Powers: By himself, Tomoyuki is a skilled martial artist, mostly in Karate and aikido. However, he usually relies on his power suit, which can make him fly incredibly fast, up to mach 2, and much more agile. It also gives him additional protection from most attacks and gives him the ability to view things in thermovision and scan buildings for any people inside. It also allows him to have superhero strength, able to lift things up to 10x the weight that an average human can bare.

Weapons: His power suit comes loaded with many different kinds of weapons. The palms of its hands can fire blue volleys of plasma energy at his opponent, and can also transform into cannons if he needs more firepower. The back of the suit can also reveal 3 pairs of rockets that can be fired and track the opponent via AI. The chest can also open up to unleash a powerful chest-buster cannon, which is one of his most powerful attacks. It also can produce an invisible shield that can withstand many powerful projectile and psychical attacks.

Personality: Tomoyuki is incredibly intelligent and quick thinking, able to fix almost anything electric. However, he is usually solitary and prefers to work alone. While one would think that his incredible wealth is all that he cares for, this is not exactly the case. He feels that he can focus and accomplish more on his own, though doesn't mind some help here and there. However, he occasionally suffers from depression after the loss of his parents, which is another reason why he usually wants to be alone. Yet despite his lone wolf demeanor, he cares about humanity a lot and will do whatever it takes to help.

History: Tomoyuki was born in a wealthy, high-tech, family in the heart of Neo-Tokyo. His father owned a rich corporation that dealed with state-of-the-art electronics and technology, while his mother worked alongside him as 2nd in command, but usually stayed and worked at home as a family wife, as well as taking care of little Tomo. He went to many private schools, starting from Middle School, receiving the highest quality of education. He went on to become a brilliant genius, specializing in advanced tech and electronics, just like his father. He really did live the life every child desired.

However, tragedy struck after Tomo's father got a heart attack, while testing a new prototype of a power suit that he hopes will be used to help soldiers in battle, crashing into the ground and suffered from broken ribs, back, and internal bleeding. The doctors did all that they could to help him, but unfortunately were unsuccessful. He died 2 hours after being in the operating room. Before he died however, Tomo's father announced that his son, who was already 15, to take over his position as CEO, along with his wife. Despite being utterly depressed over the death of his father, Tomoyuki revisited his father's prototype power suit and began to work on it himself, testing it safely and carefully, while adding new gadgets to it.

After going through 3 marks and lots of testing, by the age of 18, Tomo finally made the perfect suit. However, by then, his mother was the victim of a vicious car accident, leaving her dead on the spot. This made the young man even more depressed, to the point where he thought he would commit suicide. Yet as he gets into his suit so he can crash it into the ground and kill himself, he sees a young girl getting attacked by a rapist in a back alley. Quickly forgetting his ordeal, he comes to the woman's aid and quickly puts down the threat with a blast of his hand beam, killing him instantly. The woman gladly thanks him, even calling Tomo a life saver and even a superhero.

It was from then on that Tomoyuki had a new objective in life. He commits himself to become a hero and savior of Neo-Tokyo, saving lives whenever he can, which he does to this day. He even goes as far as giving him a nickname, known as "The Sentry". He also has plans to make different kinds of armor, many of which will be much more different to his regular power suit, suited to different situations. Already he is famous throughout the city in helping people in many precarious situations and even in taking down some crime as well.

Weakness: Tomoyuki is mortal. While his armor gives him protection, it is still vulnerable to many powerful attacks. In addition, it does not last forever, as it has a battery life Without it, he's much more vulnerable to attacks. He also has an obsession with donuts, they being his favorite food.

Jack is most likely considered a villain, even at times a SUPERvillain due to his powers, however he prefers to think of himself as something with slightly less... negative connotations. Therefore he refers to himself as a Super-menace.

Powers:
The Game Master
The power that Jack possesses is by no means boring, he cannot run at super speeds, nor can he fly. But rather he is able to set rules to objectives. Like some form of twisted game. To give an idea as to how it works, imagine if Batman HAD to complete the puzzles that the Riddler sets for him. If there is something that someone is trying to do, then Jack can set conditions. That villain you were chasing? Well he's on a building. So while you get up there why don't we play a game? Thirty minutes, you must get to the roof. No flying. Only one staircase will lead you there. Find it and you win.

But what happens if a hero, or for that matter anyone, loses one of these games? Well. The answer to that is typically, essentially nothing. Well, they've lost the time that the game went on for but the heroes will always emerge unharmed, unless they got hurt during the game itself. But, and it's a big but. Jack can keep them with-held for losing the game or do something like take some loose change like some kind of RPG character. It will be part of the losing conditions naturally so he wont do it randomly, but it can prove to be a real pain in the ass.

Another real-world example that could happen: Your taking a commute - hey even the best heroes need to - when suddenly the trains breaks fail. Your time limit is and hour, until that really sharp turn where the train will probably derail killing a whole bunch of people. Stop the train. The only rule? You do not change it's course. The losing condition, well. I suppose it would have to be your lunch.

And that is all she wrote. No one said the power doesn't have it's uses. It's ability to set these games could become a great asset, but screwing with people is fun enough.

Weapons:

All there is in this category is a neato baton, one of those that you slam into the ground to close.


Personality:

Jack isn't that bad of a person, well not if you know him well enough. But his tendencies to cause chaos get him set aside as a bad person. So you know what? If that's what they label him why not play the part? More people like him exist so why not get in their way, set the back? Just be a pest? That is the extent of Jacks motivation, screw with people like him. It's not a vendetta, if he stopped then no one would search after him, after all. His crimes are petty.

Other than this slightly to optimistic approach to his situation Jack is cool headed, well, about 85 percent of the time he is. If you're wondering that's his typical win rate. You know what they say, the house has the high ground.


History:

You know what rule number one of gambling is? The house always wins. And ain't it a kick in the teeth. Unless of course you ARE the house, but so few people get that pleasure. Jack learnt that at a young age, making so called "bets" was commonplace and when they're rigged from the start you soon learn to steer clear, unless, much like the house you're the one who's doing the rigging.

