But usually those rhymes aren't as sublime.

Why not let Alexander take the hit? It won't affect him all that much. By the by, powergaming is also making it so that you can't take any meaningful damage. What Lilith is doing is autohitting.

The problem is that he wasn't given the chance to take the hit. The GM broke his own rule and auto-hit Alex. The GM said auto-hitting is against the rules, but he just auto-hit Alex, supposedly without John's permission.

It looks like @The_written_john really has quit. You know, this is exactly the same thing he did in another game I was in. I guess he's just the kind of person who reacts poorly to anything bad.

So @Oni_, now you've given us a "game" that will automatically kill either Souta or Tough Love by virtue of the conditions.
Plus, you know, your character will die as well as soon as anyone escapes, as per the conditions since, see, once one person escapes everyone inside will die which by definition includes Jack.
This seems a bit short-sighted.

I may not have written the actual explanation very well, essentially:

Escape through the back door and the barriers will all disappear, letting everyone else escape. Which is when Jack plans on slipping away.

Okay this is the last post I'm going to conduct, and since I don't want to double post I'll shove it in here. Honestly the RP had a good premise, but it didn't really turn out how I thought it would when I joined, the last few posts I've made have been way to extreme considering how I aimed to go with the character. Hence the burning building etc. I've been trying to organically get him out, it's proved difficult. So assume that when either Tough Love or the other guy gets through the fire, the barriers fall down and Jack escapes with the crowd.

The RP was just a bit to intense, serious and "edgy" for my liking so I'm going to jump the bus now since I'm not willing to keep playing along until a reasonable time to jump presents itself.

Have fun with the rest of the RP guys.
