"Fire."
"Bad."
Eri's eyes flickered between the lighter and Tony. "I like your shiny toy." She shoot quick smile at is direction before giving her best to pay attention to the rest of the group. Fire was bad, every vampire in the city knew that. But lighters... Lighters were a completely another thing, especially if they were shiny.
It seemed like Margarita decided to make herself a leader of their merry band and even thought that probably meant she was closer to the Prince than Erinion ever wished to be, she didn't complain. The sooner they get whatever was asked of them done, the sooner she can go back to her toys and paintings.
Catching the briefest of Alex' glances, she felt something was off with him.
"..." Putting that though to be played later with, Erinion let her eyes slide over the rest of her new companions. If she got the plan right, they were to live together for a while. The idea was rather repulsive at first, why in the world would she condemn herself to closed space with a bunch of weirdos? "The Prince gets what the Prince wants, remember?"
"I could go with a bite." Eri shrugged. After all, who says no to free food? "And don't worry, children of the night. There's nothing else making noise out there." A quick shadow flew over her face as she unconsciously replied to an unasked question. "Father's not with us any more. Unless when he is." Tapping her temple a few times, a wry smile framed Erinion's face.
Presuming Dawn would like nothing more than to drive off to the dusk with Margarita, Erinion scooped over to the ass-kicker. "Good plan, lovely." If they did get into trouble before they got to wherever they were going, it would be nice to have someone like that by her side.

~

Everything seemed to unravel in the next few minutes. "Finally." Eri muttered as she quietly squeezed into the back of Alex' car. It seemed like the chitchat was flowing between the two vampires on the front seats so she just leaned back and quietly stared through the window.

Alex waited the small love affair unravel between the Kindred with no gender and the freak they had to call leader. He had no time for people like that. They were hard to read and often more shady than was comfortable. At least at the sight of them heading towards the car gave Alex the briefest flicker of hope towards leaving and continuing with his original plans. Yet there was little chance of meeting this 'serial killer' without the help of the rest of this little army. He'd hate himself much much later..
"I have four seats in my car. There's very little space in the back but there's four seats." He sighed, looking between the rest of the bunch. He'd hardly been lumbered with the best of the group but at least they weren't appalling to look at; two of them could even be seen as good looking and then there was the kid. He'd never met a child kindred he'd actually liked, or at least one he could remember. Another sigh passed his lips and he made his way over to the vehicle he'd arrived in. He couldn't help but wish he'd never left his home tonight...

A small click, two flashing lights and his car unlocked.
"What the fuck am I doing?" He muttered to himself as he dropped into the leather seat behind the wheel, slotting comfortably in the car he'd purchased a few months ago. He enjoyed keeping them in a good condition- it often made buying the newest model a little cheaper. Alex pushed his fingers along the bridge of his nose for a moment, already regretting the entire evening. He felt burdened. As if he was forced to look after siblings whilst the rest of his friends disappeared to the best party of the year. He dropped his hands as soon as the others arrived, pulling up his guard again. What he'd give to be playing some other sort of game at the moment. There'd been that blonde the other week- No! He had to focus, at least for now.

-

Alex jolted his attention over to Nessa when she climbed into the car. He wasn't expecting her to be so cheery. She was like sunlight shining through a crack in the blinds, totally unwanted and unwelcome.
"Thanks.." He muttered, trying to force himself to get along with her. He hadn't really dealt with any other kindred in a long time. They were mostly food to him or passing faces, occasionally disagreeing with his choice of having a mortal job. He hadn't ever really cared, they were a drug to him, nothing more. Alex turned over to watch Nessa, judging her strength. She looked much younger than he was. Possibly no more than a decade in her current state. He could have been wrong, he wasn't always the best judge of character.

His ears pricked her question about his music tastes. It was hard to answer, not without sounding strange. Music was different for him. It brought the most intoxicating feelings. It was like floating, trance-like.. It made him feel powerful, stronger than almost anyone; although it wasn't true. He never fed without music, it made the experience just that more amazing. His interests changed dramatically over the decades. Drifting towards deep bass pulses, electronic buzzes and the clashing sound that seemed so much like violence. There was no denying he'd spent a few evenings giving in to his most deepest desires listening to the music he felt so close to now.