But school-ground bets are the little-leagues. Like a gateway drug only much less harmful. It starts out small, maths homework answers, then onto pocket money and boom before you know it your in a high-rollers casino. Its where you start early that makes the big difference, and for Jack, well. He got an early start when it came to dealing out the cards.

85% that's how much the house won when Jack was involved, it was slightly below expectations but it kept people coming back for more. At least that's what the house thought. No one swindles money from the house, not even the likes of Angele Merkel. But that's a whole different story.

So there he was, thinking he was taking candy from a baby, but in reality the baby was waiting to take that candy right back from the poor sucker who took them on. When jack was next in the high rollers table it was as a player. But that was few and far between. He took the time to reflect on life, enjoy himself a bit. He visited his Grandma every Sunday, they enjoyed a game of monopoly usually. And then it happened. His power emerged.

Life went all kinds of strange after that. Ups and downs of whether things were looking up. Sometimes he felt like a king, he WAS the house now. He set his own rules to his own games. Other times he felt like a freak, it was a maelstrom of conflicting thoughts and opinions. Then it hit him. If he was the house, then he would secure his 85% win rate in life. That's exactly what he got, for a time.

Three months down the line and he was in the slammer. "Thirty minutes, get me downtown, you lose... half of my fee" it was nothing special. But the game had commenced and it was very, very real. It was difficult to explain at first, but the meter sort of just... stopped. Like the taxi wasn't moving. Soon, it ticked over, at half the rate it normally would. The cab driver realized and called him out. That's to say, he actually called the cops, accused Jack of messing with his stuff. Well, what can he say. The other 15 percent had to kick in sometime.

But then he delved more, played more games. The results were shown to be real. He was labelled as some kind of minor criminal. Nothing particularly amazing. But still, someone would come after him. He just needed to play the waiting game. Soon someone would come after the Dancing Jack, who makes up these names? Mind you he had it coming, his "criminal signature" was to leave a Jack of Spades behind to signal that it was him who was the so called "perp".


Weakness:
At the end of the day, a game is a game. He may be able to make them out of reality but this certainly isn't science fiction. He can't make people disappear into thin air if they lose. He's also not greatly suited to combat, which is why unless he just so happens to have a Quetzalcoatlus to hand he isn't going to be fighting. Also if you really want to kill him, just win the game an put a bullet in his head.

He's also hydrophobic, just don't bring it up. He tries to ignore it.

Powers: Lilith has a wide variety of powers. She is known to levitate and fly in the air for a descent rate, as well as telekinesis, dodge bullets and other projectiles with ease, and even shape-shifting into any kind of humanoid vessel. She is also capable of firing pink electricity from her finger tips, including other energy based attacks from her hands. She also has superhuman strength and enhanced senses.

However, when she discovers that she's going to loose a battle, she unleashes one last move before retreating. With a flash of her eyes, she blinds her opponent in total darkness, and tampers with their memories, often reminding them of any bad memories they had in their mind, rendering them helpless and unable to fight. This can lead anyone into a nightmarish and even trippy psychological experience, aka: A Mind Fuck. This attack is called The Shadowy Reminder.

Weapons: N/A; Only her bare hands, with sharp pointed claws, that can rip and tear through flesh and even through weak metal.

Personality: Lilith is a mysterious being. Although she is mute, with the exception of Predator-like clicking, its her action and emotions that really speak out. Usually she looks emotionless, but is known for showing other emotions such as anger, shock, and even annoyed. In addition, she is also ruthless and unpredictable, able to attack and kill anyone without hesitation.

History: Not much is known about Lilith's true history, though its been said that she is a reincarnation of the demon Lilith, based off Jewish Mythology. Legend has it, that long ago... a date before modern man walked the Earth, she along with a man named Adam, were the first male and female humans to be placed upon the Earth by God. The two were a couple for awhile, but they argued a lot, making Lilith leave Adam. She was then approached by several angels to return to Adam, but she unfortunately refused to do so. It was then Adam asked God, to make him a new wife, in which he received Eve and ultimately gave rise to the modern humans of today.

Jealously overtook Lilith as she watches the two prosper in their own love. She then decided to kill the two in cold blood. However, while the bodies remained nothing but a rotting corpse, the souls of both Adam and Eve were able to escape getting killed themselves and hid from Lilith in other mortal people's bodies. Angered by such a predicament, Lilith planned to hunt down and kill any body that houses the two souls. However, even after finding one of their souls, the two always managed to escape getting caught. Now the demon continues to search for the two in what seems to be a forever chase... even today in the modern world.

However, the legend says, that if those two souls, Adam and Eve, were caught by Lilith and killed, then the whole human race will die with them... Is this statement true? Who knows... but I doubt anyone will want to find that out.

But the biggest question of the day is...

What hides beneath that mask?

Weakness: Lilith is almost invulnerable towards any attack, but if planned right you can be able to catch her off guard and wound her. Despite her imposing figure, she would rather flee then continue fighting once discovered. However, the only real thing that will ultimately kill her is Adam or any other angel or god-like being. God-Slaying weapons also can work. To avoid getting hit by Lilith's Shadowy Reminder attack, one must wear glasses, a helmet, or anything that protects the eyes.

Possessing and having harvested both the Blood of the first vampire ever scientifically birthed and the genes of the most perfect werewolf in existence, a werewolf with such a perfected gene structure, it was referred to as a mortal god, Alexander possesses both the capability of a Dracula's vampiric speed and magical unholy power and the strength of a perfect werewolves entire generic structure, this grants Alexander a massive boost in strength, Speed and magical capability, granting him the vampiric powers of flight, mist, and absorbing life energy via impalement from his hands and fangs.

Blood magicka:

Thanks to his Vampiric blood, Alexander possesses the ability to use blood magic, an ability that uses his OWN blood, to weaken himself and create devastating magical effects, acidic blood rainfall over a few meters, a couple of bloody 10m long tentrils, and many other, but limited brutal and sadistic magical attacks to kill his foes with.

