I don't have a problem with having a second demon as a companion, provided she isn't too powerful.
Nobody seems blatantly overpowered, but a few are close to that line. Again, provided you don't single-handedly massacre an army or something in the beginning I won't have a problem with you having an ability like invisibility or superhuman speed. But if it turns out to be too much I might ask for some powers to be toned down a bit.

If the Dungeon Keeper gets/makes lesser minions it will probably just be through summoning them through a portal or doing some black magic to create them. While obviously inspired by the Dungeon Keepers roleplays this one is quite different. The focus and emphasis is on the Overlord's champions rather than he himself. I'll probably be spending a lot more time writing as the humans that are fighting against all of your characters as compared to writing as the Dungeon Keeper.
They would most likely just exist for the purpose of being a reward. Do your missions well and you get a pack of gargoyles to command!™ Or maybe the boss will show you a new spell. There's a lot of potential for different rewards.