"It's best not to turn the radio on." He commented. "It's a little boring." Alex lied. Perhaps it was association of the music and how he enjoyed listening to it that made concentrating so hard. The last time he pressed play on the stereo her name had been Beth.. Sweet girl, wanted to be an actress, and it wasn't hard making it look like she'd been hit by a car either. His kind may have loved the arts, but those like him were a dark mirror image of their Camarilla siblings, their minds are twisted and warped, and they would often lose themselves watching others suffer, much like their Camarilla siblings lose themselves watching a beautiful painting. Perhaps it was a curse, perhaps not. It was an art form all the same.

"Here." Alex muttered, pressing the radio option. At least that way it limited the likelihood of him driving them off the road. The casual chatter of two hosts chatting away to each other about the most trivial of things would keep Nessa off his back. He enjoyed the chatter from time to time, it was always about nothing. The stereo sat happily in the middle of his dashboard, boasting six options including CD, Phone and Maps. Although he'd only ever used two of the six sitting there. He hadn't ever seen the point in maps, it's not like he ever went anywhere. The world was too big to get through in one night.

It was weird watching the others talk. Nessa had the sudden urge to bare her fangs and hiss and wasn't that so horror movie of the 80's! She licked her lips. She really wanted to get the search going to find that boy, however the meaning of her new assignment started sicking through. They were talking about a mass murder within the kindred. Someone was on the loose, killing. The boy would have to wait! Yes, he was definitely in danger, but this serial killer could take another life at any moment and she wasn't going to let anything get in her way! If she'd have to work with these guys she'd manage somehow. They all seemed distant, but none had been unfriendly so far. Why should she be? With a smile she inclined her head as the dark haired woman with the weird manner of speech approached the child and her. So they'd all be staying at one place? Great! So she wouldn't be watching the evening classes and self defence courses anymore, huh? At least not for a while. That didn't quite sit right with her, but it wasn't to be changed. Hopefully they'd all get along somehow.

Then a ride was offered. Nessa was so on board! With a grin of joy she followed the man. Opening the passenger door she slipped onto the seat, smiling at the driver. She extended her hand. “Thanks for the ride. I'm Nessa.” In this moment she realized she hadn't mentioned her name during the introduction. Well, they'd figure it out eventually. No need to worry. She looked around. She'd only been a car twice: the first time had been when her Mom had taken her away, the second when they'd returned and the kind lady from the shelter had brought them to their new apartment with all their belongings. The thought of her mother let her wince. The poor woman was all alone now . . . Absent-minded she stared at the radio. “It's a really nice car.” She said to the radio, extending a finger to stroke it's borders. This looked complicated but fun at the same time. “I wonder what kind of music you listen to – or are you one of those radio listeners?” Her eyes were brought up to meet those of the man. Alex was it, wasn't it? Yes, she thought he'd said something like that as they had stood together.

Margarita watched with moderate interest as the Kindred chose their hosts and methods of travel. Not finding herself appealed to riding with the pretty boy in his metal monster machine, she took up the unnerving Tzimisce's offer. "It would be most pleasant," She remarked aside to Dawn, her smile cracking the dry skin of her face. After her choosing of locomotive vehicle, the Nos waited patiently for the rest of the crew to make their decisions about travelling.

It made perfect sense to her that Alex chose
Nessa to ride with--or was it the other way around? No matter, she decided. The flirtations of a young stud were of little interest to her as the Tzimisce's veiled niceties. She wrapped her shawl closely around her. Not from the cold, but an uneasiness swept over her. The Tzimisce? So quickly? She wondered shortly, before returning herself to the present. Her mind often wandered as such, being a 'thinking girl'. The group's slow warming to each other was beginning to become a chafe of hers, despite having only known them for practically ten minutes. It didn't bode well for her future relations with the coterie, but she decided that it would be best not to spit in the face of the Prince and abolish her role in the Blood Hunt. Besides: they needed her. They needed her badly, from what she interpreted. From the child to the Tzimisce, the coterie had a plethora of issues to overcome. If the group actually solved this murder mystery, it would be of great surprise to Margarita. If the group actually solved this murder mystery, it would be of great credit to Margarita as well. She could perchance use this leverage in her favor of securing a larger haven for herself--or even a larger cash flow from her contacts. It all depended on how this gaggle of gothic ghouls and geeks stowed their apprehensions and worked.