Corruption/Insanity Parasites:

Alexander possesses the ability to regurgitate and vomit fat bloody parasitic organisms referred to as "Latviance" from his mouth, which he uses to attempt and infect others with. Once a parasite is ingested, it takes over the host, and degenerates both logical thinking and reason, reducing the infected individual into a blood crazed, mindless, and psychotic murderous screeching psychopath, intent on killing all but its master until it is killed in the process. These individuals, if they live long enough, and are killed after a weeks time, are able to explode and give birth to a group of parasites, which can seek out individuals to feast or enter as an appropriate host.

These parasites, if removed without killing the host, will return the persons mind to how they were before, with severe nausea and migraines, individuals after being returned may suffer from slight suicidal tendencies, though this can be easily rejected by average minds, though weak willed individuals may not be able to cope for a few days, and will need to be looked after carefully to avoid death.

Weapons:

Belt of knives: Under alexanders vest is a plethora of small, sharp knives which he can remove and attempt to cut people down with, they aren't special in anyway and are simply normal military combat knives but slightly more thin and sharp.

Personality:

Psychopathic, sadistic, Narcissistic, Nihilistic, masochistic and disgusting in a variety of ways, Alexander is the very definition of someone who lacks even a shred of humanity, loving to toy, to make his enemies squirm and to ensure he himself gets as much pleasure out of his monstrous activities as possible.

On the outside, he appears as a polite, calm and intellectual individual, a gentleman as shown by his well dressed attire, always wanting to help people, a man who would willingly let homeless individuals into his home for their first and final good meal... Under his farce of a polite and kind ladies man, Alexander is a cannibalistic, monstrous creature, a sex offender, pedophile and is also a Spree killer, Serial killer and Mass murderer rolled into one. Having engaged in many horrifying acts under the nose of Neo-Tokyo's officials, given his powers to evade any suspicions, people know there's a kidnapper on the loose, but as to his location, nobody has the faintest idea... Nobody has found any bodies, but missing persons posters have been posted everywhere, and it couldn't be a coincidence.

Alexander is a powerful, well respected businessman by day and night who oh so "LOVES" the innocent and people who have no lives to claim, loving to "help" them, and when he gets bored, switches it up with his delightful games. Using his parasites, he can put the blame off himself by sending killers on the loose, though he hadn't done this yet, he will if he feels people will be following his trail... Beware, his unpredictability will be the death of you, if you are not careful....

Alexander seeks to craft a world in which the whole globe is ran red with blood, destruction and chaos. He seeks to deteriorate the world into one in which death is just the first step, a world where everyone feels as much pain as possible until they die, and are instantly reborn again to feel it all over, with no prior memories. A world where one would be forced to suffer years of the most intense pain you can think of, multiplied by ten thousand times and then forced to be re birthed to suffer it all over, a world of agonizing screams, blood run streets, and absolute horror. A world Alexander sees as perfect, depicting easily just how screwed up his personality is.

History:

"I know full well i'm a monster, I know full well the destructive capacity I possess, you must think a person as messed up as me must have had a pretty terrible childhood, maybe I got abused? Maybe my parents thought my supple flesh was delightful~ Or maybe all of that is wrong! Because the best thing is, I had a great childhood... I've a wonderful life... So why am I such a despicable fiend? It's because I get off on it~! AND BECAUSE I FIND IT JUST NATURALLY SENSATIONAL~!"

Alexander grew up with a wonderful childhood! A child prodigy in his family of 5 sisters and four brothers, in massive mansions, luxurious apartments and other locations around the world filled with servants, luxurious food, the best education a person could ask for, and everything one could ever desire. He was ferociously independent, and could cook, look after himself and carry on in his families business on Neo-Tokyo, there is literally no better life one could lead.

Alexander however, despite being such a prodigy and being born into such a luxurious family, got bored of the world, and despite being raised very well, one cannot change a cheetah's spots. Alexander was naturally chaotic, unknown by his brothers, sisters and family, all they knew about him was he was a loving, perfect child who could help the business in Neo-Tokyo grow and increase their power in the city, allowing them to set themselves as one of the most powerful clans known.

However because he was so intelligent, the desire for power never exactly halted, and in order to reach past the potential of a persons capabilities, one would need to do exceptionally monstrous things to do so. Using his power, cunning and intrigue, he was able to assert himself upon the throne of the clan's business and run it with little ease, able to use his power to act like he was saving people, and hide the fact that even with his right and left hands, he was pretty much murdering, slaughtering, and doing even more monstrous activities behind everyone's backs, he couldn't hold his urge to be a monster back, one of his biggest weaknesses, though even though nobody knew he was a murderous, evil fiend, his eyes always seemed... cold and inhumane at times, giving slight hints at his true motives.

Alexander grew past the power of human capability by his own intentions. Other people were showing signs of becoming different, and with super humans becoming more and more common, Alexander sought out his own methods of reaching inhumane potential. Using his sources, and with his money at his disposal, He was able to get into places heavily restricted, and steal a plethora of research drives, hidden locations and individuals of interest, primarily, the fact that vampires once existed as did their lycanthropic cousins. It didn't take long to get a team together, a team no longer alive, thanks to Alexander's meddling to craft a serum from both their bloods to invigorate Alexander with their potential, granting him the inhumane ability he needed to start bringing his world into fruition.

The corruptible powers warped his mind and body further, his desires to thrust the world into chaos may soon become a reality, with the vampiric powers granting him the ability to conjure up demonic like parasites from within, from vampiric magic. With such chaotic potential, Alexander proceeded to start what he's always wanted to do... of course, slowly, so the civilians of the city wouldn't... catch on too quickly.

