Jack's sorta like that, I guess. By the way I'm developing him, he's going to somewhat fit that criteria. Anyways, I SHALL BEGAN READING YOUR POST, VERTICAL.
Okay, I've come to the realization that my character is SOL at this point considering the latest shenanigans that are occurring (aka pretty much 0 escape routes left) so is it at all possible that I could make a wastelander character of sorts that meets the group shortly after their departure from the vault? Like, a wanderer dude with no where else to go so he sticks around with them? I'm kinda realizing I joined at a pretty inopportune time.
I like how Johnny's full concern was simply that Osaki was alright. I would laugh a bit if this journey continued with him hitting on a few of the girls in the group.
Well he's concerned about a lot of the others. Johnny's just trying to be a good ol boy. not a good ol boy who doesn't think women can handle themselves, but a good ol boy none the less. in this case he's just a good ol boy who's had a baseball bat taken to him.
If we're all in the same class, wouldn't most of everybody know each other and their respective quirks: like Jerry being retarded or Oscars family woes or everyone else being really goddamn depressing
depends,.. if your character isnt a real people person she/he might not know everyones quirks. Osaki for instance kept her distance most of the time. So she has no clue about quirks unless the person specificly made it loud and clear what they were about. Like Kat for instance being in a gang.
Like I said, Osaki mostly kept to herself and from the looks of things most of the others did too, so they likely never took the time to notice. I think Osaki was more concerned with the idea of being on the Rattlesnakes good side.
It's... kinda hard not to notice someone who is profoundly retarded. Especially if you spent over ten years in the same class as them. Like, I'm not one to disparage the mentally-handicapped, but you know when someone is suffering from mental retardation.
In order not to notice Jerry unintentionally, a character would have to spend nearly every class session nose-deep in their books while wearing ear plugs.