"Marvelous." Dawn said with a small grin directed to Margarita as the Nosferatu took up their offer of a ride. They wasted no time leading the withering Kindred to their car, its engine still being warm from being roaring a mere few moments earlier. With another one of their pencil thin smiles Dawn opened the passenger side door for Margarita. "After you milady." They said in their cool tone as the bowed their head slightly. After the walking corpse of a vampire would of made herself situated in her sit Dawn would close the door and make their way to the driver's side, fluidly moving into the car and closing the door behind them. "This is already proving to be quite the evening, yes?" Dawn said as they looked over to the Nosferatu, a smile that held a certain mischievous air to it sat on their lips. They then would let out a slight smirk before turning on the car, the engine purring to life.

After a moment Dawn would pull up next to the golden haired Toreador's car. "Do try to keep up, I would hate for you to get lost while on my watch." They would call over with a smirk to the pretty boy vampire before turning their attention to the road in front of them. It wasn't a split second later when the engine of Dawn's car let out a roar and the Tzimisce was racing down the road. Dawn was not lying when they described their driving, they weaved in and out of traffic, ran red lights, raced well over the speed limit. The number of times a Kine honked their horn at Dawn or spouted some form of profanity or another was almost laughable. But despite the recklessness of their driving Dawn kept their same calm demeanor the whole time, all this was just sheer enjoyment to them.

Surprised at the dull voices coming from the radio Nessa started laughing. She didn‘t know what exactly was so funny, but she knew for sure that this wasn‘t what Alex listened to when he was on his own cruising through the city. It just didn‘t seem right! The door behind her opened and the female vampire entered. The young Brujah turned to greet her with a friendly smile before looking back at the radio. She had no interest in listening to the boring chatter of radio hosts! Alex was just distracted by the other car so she took her chance and leaned forward and looked at the dashboard with a frown. So many buttons? Which of them would be the one for the CD drive? Oh, probably the one called ‚CD‘ - Duh! Nessa tipped on the button and leaned back while the drive sprang to life and loaded the CD. „Now, that‘s more like it!“ she said with pure joy on her face as the fast rhythms and the strong e-guitar started thumping through the speakers. Purring she stretched her limbs and crossed her legs, settling more comfortably into the passengers seat. „I like your music taste!“ The Brujah proclaimed, turning up the volume with a playful wink. The blue light illuminating the display and buttons on the dashboard gave her white long legs a ghostly hue. Her eyes were trained on Alex‘s face, a frisky smile on her lips.

Nessa was in quite a good mood. She was looking forward to finally befriending others of her kindred and acting with them to right a wrong that endangered not only them but humans as well. Yes, this was a just mission and she dearly hoped that the boy was OK. Perhaps it had been a friend or relative who had picked him up tot take him to a better life. Yeah, sure, and she was Chacki Chan! Her gaze drifted off into the distance. Poor boy! But he would have to wait! This was bigger than him. And she had let her comrades know! She knew she wasn‘t the only one watching over those children and the others had been informed and were probably dealing with it already. She should really trust them more! She shifted a little in her seat, slightly leaning against the arm rest. „This will be an adventure . . . „ she said more to herself than to anyone else and leaned her head back. Yes, an adventure. Something was happening. She just hoped it would end in something good. Being honest with herself Nessa suddenly realized that she was afraid. Great! Fear preserved her, true, but it could also cause her to flinch in the wrong moment. Pressing her back into the seat she felt the gun at the small of her back, covered carefully by her hotpants, shirt and blouse. She‘d feel safer with it near her and it did calm her down a bit. What had she gotten herself into?