Weakness:

Silver: (deals three times as much damage as normal weapons)

Midday Sunlight: (Between 11 am and 3 pm, he will be burned severely, but no time less or more, due to his masterful blood, though he will be weaker in sunlit environments)

Requires a lot of blood: one of his main problems, of having both vampiric and lycanthropy is that he needs to consume gallons of blood to stay at his full power, if neglected, he will become weaker and weaker, making a fight against him more about surviving than fighting until he's weak enough to take down.

Takes things slow: He tries to make sure everything is perfect and so enjoys slowly bleeding out his foes, which means he doesn't instantaneously kill his enemies outright, giving heroes a little bit of time to potentially come up with a plan before he gets bored...

Powers: Galdaroth is stronger, faster and tougher than any human could ever hope to be, thanks to his alien biology, in addition he's also a natural psychic capable of feats such as bending steel beams with the power of his mind, telepathic communication and mind reading. And lastly he can also change the shape of his body at will, controlling even his own density with easy.

Weapons: Galdaroth doesn't use any weapons relying on his powers to do carry him through the combat. However he came to Earth in his spaceship, the "Shining Star - Century Hawk" which still keeps orbiting the planet ready for when Galdaroth needs it. In addition to having all sorts of equipments and vehicles that he might need, the ship itself can be called upon in times of need and assist Galdaroth in battle using it's secondary form the "Blazing Star - Millennium Eagle", a giant humanoid robot.

Personality: To be revealed during the RP, since I can't think of one now.

History: Galdaroth is the last member of an advanced race that inhabited a planet located somewhere on the Regulus star system, when his home world was sacked by the warmonger group of alien criminals known as the Xenova, his parents put him inside of a escape pod in hopes that he would arrive somewhere safe. Luckly Galdaroth was rescue by a freight ship and then sent to a galactic orphanage. After he came of age, Galdaroth made his best to join the Galactic Police, in hopes of one day being able to halt the Xenova threat. Now that the alien army set its sight on Earth's valuable resources, it's up to Galdaroth to forge an alliance with the blue planet's protector and fight off the Xenova invasion.

Weakness: Since Galdaroth is a very dedicated protector of the weak, a villain can easily disable him by putting innocents on the line of fire, or helding them hostage. He can also be affected by psychic interference, specially 'telepathy noise' strong enough can literally make drop to his knees unable even to defend himself.

PERSONALITY : Miyuki is. A cheerful young woman who's driven by an ingrained sense of justice and fair play. She is always loyal to her friends and will risk any and everything to help them. She is shy in the romance department and utterly clueless to the signals of others.

HISTORY : Miyuki was born into the Tsuki clan to Hamada Mari daughter of the Dreaming Moon an oracle of her family. Raised in the secretive atmosphere of a clan of Kunoichi Miyuki was taught the secret arts of the Shinobi just like all other girls born into the family.

It was during her training that Miyuki began to exhibit that she was no ordinary child which became even more extraordinary by her 12th birthday when she displayed the skill of arrow cutting (the ability to dodge of deflect arrows fired at her person). This skill was one that had never been mastered by anyone under the age of 20 in the history of the clan.

Her teachers saw her potential and pushed her beyond her limits and eventually beyond even their ability to teach. By the time she was 17 Miyuki was considered a full fledged Kunochi and assigned missions by her elders.

Then one year ago while performing a mission Miyuki encountered a shadowy group of Shinobi that tried to kill her. She quickly defeated her attackers and then returned home to report her findings. Arriving she found that she was not the only one of her clan that was attacked and that her family had decided to descend into hiding to fight their new foe.

Miyuki decided that while it was prudent for her family to conceal their existence she would remain in the world to better fight and hopefully defeat her enemy. Since they left for the hidden Island Miyuki has used her family's connections to search for the enemy while also defending those to weak to fight for themselves.

WEAKNESS : Miyuki has a hidden enemy that will stop at nothing to destroy her and because of that she see's conspiracy in almost every crime and obsessively seeks to expose them.

Miyuki requires at least 6,000 calories a day and two hours of meditation to avoid physical injury when using her ability.

Necromancy
Brought about by his own personal studies and a previous reincarnations power, Einz has a natural affinity for necromancy. His abilities revolve around manipulating the dead, death, life forces and souls; mainly for his own purposes. The abilities bestowed by necromancy can be applied in different ways.

Reanimation/Summoning
Einz's main use of necromancy. Provides the ability to reanimate and/or summon the dead for the owner's use. Most of Einz's plans revolve around the creation of undead armies or groups. Most of the undead subordinates created tend to be skeletons, as per his preference in minions. The undead created don't have much sentience, and must constantly be monitored by Einz as a result - something which becomes increasingly difficult the more undead there are to control.

Soul Manipulation
The manipulation of souls. Despite the name, this sub-power does not allow Einz to directly manipulate souls in a puppetry sort of way, but instead gives him the ability to collect souls, which he stores within Amren's Amulet, an amulet which has necromantic connotations. One of the most common applications used by Einz is the enchantment of weapons through the use of souls. The souls required to actually enchant a weapon vary based upon the type of enchantment, but Einz only has knowledge of some basic elemental enchantments, which have somewhat high soul costs, which prevents him from engaging in such activities most of the time.

Mediumship
The ability to see and commune with souls of the deceased. Einz doesn't use this power often, as most of the time the souls he finds are collected within the Amren's Amulet. The power is occasionally used to obtain information of particularly ancient or intelligent souls, and can be fairly useful as a result.



Lich Ritual
Several months ago, Einz had conducted an ancient ritual in order to become a Lich. However, it ended in failure due to unforeseen variables which took place on that day. The failed ritual only bestowed two powers onto Einz, both of which are fairly trivial at his current stage of existence.

Immortality...?
Due to a failed Lich Ritual taking place around a month ago, Einz only has the benefit of semi-immortality. He won't age, or die from age, but he can still be killed like any normal person. The only exception to this would be being decapitated, in which he is immune. Because this ability had only been bestowed onto Einz in recent months, it would take several years for the effects of this power to become relevant at all.

