We are capable of being versatile. This is just our most comfortable playing standard, as the old communities we frequented held their meta incredibly high.


I find weaker characters easier to manage when aiming for realistic combat, as they will be almost identical to a real life martial artist or soldier in the way they fight. Im a big fan of sword-fighting and hand-to-hand, so there's that.

EDIT: and i ABSOLUTELY HATE MOSQUITOS

P.S. I'm a guy but am mistaken for a girl a lot online (unless you knew this already, I'm not judging. ). It doesn't help that I tend to stink at making male characters so I only have around 30% male characters and they take forever for me to get a character sheet out for them.

Realistic combat has its place, but we are cut from a slightly different cloth. I love both of those things, probably equally, and these characters are built to scale. He can go from just a machine with a sword to the multidimensional badass displayed on the sheet, all depending on whom he's fighting.

Well I can stand a side for a bit if this thread with Star, Gun, and Vordak is taking a lot of focus. If not I don't mind starting a thread with the OOC and character sheets so that we can begin work on the RP.