He hated all of them. Every single one of them! He felt his nostrils flair at Dawn's comment. Xe was pretty high up on his list of people he hated. Xe was self-centered and so full of shit! God, he'd enjoyed ripping that head straight of its shoulders. Dawn was the sort of person, Alex would have hunted for fun. He wouldn't have fed, just chased scared screams through the dark, enjoying the begging and pleading. Alex gripped his steering wheel tightly and forced himself to climb up to the higher ground. He was sure her intention was for him to flip all of his shit. It was working.. However, the sound of immature laughter reached his ears pretty quickly. He twisted his head to look over at Nessa although her humour was lost on him. He ignorantly turned his head and decided what mattered was following that bitch and its disgusting friend. What he'd give to be the only thing keeping Dawn alive later was unimaginable. He half fantasized a moment including himself being the one to finally end it all.. He pulled his attention back out and pulled out of parking spot and into the road, a well practiced maneuver.

An uncomfortable ripple chased across the hair on the back of Alex's neck and all along his arms as the stereo changed. His grip tightened around the steering wheel once again, causing already pale knuckles to drain of what little colour they had. He had to concentrate. There were two of them.. Little Miss Loopy in the back probably wasn't a threat but no doubt she'd reach someone before he could do anything. Alex reached across and turned the volume down, desperately trying to conserve what little willpower he had left.
"Just tell me which way she went." He muttered, trying to push the memories back out of his head. Naomi... Catherine... Beth. He missed her, she'd been far more fun than anyone else. His hairs danced on end, whilst his mind and willpower fought the underlying hunger that no amount of kind would satisfy. He would have to feed tonight. No matter who it was. If he got caught, he'd steal a van. The girls could drive. He'd leave the city as he always did. Alex fidgeted slightly, shifting until he got comfortable once again. He took one hand off the wheel and let his right hand relax out of sight until the shaking stopped. He couldn't let it get any worse; the man was cold turkey

"Twenty seven." Erinion's voice lazily floated from the back seat. "Twenty seven thousand shinies. Don't you think that is a bit... much?" It was the price of the painting she had hoped to obtain before she was so rudely interrupted by the man killing machine they were to chase around. It's not like money was ever a problem for her, but she didn't like overpaying for things either. Well, cutiepie, it's not like you were planning to let him see the light of day anyways. "Mine." She shrugged. It would be truly outrageous to the artista live after he was done, after all, he just might go create something else she would like and that would cause all sorts of problems - although probably not as many as his premature death would.

And just when the pout started forming on her face, the music changed, shifting Erinion's focus on happenings in the car. And while Alex' mask fell down for not longer than a second, she couldn't help but grin on the quite obvious hate emanating from him. Thread carefully, love. Nessa seemed quite fine though, beside the sudden mood changes, but after all, Erinion was in no place to judge that of all things. Reaching out, Eri tapped Nessa's shoulder a few times. "Don't trouble yourself, Father will show us the way."

"And the one that drives should turn right here." She added leaning back to her seat, a soft smile framing her face. Being driven around was something Erinion enjoyed, quite a bit actually. Even though she was bound to this city, she'd indulge the thoughts of driving away to the sunset - thoughts that often caused her freezer to be filled with bodies of the people she'd stumble upon after realizing that dream isn't going to come to life anytime soon. "Just right over there." Eri pointed one of her slim fingers to the side-street, hoping that would give Alex enough info on where to go.

"But siiirrrrr!" Cameron spoke in her whiny voice. "I don't want to baby sit. If you wanted me to baby sit you should've just had me go find and kill the bitch causing all these murders."

"No buts! You're my sheriff and you will do as I say." He stood up from his throne and began to pace the room. "I'm not saying I don't trust them to get the job done, but I want somebody I know a little better out on the field with them. I want them to find the guy who did this and I want them to stop it. You're only there as back up. Nothing more. Do you understand?"