Head Liberation
A secondary, less useful power obtained from the same Lich Ritual. Einz has the ability to survive without a head, and may detach and reattach it at will. This renders him immune to death by decapitation, but it is too specific of a death to be too useful most of the time.

Weapons:
A shovel.
Surprisingly, it isn't enchanted, and has no special effects. It is pretty durable as far as shovels go though.

Personality:
Calm, level-headed and easygoing. Einz is a super villain who fits the criteria most of the time, but not all of the time. He is known among heroes as one who is extremely nonchalant and cordial in his reigns of terror. He is one to make 180° turns in what he does. Sometimes he plays the role of a pragmatic villain, and only seeks to fulfil self-oriented objectives that he's set for himself without deviating to kick puppies, steal from banks or engage in unnecessary destruction unless it would further his plans in some way, whereas other times he is known to cause needless carnage without actual cause. The logic or thought behind his actions tends to be a mystery known only to him, and the inner workings seem to remain an enigma. Most of his plans tend to revolve around two main objectives: Collect souls, or cause needless destruction, with some room for deviation at times based on what exactly his plan-of-the-day is. Regardless of what he actually does, it's guaranteed that he'll engage it with a nonchalant attitude and casual demeanour.

In spite of what he does, Einz has been known to engage in acts which don't befit a villain at all. He's staged raids with skeletons on Neo-Tokyo before, only to be found an hour later in one of their shopping centres as if he didn't actually do it, and sometimes denying any claims that he did.

There have been times where people have searched Einz out for the sake of things such as weapon enchanting. Getting past the unethical ideas of using souls for such a purpose, Einz has helped people more than once by enchanting their weapons with elemental effects, or communing with their dead loved ones. Sometimes he'll ask for nothing in return. Other times he'll ask for money. Sometimes he'll deny their requests for the sake of denying them. It all depends on his mood at the time.

Perhaps what he does is simply a way of him getting a rise out of heroes who inevitably foil him. Einz has done it before. He'll do it again. Alternatively, he could engage in that other thing that he had been meaning to do. It makes little difference to him.

History:
The first account of the Grimcast family came thousands of years ago, following the notoriety of a powerful practitioner of magic. Amren Grimcast was known to live within a populated village whose name is now lost to the ages. Amren Grimcast was known to be a practitioner of magic. Amren Grimcast was executed alongside the entirety of this village. The reasoning behind it is something of a misconception. One would be led to believe it was out of spite, out of jealously of the prosperity of the village. This is not the case. The slaughter of the village came about after it became apparent of Amren Grimcast's endeavours. He was a necromancer, a mage affronting life itself. He was hated for this, and he sought to bring back the lost art of resurrection. Such magic that tampered with life itself was something to be abhorred, and as far as the kingdoms of old were concerned, the entire village was a tainted and demonic place due to his presence. The mere mention of his name was now a crime, and the entire ordeal was something which would not be spoken of, what took place there would not be known. While his art of resurrection would not come to be realized, Amren Grimcast would be able to reincarnate to resume his goals at a much later date.

However, this was not the case, and while he himself did not reincarnate, the potency of his magic did. The necromantic power once owned by the long-deceased Amren Grimcast lives on in one of the more recent generations of the Grimcast family. In Einz. It was something the family was aware of, and something which was expected. While most if not all of the Grimcast family members were practitioners in some shape or form, Einz was one of the only ones with a now-natural affinity of the art of necromancy, picking up where Amren had left off. Of course, Einz was rather casual about the entire situation, and had no cause to restore the art of necromancy, but he was coaxed into doing so by the rest of the family. At quite a young age, he embarked on a journey to restore the long lost art... and subsequently got bored and stopped. He settled in the place that he stopped; an old fort which likely served historical importance, and existed not too far from Neo-Tokyo.

Before engaging in restoring lost arts, Einz desired to achieve a greater power. This power would have been found through lichdom, and after extensively gathering the materials to do so; a large array of souls, skeletons and blood, and the necessary sigil of incantation. However, he wasn't even halfway through the ritual before he realized just how much longer it would take for the ascent (or descent, based on your point of view) into undeath would take, and he subsequently gave up during the ritual. Stepping outside of the incantation sigil not only destroyed the ritual taking place, but also did not even provide half of the benefits of becoming a lich, if any. He would have to perform it again, and actually see it through this time. It was around this point in time that he discovered the existence of Neo-Tokyo, and has been using it as a means of harvesting the necessary materials for a ritual for quite a while now.

Although, as of late it's been something Einz has been putting off in favour of collecting souls specifically, or stealing food/money from Neo-Tokyo. Sometimes he wonders if he'll find the means to recreate the ritual soon, let alone withstand the waiting that takes place during it.

Weakness:

There are a lot of things that Einz can do with necromancy, but simply doesn't do. Be it out of laziness or just not finding it in his interests most of the time, Einz has squandered quite a bit of his potential as a result.

Einz is fairly unpredictable and without many clear motives. This can work in a hero's favour, and it's actually possible to stop some of his plans by just asking him to stop. You'll get a simple "Ok." and the fight would end. At the same time, he could just as easily say "No." and continue the fight. It's based upon luck, really.

While Einz doesn't age, he can still be killed.

Einz has the physical strength of an average 16 year old.

There are many things stronger than the average 16 year old.

Aside from his ability to create undead legions, he doesn't have much combat prowess. Although he is pretty decent with that shovel if the situation (and he himself) calls for it.

Name: Sonoda Yuka - Daughter of Heaven, Goddess of Gases, Invincible Cyborg Woman; Metallica Weapon!!

Age: 18

Gender: Female

Appearance: Standing at a height of a metre eighty, Sonoda Yuka is surprisingly tall for a woman of Japanese descent, and combined with her powerful, athletic build, she cuts a figure of great intimidation. Indeed, her expressions merely serve to reinforce this image, with the taut muscles, unimpressed thin mouth and scowling golden eyes proving that she is very willing to fight anyone who dares to obstruct her path of justice. Her hair is cut short, the fuzzy brown-black locks flowing down towards her neck, fringe hiding away her forehead. In all, she exudes an aura of power but also reliability, her very appearance seeming to tell others that she is one to always keep her promises, and one that messing with would be unwise.

