That is true, but we have to "adapt to the modern age" apparently, so no more fires for cooking. *Sob*
Not to mention we really should be hunting and gathering the food ourselves. I was supposed to be learning to kill and pluck chickens, wounder what happened to that? :)

Edit: oh look we took up practically a whole page discussing food.…… then again, food is a good topic. :)

Any particular reason for the paleo thing, or just because fuck it, why not?

Cause Mum said something along the line of "We're doing this and you ain't got no choice" only in a more polite less obviously threatening way. I think there was a reason, I just don't know it.

And truthfully I do feel better than before, but smelling hot pies and the like can be amazingly depressing.

After a large amount of research.
Apparently everyone is gluten intolerant, we just have different 'breaking points' or something, after which we actually feel the effects, including but not limited to brain fog, depression, insomnia, mood-swings, being bloated, the inability to lose weight, an unbalanced metabolism, something-or-other-else-I-can't-remember, stuff like that.

I wanted to know who took my personality traits and turned them into symptoms. :)

anyway as much fun as it has been discussing food with you, I must really be going to bed, 5,50 in the morning and all. :)

NOT everyone is gluten intolerant, only people with specific conditons are. You can get sick from too much of anything, including water, that doesn't mean you have a gluten allergy because you gorge yourself on bread.
most of those things are symptoms of other conditions. the foggy-feeling in your brain and depression are symptoms of a number of disorders that a lot of people have, namely seasonal affective disorder which is caused by lack of vitamin D and insufficient exposure to sunlight.
Insomnia can and is caused by using electronic devices, the blue light from the monitor inhibits melatonin production.
and everyone suffers mood-swings from time to time, some more than others.

Tell me, did she happen to buy a paleo-diet cookbook or something similar?

Oh, it's peanutbuttery. Sounds like a Snickers.

Also, we totally have baby bottle tops and pop rocks. They're just under different names. Those guys just don't know lollies.

IT IS NOTHING LIKE A SNICKERS!
It's, like, peanutbutter candy wafer things stacked together to make them all crunchy-good then smothered in chocolate.
maybe they didn't have them when the video was made or something. I don't know.

No actual peanuts?

Meh. I only eat peanut butter when I'm sick.

And it's possible, but we've had the bottle top type things since at the mid eighties, and the different types all came out at roughly the same time (push pops, which are basically a lipstick shape, ring pops, pacifier pops, whistle pops, dip pops, which come with the sherbert as well). And pop rocks, which we call popping candy, has been around since at least the seventies.

No whole peanuts, but they're already crispy and delicious without.

Fair enough.

You know, we have a drink called Milo. So every time I see Pyrrha's weapon, Milo, I think of the ad. "Go, and go, and go with Milo."

Oh my god. That is not how you eat vegemite. Vegemite is something you eat either on a sandwich or vita wheat, with butter. I have no idea where everyone gets the idea that the beat way to try vegemite is with a spoon.

Milo tastes better hot by the way. You make it like a coffee, and add milk to the boiling water and Milo and sugar to taste. Or you can use it like sugar on your breakfast (usually weatbix).