"I suppose. I really don't want to baby sit though. This is so duuummmbbb!" Cameron spoke flailing her arms.
"If anybody needs to be baby sat it's you! You're acting like a two year old. Now go and stop whining. I have more important things to deal with." The prince sat back down in his throne and began to go through some papers, reading them and then flipping to the next.

Ugh! This is so fucking stupid. I hate my job sometimes. Cameron thought running through the streets toward the location they were last spotted.

Margarita entered the Tzimisce's vehicle with apprehension, hoping previously that the flesh-bender would be driving something a little more high-end. Her face drew grim as she slunk into the passenger's seat, and even more so at the roar of the engine. She gripped the lining of the interior with clutching fingers as the driver zoomed through traffic and light alike. "Little regard for personal safety? Or for others?" She chided, mumbling to her chauffeur with a rumbling annoyance. Her sunken eyes were wide with attention, flicking between the speeding cars flying past her window. The Nosferatu wondered seriously if she had been better off taking her chances in the vehicle some other Kindred--even that pasty-faced pretty boy. No. Nothing would make her spend any more precious seconds of undeath in the presence of that neonate than the necessities of Coterie duty.

The sudden mood change didn‘t slip Nessas attention. Something was off with their driver and it seemed to have something to do with the music. This was interesting. She too had a strong bond to her music - though it didn‘t affect her the way it seemed to affect Alex. He seemed to be really worked up! The tremble of his hand just couldn‘t be overlooked.

The touch of her shoulder had her flinch so violently that she almost jumped off the seat. She quickly realized that there was no threat here so she settled back down, tension making a muscle in her arm twitch. With a friendly smile she turned to Erinion. „I‘m sure he will.“ The young Brujah had no idea what the kindred on the back seat was talking about - but surely it would make more sense to her if her instincts hadn‘t just kicked into red-alert mode! Trained reflexes did seem to have a dark side as well, she thought grimly. Gettion her phone from her pocket she hooked it up to the radio as Alex was distracted by Erinion who was giving him directions. She scrolled through her music library and chose a song fitting her mood quite nicely. Once again the speakers went silent before the bass started filling the car with sound. Nessa leaned back, a faint smile on her lips. Hopefully now their driver could relax a little after the shock.

Dawn let out another playful chuckle in response to Margarita's inquiry about their driving style. "Oh I have nothing but concern for the well beings of others milady." They said with a little wink to the Nosferatu who was currently sinking herself deeper and deeper into her seat. As they continued to weave in and out of the nighttime traffic Dawn would allow an occasional glance to the rearview mirror to insure that the golden-haired Toreador was still fallowing them. "Good to see this one is more than just looks..." They mumbled to themselves as they spotted the pretty boy's car. With their same sly smirk Dawn increased their speed, no point of dragging this out.

It wasn't long until they had made it back to the inner circle of the city and back to their humble sanctuary. Dawn pulled into a side ally and parked their car. "As I assured milady we have made it here in one peace." They said with a chuckle before exiting the car. They then waved down the car filled with his fellow Kindred and waited for them to park and exit the vehicle before continuing. "You all must forgive me if I seem a bit excited, I oh so love to entertain guests." Dawn said as they began to lead the group to a locked door in the ally. They then quickly produced a key and unlocked the door, holding it open for the group. "After you all, I insist."

After entering the group would come to a set of stairs that would lead down for a short time before opening up to a rather large living room. The whole place had a rather modern feeling to it. With its pristine white carpet that and spotless walls of the same color one couldn't be blamed for doubting that this was indeed the haven of a Tzimisce. The room was quite decorated, varies paintings and statues dotted the place. Their was a black polaris couch situated in front of a short coffee table. A large plasma T.V. hung on the wall above a fire place. If anyone in the group would care to look they would find two ways, aside from the way they just entered, to exit the room. One was another staircase, this one leading up to Dawn's art studio, while the other was a hallway that lead to the bed rooms.

Turning to the rest of the group Dawn smiled, holding out their hands in a welcoming manor. "Welcome to my little slice of the city." They said in a rather unnerving warm tone. There are three guest bedrooms down that hallway, along with my master bedroom though I am more than willing to allow one of you to make use of it for the time being." Dawn said, their eyes scanning over everyone. Please do make yourself at home.