When not fighting crime in her identity of Metallica Weapon, Yuka works as part-time intern at an office building, and is dressed in garb fitting of her occupation; a combination of a light blue dress shirt and either a dark pencil skirt or trousers is her standard clothing, though when performing leisurely activities, her outfits can change far dramatically and will depend upon the weather. However, her grey combat boots, a permanent fixture of her outfit, show that she is always prepared for conflict, along with the leather motorcycle gloves that she for some reason dons frequently despite not actually owning a motorbike. She is also especially fond of a tattered yellow scarf that she has owned since her youth.

As the powerful hero of justice, Metallica Weapon, the "suit" that completely envelops her body is grey and nondescript, exuding sleek professionalism and power through its androgynous form. Nothing on the "armour" can be considered especially defining or revealing, as if its wearer is not truly a human but a mere copy of one. It is a threatening visage to ponder upon, as the only major aspects of the suit are the four emerald lines that run down her arms, and simple black v-fin that sits between its ominous, pale-red eyes.

Powers: A partially cybernetic human, the experiments that were performed on Sonoda Yuka to unlock her true potential have converted much of her bones, muscles and ligaments to "Solid Photonic Energy" equivalents that provide her with immense durability and strength, and the two miniaturised cold fusion reactors that are safely encapsulated within the area where she once possessed lungs replace her need for respiration, giving her near-limitless stamina and the ability to function in locations usually impossible for the normal human. However, her ultimate ability is to transform into a steely heroic warrior, a state that provides her with the ability to manipulate gases.

Weapons: Though a competent hand-to-hand fighter, Yuka possesses remarkable skill with a glaive, which she utilises to its maximum effect when transformed into the Metallica Weapon.

Personality: A seemingly stoic figure upon first glance, the superheroic Yuka is quite calm in the face of danger, dealing with whatever problem that befouls her with nary an emotion and supreme grace. Her comments usually show little spirit, though at times it seems there is a certain grandness to her words. However, underneath the surface is her boiling blood, fiery emotions that fuel her every action. She is relentless and driven, absolutely devoted to bringing about justice wherever she goes, even if from a skin-deep view she seems almost bored of her duties. Indeed, she will stubbornly fight for what she believes in what's right, and will crush all in her path to saving others.

She has her own eccentricities as well (though not incredibly obvious to others), the most prominent being her tendency to narrate in her own head, frequently delving into inner monologues about whatever crosses her mind at the time. These monologues are quite eloquent and poetic in comparison to her usual succinct (though nevertheless still sophisticated) speech. She is also a literary fan, and will make reference to notable works from time to time.

As Metallica Weapon, she is brutal and quick in her fights, aiming to incapacitate as rapidly as possible. She is also somewhat wordier than usual when in the midst of combat, but they usually simply carry through the zeal that envelops her as she fights to serve justice.

History: A native of Neo-Tokyo, Yuka was once a normal Japanese high school student in a normal Japanese high school, sharing a class with a group of supernatural warrior hunters fighting a secret guerilla war against the forces of evil. It was a rather peaceful life, albeit a life filled with higher school fees in order to repair the collateral damage brought about the powerful entities that resided at her facility of education, but it was not one filled with superheroics and drama for her.

Then came Cerebral Intelligentsia.

A shadowy organisation responsible for a spate of monster attacks, it kidnapped her and many others to be experimented on to create an ultimate army that would conquer Japan and then the world. Through these horrific tortures, in which her body was converted with cybernetics, her latent powers were activated, influencing Cerebral Intelligentsia to craft her into the first of their elite shock troopers, the "Weapons". Under their scientific machinations, she became a transforming cyborg warrior completely devoted to the mysterious cause, fighting in the shadows under the banner of CI.

However, sympathetic scientists would break her free of the reprogramming at the cost of her memories, faking her death and throwing her out of the secretive CI facilities and into the relative safety of the world. Lost and confused, with only the name "Weapon" to guide her, the teenage girl found her way back to Neo-Tokyo, subconsciously avoiding Cerebral Intelligentsia's forces as she tried to find her place. It would be during these struggling journeys that she met the original Sonoda Yuka, an ill, hospitalised girl whose dreams inspired her to become the hero "Metallica Weapon".

And when the original Yuka died of illness, the cyborg warrior took upon the name in tribute, using it in her secret civilian identity at a local high school until she would finally recover her own memories.

Weakness: Despite her superior physical prowess, Yuka is utterly lacking in range and mobility, having been described as a "masked runner" whose ability to achieve her ends is limited by her lack of vehicular transport (thereby preventing her from moving distances), nonexistent access to weapons or powers that could provide her the ability to consistently strike at aerial opponents (for any manoeuvres performed above solid ground are temporary at best), and in essence the mobile capabilities of the average human (she can walk, run, and float a bit with gas manipulation, but that's about it). Her fighting style is also quite rough and unorthodox, belying the fact that she isn't exactly the most skilled at martial arts.

Powers: Telepathy- Terrance is a very capable and versatile telepath. He's not the strongest in the world but where he lacks in raw power, he more than makes up for in versatility. Applications of telepathy include: Mind reading, mind wiping, astral projection, mental downloading, etc.

Telekinesis- Terrance is also a very powerful telekinetic. Just like his telepathy, his telekinesis is very versatile and able to be applied through many ways. Examples would include: Shields, flight, moving objects, etc.

Drawbacks- Though Terrance has a wide array of abilities under these powers, he does not have conscious access to them all while. He has trapped his own mind subconsciously and believes that the life that he is living is one big MMO game. He can not use all of abilities while he is under his own mental prison he has to "level up" to increase his abilities or learn a new move. He is able to "respec" his points before a mission or battle to shut off some powers in order to gain access to others. For example, in his mind if he knows that his character has access to powers in his telepathy and telekinesis trees but he's about to go and fight an army of robots then he can access "character power chart" and respec his points to where he no longer has telepathy, but now has more telekinesis moves.

