Hello everyone. I am new to this site and the idea of free-form role-playing online. I do have some TRPG experience though(Pathfinder, Shadowrun, etc.). If someone could suggest RPG's on this site to look at I would appreciate it.

We'come to the guild, @redbaron1234.
To offer suggestions, it would help to know a bit about your preferences.
Do you enjoy writing long, short or something in between?
Are there any themes/genres you prefer?
What sort of RPs would you most enjoy? small groups? large groups? 1x1? Arena fights? playing an entire nation against other people's nations? Tabletop RPs (using various grades of mechanics from just the setting to full dice mechanics)?

@Ellri I am open to most generes and themes. However I prefer non-crossover works because I am not familiar with many works. If it is something crossover based, I prefer something where my lack of knowledge of the series and setting wont mess me up too badly. On that note original settings appeal to me since everyone else is on the same level.

I am looking for medium length posts, and I prefer group RP's over 1X1 deals. Arena RP's dont really appeal to me unless they are stat based though.

the dislike of crossover RPs is understandable. Just the thought of making two different 'verses technology mesh well is headachey. Fans of either will say "theirs" is superior to the other(s).

Would the one linked in our signature be of interest to you?

Original setting in the Star Wars universe (not quite covered by any movies or games).
Fairly large group, but the majority of that group is tight-knit and welcoming.
Posts may be a touch over average, but there's no requirement for long posts (we favor quality over quantity).
Its not very combat oriented, though combat will inevitably happen when you gather groups of Sith and Jedi in one place.
The conflicts are more often than not mental than they are physical.

In you signature, you say you are looking for players willing to be Jedi prisoners. Do you mean prisoners who are Jedi? Or do you mean prisoners of the Jedi?