So long as the music changed, that was all that mattered to Alex. He was already getting desperate, everyone here was just making it worse. He could barely stand it. It wasn't the usual hunger that lingered in all Kindred, but the rumbling lust that dwelled inside the worst of any junkie. That same lust that drove most to theft and murder for another hit. It would be living hell hanging out with this lot until they caught this bastard. They had to destroy him soon, ideally before sunrise yet chances were it would be days until one of them caught wind of this idiot. Alex was going to rip his neck open for the shit he'd caused him. That was all that sick prick deserved- the similarity tickled Alex a little. At least when Alex killed it looked like freak accidents.

Alex jumped a little and turned his attention to the two girls. Shifting his eyes back to the road, two eyes rolled in their sockets and focused back on the road. Dawn drove like a psychopath. There was nothing attractive about a bad driver. Sure, there was something about going fast that melted mortals but dodging traffic attractive nothing but the wrong sort. The blonde flipped the indicator and turned the corner, without making a fool of himself and disrupting the flow of the world.. He turned once again and spotted Dawn's car- psycho bitch. The change again left Alex feeling a little off guard. He shot Nessa a quick glance and concluded she was having far too much fun making him feel uncomfortable. He rolled his shoulders and turned the sound back down again. He wouldn't have felt guilty making her walk the rest of the way there.

He continued down the road and pulled up against the curb, making sure to park a little further back from behind Dawn's car. There was no doubting the freak would take the chance to piss him off more by smashing up his car. He turned the engine off and sat quietly for a second before sliding out of the car. He opened the back door and waited for Erinion to climb out the back seat. It wasn't a sign of friendship but an attempt at making allies. Little Miss Loopy probably wasn't going to be a threat to him in combat but he had the feeling she knew a little too much already. Then there was the walking corpse. Margarita seemed overly cautious of him, whether that was himself making assumptions or the truth, he didn't know. A small dose of healthy paranoia had saved him in the past, more than once. He shut the door behind the small vampire and set his alarm once Nessa was out. She would be worthwhile trying to forge an alliance with but there was the matter of how annoying she seemed to be.

Alex chose to ignore the fake greetings and phony pleasantries. He followed the group down into the home and felt a hospital vibe from the walls and floor. There was no way Dawn would have ever been able to keep the carpet spotless. He let his attention drift about, taking a moment to admire the expensive furniture. Aside from the hauntingly disturbing feeling he couldn't quite shake from his mind, Alex almost felt at home. He even had the same model TV.

Margarita said little in response to her chauffeur during the drive to her new residence, which she so dreaded spending time in a close space with Kindred she'd no previous interest in. The wink from the Tzimisce curdled her innards, giving her a singing sourness across her skin. At the mention of the other driver, Margarita grumbled softly, "Let us not be so hasty in our assumptions about one's brainpower." Her snide remark was obviously done for jest, as her own prejudice was just as hasty as her cohort's. She watched the lights zip by, and buildings tower above their metal machination's viewports. With the sudden burst of speed, Margarita clutched at the interior of the car. Her devilish nails made slight cuts in the armrest, which she shyly placed her hand over to hide the damage. Suddenly, her neck was nearly ripped out of socket as the pair swung into an ally and veered to stop."One piece is a relative phrase. I do believe I left part of my sanity at the waterfront, before being flung around by your caterwauling vehicle. No offense to you or your precious carriage here, but I do prefer my own feet to carry me." Her face was hard and annoyed before softening to an apologetic half-smile, which hopefully calmed any qualms the Kindred might have about her complaining. She wished little to upset something that would love to break every bone in her body for nefarious experimentation.