Telepathic Immunity- This is only active while he is awake and conscious. When he is asleep, another telepath could try to break into his mind and get past the blocks to pull him out of his dream world. When he is unconscious, all of his mental defenses are completely down and another telepath will have a much easier time reaching him.

Weapons: Able to forge Telekinetic blades in his hands.

Personality: The PK Kid is brave, courageous, eager for adventure and carries a strong love of justice. Terrance however is more introverted, lacks any sense of self-confidence and feels utterly useless and abandoned. He lives his life but he's not happy about it all unless he's playing a game.

History: Raised as an army brat, Terrance was always moving around from state to state, city to city, country to country. He himself didn't do much moving since he was bound to a wheelchair all his life since birth. Terrance spent his time playing games and reading books
so he could briefly be someone else that he was not. His powers were always lying latent in his body, they only lacked the will to bring them to the surface. This will surfaced when his father was arrested and imprisoned under false charges. His mother had gone "missing" as the government took her to a holding facility to interrogate her. Terrance felt betrayed by his own home government as he was forced into an orphanage in the last city that his father was based, Neo-Tokyo. The anger that boiled inside of him made him feel useless, weak and powerless. His powers awakened as he wished for himself to be lost, to be somewhere else, to just bury himself into one of his video games. Terrance was walking, levitating, flying and moving things with his mind, but in his mind, he was playing a video game. His mind snapped as his body healed. The world of Neo-Tokyo was his playground and he was going to play the hero and protect it like a super hero.

Weakness: Base physical level of durability is only around peak human, though his durability to energy based attacks are higher, he's no tank. Easily manipulated while his mind is trapped.

Other: I know this is an anime superhero rp, but it's so hard to find an anime picture of good quality of a young Black kid.

Powers: Kenji's powers are based almost entirely around his capacity to surprise people.

Peripheral Translocation: To this end, he is capable of teleporting at will. Kenji's most favored teleportation destination is just outside of his target's peripheral vision, at which point Kenji either deliberately catches their attention or sucker-punches them.

"Urameshiya!": Likewise, Kenji is capable of eliciting panic and surprise from anything. It may last for just a second, but with a single phrase, Kenji can force an acute stress response in his targets. Those who hear it are immediately hit with a sudden wave of dread, disgust, and surprise, and are forced to react fearfully. There is no defense against this, and it affects everyone equally, regardless of their brain chemistry.

Weapons: Kenji is equipped with nothing but a fancy suit, a knife about six inches long, and whatever his superiors see fit to equip him with. Despite this, Kenji is exceptionally skilled at using his knife, and draws great enjoyment from showing off with it.

Personality: Kenji is confident and capricious. When off the job, he is very easygoing and is happy to let a slight against him slide. When on the job, he develops a strong sense of duty, and vehemently refuses to muck about. However, if he is forced into combat with someone, he will do everything in his power to annoy and infuriate his opponent. Kenji has an unbreakable bond with the Youma family, and reacts violently to any perceived insult against them. When working with a fellow Youma, Kenji is respectable and deferential.

History: The Youma family has existed for decades, and controls a significant portion of Tokyo. The Youma family is one of many families that make up the infamous Yakuza, and particularly specialize in ensuring the civilians under Yakuza remain cooperative and healthy. If a shopkeeper is unwilling to pay up, an enforcer from the Youma is sent in. The Youma are recognized for their fixation on family values and spiritualism, and name each of their members after figures and spirits from local mythology.

Kenji was an only child born in the south side of Osaka, just outside of the port area. His father worked at the Osaka Aquarium, and his mother was a data analyst. Though he was treated well by his parents, their relative absence from his life generally meant that he grew up and developed through his peers at school. For the most part, Kenji was a well-developed child.

When he turned 18, Kenji moved from his parents' home to Tokyo, in the hopes of making a living without his parents' intervention. Shortly he got settled into a cheap apartment, he found himself working as a cook in a ramen shop. Luckily for Kenji, the shop was a popular hangout for local Yakuza toughs, and Kenji managed to make a decent impression with them.

After treating a minor Yakuza boss's men to an exceptional meal, they offered him a chance to pledge himself to the Yakuza. Kenji, seeing nowhere to go in his job at the ramen shop, gladly accepted.

After several months of grueling hazing, training, and gruntwork, Kenji was finally accepted into the Yakuza proper. Since new Yakuza members are added to whatever family introduced them to the process and it was the Youma family who had done so, Kenji was inducted into the Youma family with much ceremony.

Kenji's mythological creature of choice was the Hitotsume kozō, the one-eyed priest boy. When he made his choice, the Youma family enacted a strange ritual to give him powers beyond any mere man. With little trepidation, Kenji gouged out one of his own eyes and sealed the wound with a series of malevolent salves. As the salves sizzled violently in the ruins of his eye socket, Kenji fell into a coma for twenty days. On the twentieth day, he made a full recovery and was personally welcomed into the Youmas by the family's patriarch. Youmas, the patriarch had said, undergo this ritual to prove their trust in the family. The reward for your bravery is a place amongst the Yakuza and the blessings of the gods themselves. Since Kenji had picked the Hitotsume kozō as his spirit of choice, the ritual had given him powers similar to a Hitotsume kozō.

Since then, Kenji found satisfaction in being a Yakuza enforcer. He happily does whatever his elders demand, regardless of their moral implications. Kenji does this regardless of whether it's helping the community build itself up, crushing thugs and villains under his heel for the sake of the community's safety, brutalizing innocent people who refuse to pay their dues, or terrorizing people who don't know not to screw with the Yakuza. Kenji likes his job, and puts all of his effort into it.

Weakness: Kenji is, for all intents and purposes, an average human. Though he is not overconfident, he holds non-Yakuza in contempt and reacts poorly to insults to his family. In addition, Kenji is unable and unwilling to go against the will of his superiors. If they want him to lay down his life for the Yakuza, Kenji will do so.

