspective, these two were clearly in helpless situations. Three adventurers from the same group were battling with the Kalphite King: a spearman, a battlemage, and -- the most beautiful woman that Zevran had ever laid his eyes on. The spearman and battlemage seemed to be on their last wind, but this woman showed no sign of weariness. With that, Zevran and his fellow elves jumped into battle, surprising the current challengers who clearly were not expecting company.

"You wouldn't happen to need help, would you, my lady?" Zevran asked the woman with as suave of a demeanor as he could manage at the time.

"No, stay out of this, elf!" she retorted in the middle of a leap onto the mighty Kalphite King.

"Well, we're in this whether you like it or not. Your friends here don't look like they can take much more!"

And so, Zevran's group and this woman's group fought what was possibly the most gruesome battle of their lives.

Slowly, people started dropping. First was the battlemage. Next, one of Zevran's. This continued until only Zevran and the woman were left fighting.

"I don't have much more left in me. You should run while you can, elf. I'll hold this beast back!" shouted the strong woman.

"I would never abandon a beauty such as yours to the likes of this monster!" Zevran let out as he pulled out his last arrow and shot it through the right eye of the Kalphite King. This was accompanied by an extremely high pitch let out by the King calling forth about fifty more of his Guardians to the lair.

"Ohhh, now you've done it, you imbecile! You pissed him off!"

"Such language is not befitting of a beautiful woman such as yourself!" exclaimed Zevran with a smirk.

"Neither of us can go on much longer. It appears that both of our groups underestimated this 'bug.'" responded the woman with several pauses, ignoring Zevran's snide remark.

Zevran ignored her words and continued to fight. He would not give up even though everyone around him was dead. "A true slayer would not cower and run in the face of such adversity!" he had always been taught. This was no exception.

"You're a fool if you stay and fight this thing as you are. One man cannot take on such a monster by himself!" said the woman.

"Aye, but a man I am not, my lady. Slayers do not run from their destiny!"

"So you think your destiny is to die to this beast?"

"No, but if that is what the gods will it to be, then so it shall be!"

"You truly are a fool...." says the woman, ready to cast her teleport spell, when she sees the fifty Kalphite Guardians finally approach behind the lone elf. He does not see anything behind him as he is busy fending off the King's brutal attacks. Before the woman can grab him and teleport both her and Zevran out of there, the King manages to dismember Zevran's left arm from his body.

Days pass before Zevran finally awakens in a dark room. He is lying on a makeshift cot with no feeling coming out of the place where his left arm should have been. The woman sits on the sand-covered floor beside him staring at him intently.

"Didn't expect to see those hazel eyes again." Zevran smirks while letting out a groan. "Why do you stare? Not that I don't like it or anything."

"Because you are surprisingly calm for someone who just lost his arm. Also, I still wonder why I saved your life...Is that reason enough?" responds the woman with a pensive look.

"It was bound to happen someday, my lady. I am just glad to have had it happen in your wondrous presence." Zevran smiles. "May I ask your name, oh beautiful savior?"

"Sayeeda. Call me Sy."

And so, Zevran and Sayeeda met. Eventually, once Zevran had healed completely under Sayeeda's care, the two would begin adventuring together. Zevran, who he could no longer wield a bow, had to rely on his sword skills as well as Sayeeda until the two finally moved back to the elven capital of Prifdinnas. There, Zevran would get a functional crystal arm that the elves were still perfecting. There, the two would eventually get married. There, they would have a child named Wynter. Life was good.

Until one stormy day. Those under Lord Iorwerth's command had come to Zevran and Sayeeda's doorstep, offering Wynter a place in a school for the gifted. This was the highest honor possible for elven children, apparently, and the proud parents could not possibly say no. At five years old, Wynter was put under the "tutelage" of these elves. Secretly, the elves would experiment on young Wynter all in the name of the progression of the elven people. Eventually, they transplanted her heart with a crystal one to test whether or not this would be possible.

When Zevran and Sayeeda found out, they were furious. For about a year, their child had undergone a heart transplant and several potentially harmful tests in the name of the elves, beyond either of their knowledge. The parents ran over to the "school" with intent to kill. Their daughter had essentially endured torture while they were completely unaware! They blasted through the front door of the compound in search of their daughter. Eventually (after piling through waves of security), they came upon a magically-sealed room in which Wynter was lying. Sayeeda broke the seal and the two rushed to their daughter, embracing her in their arms.

"You two should know that this was all for the betterment of our people," came Lord Iorwerth's voice from afar. "Wynter, possessing the traits of both an elf and a human, was able to show magical capability. So, we only helped her by placing the gift of Seren within her."

"Iorwerth, you sick bastard, you have no say in the will of the gods!" Zevran ran out of the room and confronted the dark elf. "You will pay for what you have done to my daughter!"

Time and the lack of his original arm had worn the elven slayer master down. He was no longer the same elf who had fought the Kalphite King with only Sayeeda. His skill with a two-hander had not decreased as much as his skill with a bow, however. With one sweep, Zevran was able to fell three of Iorwerth's cronies. "Show yourself, coward!" yelled the enraged elf. Iorwerth would not come out, only choosing to send forth wave upon wave of guard to fight the berserker father.

Meanwhile, Sayeeda could not help her husband as she was carrying the unconscious Wynter. "Get as far away from this place as you can, my love! I will hold these bastards off," shouted Zevran as he was thrusting his blade into several of Iorwerth's guards. For now, their attention was completely focused on the now heavily wounded elf, but soon it would shift towards the mother and child. One of the guards was about to strike at the two when a dagger suddenly appeared from his skull. Once acclaimed as an archer, the mighty Zevran had thrown it across the room into the unsuspecting guard.

Sayeeda knew deep within her heart that this was how Zevran would have wanted to go. She did not question it. She did not shed a tear. Her husband was a proud man, and this was where pride led: an untimely death. As soon as she and Wynter had exited the magic-proof compound, they disappeared within an instant. Prifdinnas and Zevran were far behind them. A new life in the Kharidian Desert, Sayeeda's home, awaited.

Sixteen years pass. In that time, Wynter becomes a full-fledged Slayer in her own right as well as an accomplished magician due to her unnatural skill for magic. Sayeeda has left her daughter with the skills that she would need to survive in the realm of Gielinor. As the desert has become her new home, Wynter has learned to adapt to any situation, and through her escapades with the hero Ozan, she has gained the full attributes of the rogue: stealth, cunning, and speed. A constant worry for the young woman, however, is her gift from the Dark Lord: her crystal heart. Any day could be her last, and Wynnie fights to one day go back to the faraway land of Tirannwn to take back what was once hers and shut down Iorwerth and the Dark Lord for good.
