"Daniel, is it?" the doctor said to Danny Prowler with a sympathetic smile. The idiot looked like he was taken out of a movie, a clean shaven man in his 50s with a formal short haircut, stereotypical shrink. Danny simply nodded in reply, a sullen look on his face. After all, if he gave him any information like him liking being called Danny, he could reveal something a step closer to the fact he staged this entire thing.
"Well as you know Daniel, you're going to be staying here for a while, we're just going to settle you into your room and then you should be just in time for dinner and some free time to get to know some people," the doctor continued, and started to go into some sort of lecture, listing the rules and times of his weekly medical and psychological check-ups. It seemed obvious from how rare they were seeing the local psychiatrist that they viewed most of the 'patients' here as a lost hope, just kept here so they don't hurt themselves or someone else. How fun.
Daniel decided to tune in to the doctor again as he heard him mention fluoxetine, the antidepressant they had him taking once a morning and once a night. "..fluoxetine will be dosed to you as per usual, and if we see you deteriorating Dr. Guroi will increase your dosage. Enjoy your stay" he finished as what appeared to be a security guard escorted him to his room. It's not like they let him keep anything so he quickly looked around, then headed over to the cafeteria section early. Finally, he thought, It's time to meet my fellow prisoners