Name: Luda Dultress, aka Tough Love

Hero/Villain/Neutral: Hero

Powers:
Abuse Empowerment: Tough Love's powers come from an unusual source: She does not begin fights with super strength, or speed, or agility, but rather, the more she gets hit, the stronger and more powerful she becomes. This means that, to physical types of damage, she is almost invulnerable, and in fact becomes more durable because of them. This doesn't mean she can't suffocate, or be poisoned, or electrocuted, etc.

Weapons: Her own fists.

Personality: Luda is very headstrong and self reliant, often to the point of refusing help from others when she CLEARLY needs it. This gets her into situations that could easily have been avoided if she had simply used common sense quite frequently, not that she minds. Luda is also very fond of physical exertion, either from herself, or directed at herself. Yes, she likes being hit. And that's pretty fucked up.

History: Luda had a very average childhood, being born to a middle-class, middle-income, middle-intelligence family, in the middle of Neo-Tokyo. She was the middle child of three, and the least interesting as well. She went through school in a typical 'average' way, getting C's and C+'s in just about everything... Except for physical education. She was TERRIBLE at physical education, barely able to make it through a lap around the gymnasium. She became the object of ridicule for this, made fun of by classmates, teachers, random passersby who happened to see her struggling to stay fit... Until enough was enough.

One night, whilst her parents and siblings were asleep, Luda sneaked out of the house, taking about thirty dollars with her. She was tired of being made fun of for being a weakling, and decided to take matters into her own hands. Making her way through the seedy streets of Neo-Tokyo, she came across the shop of an elderly gypsy woman (or Romani woman if we're being PC here), with an advertisement on her door that read "GET FIT NOW: ASK ME HOW!". Luda had always been a firm believer in alternative medicines and such, and so stopped inside to inquire about the ad. Ten minutes of being bamboozled and flim-flammed later, Luda left the shop thirty dollars poorer with a bag of strange herbs.

As soon as she got home, Luda ate the herbs, although they were supposed to be made into a tea, but that would have involved putting on a kettle and the whistling would likely have awoken her parents. Once their leafy essence had entered her blood stream, Luda noticed something about herself: She was really gullible. Why would a gypsy woman with the ability to make people instantly physically fit look so frail and old? God, she thought she was so STUPID! At that moment, she slammed her head against the kitchen table to emphasize to herself that she had made a stupid decision... And found that it didn't hurt. In fact, it made her feel... Invigorated! She did it again to make sure and, indeed, it had in fact made her stronger, splitting the table in half with the second slam. From that day forth, Luda knew what she had to do with this power: Fight crime.

Weakness(es): Luda can still die from other, non-brute-force means, as mentioned under powers. As well, her strength diminishes (she grows weaker) when encountering GENTLE physical contact, such as hugs, soft handshakes, caresses, kissing, or pats on the back.

Name: Lance Hardcheese, A.K.A the Game WARden

Appearance: Tall, heavily built with a chiseled jaw and a grayed crew cut, Game Warden is a veritable beefslab, possessing a burly physique that can overpower most normal people with ease. His eyes however, are beady, hateful slits that can display only his thirst for vengeance.
Game Warden blends in with the crowds, mostly wearing dark clothing, including long black leather coats to conceal whatever firearms he's brought to wage his war.
His moniker is that on his shirt he wears a white deer skull.

Hero/Villain/Neutral: Neutral.

Powers: None, perhaps excepting his uncanny ability to procure heavy ordinance.
However, Game Warden is an expert in the use of firearms, explosives, and CQC. He has years of military training and decades of experience that make him about as dangerous as any non-metahuman can get.

Personality: Game Warden is a man consumed by his one man war against his greatest foe, lost in a single minded haze of violence, his thoughts obscured by the scent of gore and gunpowder. As gruff as he is angry, his hello is a shot of whiskey and his goodbye is a bullet to the throat.

History: When he was a child, Lance Hardcheese was a normal boy: youthful, and happy. All that changed one day when, while out for a drive, his single father accidentally hit a deer, crashing the car. When Lance came to, he saw that the deer's antler had been torn off, spearing his father in the throat. On that day, Lance Hardcheese made a vow: he would exterminate every last deer.

The journey was not easy. Lance spent years training in every military force that would take him. Black Ops, Delta Force, Delta Green, Blackwater, and even more obscure and dangerous mercenary groups. As the years passed, Lance built up not just his skills, but his contacts, procuring weapons and supplies. He has safehouses and stores of weapons hidden in every major city, contacts in every gang of gutter rats.

After almost three decades of this war, Game Warden is a legend carried on the whispers of frightened hunters and burned out crack heads. But now, his sights have turned on Neo-Tokyo. The population is about to get a whole lot lower.

Weakness: Game Warden doesn't actually possess any superpowers.

Powers:
Cosmos uses the powers of the stars themselves and of that which lies between. As a mapper of the stars, he also has abilities that come from constellations.

Whatever his powers create.

Personality:
Rough, tough, but not very gruff. He is skilled at putting things bluntly and unskilled in tact. Believes the planet belongs to him because he discovered it, but instead of forcing everyone to follow him, he prevents others from claiming the planet for themselves.

History:
An interstellar explorer tasked with exploring the cosmos. He landed on Earth two Earth-years ago and decided to stay for the booze. He has spent the majority of those two years learning of the planet's cultures and enjoying the flavors of life on Earth. Of course, he also spent those years finding as many bars as he could.

According to his civilization's laws, because he "discovered" the planet, he is now the "owner" of it as well. Cosmos is by no means shy about sharing this fact, but he doesn't seem interested in changing anything about Earth - in fact, he seems more interested in keeping it exactly as it is, fighting whoever seems most likely to change the power balance at play.

Weakness:
When he uses an elemental planetary power, he becomes weak to that element's weakness. He's also vulnerable to Earthen abilities.