Margarita followed the gang into the home, and chose to keep slight distance from the Coterie lest she upset them with her stench or being. Not that she smelled. She didn't think so. Perhaps her nose wasn't up to sniff snuff anymore? Before long, her daydreaming was cut short by the blisteringly pristine apartment. How does she keep it this clean? Was all that was running through Margarita's thoughts as the Tzimisce welcomed them to her asylum-themed apartment. As she walked on the carpet, she couldn't help but feel as if she were sullying every centimeter that she came into contact with. This led her to stand quite awkwardly next to the entrance, a few steps away. She curled her shawl around herself, and stood with a high back--looking down her nose, or up for the taller Kindred, at her fellows. It's what she was taught to do those many centuries ago, when faced with awkward adversity. Her misty eyes flicked from piece to piece around the room, laying wantingly for a few short moments on the luxurious couch that begged her to lay on it and kick her tired feet up. She hungered for the couch so badly that she thought she might've been salivating.

The rest of the ride was rather boring. The young Brujah watched traffic lights pass by and got lost in thought. This new world she had fallen into had given her so much! She was stronger, faster and hard to kill. She really appreciated the second chance given to her by fate. Although her sire didn't show often and let her figure out everything for herself she knew he cared and would be there if she asked for help. But he was a man and men tended to violence so best stay away! Her eyes fell upon Alex and the slightest twitch went through her left cheek. He was a man too -or had been once. Close enough for her! And the reaction he'd shown as shed turned on the music had been very interesting. Prone to violence, dear male?

They arrived and Nessa all but jumped out of the car as soon as it had been parked. Stowing her phone in one of the tight pockets of her hotpants she looked around with huge eyes. The scenery had changed during the carried but this was truly something she hadn't expected! In awe the words the house owner spoke didn't register in her head. So she blindly stretched out a hand, catching Alex's arm and holding onto it as they entered the house. Was this real? Her own apartment flashed in her minds eye. It was a single room she shared with two others and her safe place for the day was a hollow space between the walls, accessible only from a small hole behind her bed, forcing her to crawl under the damn thing every morning and back from under it every night. Luckily her roommates were gorgeous Rottweiler's who didn't question the behaviour of their owner. They kept her and her hiding place safe. She'd have to go back to feed them tomorrow.

AS the group filed in the Brujah stayed close to Alex. She fehlt a strange attachment to him. Perhaps it was the fact that she had seen a glimpse of what he his behind that pretty face of his. There had been a glimpse in brutality in his eyes she could relate with. For her it was the same when she hunted down those bastards who dare raise a hand towards those they were supposed to protect. Just thinking about it made her clench her hands and let go of pretty boy, moving to stand behind him and the others. Eyeing the couch for a moment she looked around some more, once again caught by the sheer size of things, the modern equipment and cleanliness. She would never allow another vampire to enter her home! Not just because it was her safe escape, but also because her place was pathetic in comparison to this.

Cameron

Cameron walked the streets of the city in the nurses outfit she was found commonly wearing. The chainsaw was thrown over her shoulder and a lollipop stick hung out of her mouth. Meh, where could those kids have gone. Cameron thought to herself as she pulled the lollipop out of her mouth and then put it back in again. She was always doing some sort of work for the prince. It didn't really bother her. She just didn't like to baby sit. She walkways though that kids got annoying and that they talk to much and that they never know when to go to bed. Half way through the meeting by the docks Cameron just stopped paying attention. There was a lot of stuff going on other than just talking. The water rushing, the moon shining, screams of people being killed in the distance. Those were her favorite sounds. Reminds her of when she was a young kid.
Cameron was about to slip into an ally way and feed for the night when she saw one of the cars stop at a stop light up the road a little ways. She knew the car belonged to one of the people at the meeting. She didn't catch any of their names. She just knew that there were cars and people drove them. Cameron sighed as she ran down the side walk and across the street following the car. As she ran the few people That were on the street at this hour gave her weird looks. Was it the chainsaw, the nurses outfit, the fact that she was running faster than a normal human? She didn't care. Cameron just knew she had to catch up to the car.
Cameron watched as the car pulled into an ally and the people went inside. She waited for the other car to show up before approaching the door. She took the lollipop out of her mouth and threw it into the street. Cameron lifted her hand and sighed. After knocking on the door she waited for a reply.
