Loire Lanrete

Loire couldn't help but feel bitter-sweet to be back on the Citadel. Like many places, it brought back memories, some pleasant, others, not so pleasant. He'd trained here, graduated here and been admired and revered here but he'd also been greatly unhappy here. This was where he wound up after he lost Lucine, and no amount of studying, or academic accolades would have brought her back. He'd saved countless lives in the hospitals, and also seen a few deaths, but that was part of the job when you were a doctor.

This time, he wasn't back to stay. The SIRIUS had docked for refuelling and the Captain had dismissed everyone to go their separate ways and take some time off till noon. This meant Loire would stock up on some much needed medical supplies, perhaps have a look around the Citadel and see if much had changed. Although he'd only been gone a few short years, progress happened rapidly on the Citadel, at least, in terms of research and pop-culture trends, the council was still stuck in some very old out-dated habits. Still, progress was progress.

The hospital was the same as ever, then again, Loire didn't make his way down to the new recently developed wing, it wasn't necessary, he had no ambitions to come back, at least not yet, and he had no interest in seeing what new facilities were there. He only hoped the hospital was continuing to train up new doctors and nurses and heal hundreds of thousands of sick patients, which it more than likely was.
"Dr Lanrete!" a porter called out, making his way over to shake Loire's hand.
"Harvey, a pleasure as always" Loire replied with a smile, shaking the porters hand.

Harvey looked far older now, he'd been a porter here ever since Loire had started studying and training on the Citadel. Though there was a sea of new faces, Loire still noticed a few old friends.
"No one said you were coming back, if I'd known I'd have insisted a celebratory welcoming drink for you!"
Loire laughed, "No no, I'm not back, I'm on shore leave, I'll be leaving again shortly, I'm just collecting some supplies. I'll be sure to relay a message on before I dock next time I pass through, I'll treat you to that drink, its the least I can do" he said softly.
"Very well then, I guess I'll leave you to go about your business, wouldn't want to delay you and your crew mates" Harvey tipped his hat and went back to his post.

Loire flashed his ID at the secretary who let him pass to the medical supply centre. Loire tapped his data pad to check the list of supplies he'd written down, after extensively examining what medicines and equipment was on the SIRIUS, he took note of what they were low on and what bits and pieces were beginning to look a little worse for wear.

He was greeted by more nurses and a trainee doctor who praised Loire for some of his critiques of popular research papers. Loire was grateful, but politely excused himself as it would take him a little time to get back to the SIRIUS with all the medicine he'd picked up. He kept an eye out for his crew mates as he made his way around the commercial district on the Citadel.

Saffron Sassy Phillips

Sassy was hiding, it was easy to hide when you were as short as she was, but she watched every security officer warily. It was likely her parents had already alerted C-SEC that she was "missing" when they noticed her room was empty this morning. They'd suspect she'd done a runner, which was exactly what she was in the process of doing. She'd stuffed all the money she had into her pockets and left everything else, she couldn't carry a load of things, it would only slow her down. Now, all she had to do was find some civilian ship to hide in, to get off the Citadel and wait till the ship she'd stowed away on docked on some alien planet. She'd work out her next move from there. She just knew she didn't want to spend her days working in the military. She didn't want everyone else making her decisions for her.

Thats when she spotted it. A lightweight space cruiser, docked and it appeared to be unattended, for now at least. So she waaited for the guard to turn his head before sprinting over and sneaking inside. Exhaling in relief when it appeared as though no one had seen her. She just had to hope no one was lingering inside the ship and would catch her and turn her in to C-SEC. She just had to remain undetected long enough to get away from the Citadel.

She proceeded deeper into the ship which was generously large, but had a lightweight feel. It was homely, for a space ship anyway, and eventually she found the medical bay, with plenty of cupboards for storing medical gear, it would be a great place to hide. Which is what she did.

She routed around for a cupboard that wasn't totally stuffed, surprised to find that some of the cupboards were actually rather bare, allowing her to easily squeeze inside and close the door. All she would do now was wait until she felt the ship blaze to life, then she'd wait till she was sure she was far enough from the Citadel to get out.

Wymond was on a short leave from the ship, still hiding from the SA military, it is very likely they wouldn't have any officers here but the citadel for one has a gather of thousands of people from all over, it wouldn't surprise him.
He didn't care too much about it though, all he cared about what drinking himself into a coma. This could be the last time he celebrated. But what exactly was he happy about?
His current situation for being AWOL was going great so far, he kept to the shadows when moving and plus. His helmet would hide his face, and he recently got ahold of blood dragon armor, badass medieval Earth styled armor from what he understood, with a crimson dragon across the shoulder.
A red glow emanating from his visor, for sure would scare anyone gutsy enough to tangle with him.

His experience as a military man with his basic training and growing up with his brother and fighter made him into a hardened character. He took another swig of his Serrice Ice Brandy, a 1000 credit drink, it is bluish and has a nice kick to it.

After downing the last of it, he made his way from the Dark Star Lounge, and towards the ship, perhaps others would be waiting.

The market was crowded as well as many other senses noisy, hot with the mass of people, and the smells mingling together it was like a carnival of sorts. Gus smiled to himself and glanced down at his compad which had the list of supplies the Cap had given him to buy and deliver to the SIRIUS before they left port again. The list was fairly simple as tasks go for a first mate food supplies, fuel cells, a few extra spare parts in that just in case sort of way which suited Gus just fine. It gave him a chance to stretch his legs and see the sites also he got to meet people and tell a tale or two if given the chance. He stuffed the pad in one of his cargo pockets of his shorts and glanced around he had already taken care of the parts they would more or less, most likely need and fuel was being delivered in a few minutes that just left the food stuffs which most of it could be the mas produced bland tasting grool but he could at least pick up a meal or two of fresh food.

It took him a little while but Gus picked up a few meals for the crew he thought the'd like mostly some fresh chicken and a wealth of fresh vegetables and he even managed to find spices that weren't to exuberant in price. He liked the Citadel in the fact that on his way back to the SIRIUS he could stroll along the dock and admire the ships. Along the edge of the market just as Gus was about to leave he passed by a junk tent full of old parts, rusted gauges, and some doo dads but it was the keeper that really grabbed his attention.

"Step up step up friends and strangers! One hundred credits to the first being to identify this artifact come come it's not that hard to the scholarly mind."

Gus stopped and looked there was already a small crowd of soldiers gathered they appeared to be pilots by the uniforms and they were all debating hotly about the said artifact. Gus gently moved in between two flight captains and grinned at them with friendly ease.

"Hey sports what's this all about?"

The captain to Gus's right pipped up. "This piece of junk man that's what there's no way this was ever on any ship I know of."

At least to Gus the fellow was right it was a rusted bit of metal with three buttons on top a mesh grill over what appeared to be a speaker that was at least thirty years old the circuit underneath was as ancient as they got, it was most likely a juryrigged piece to get attention to the shop. Gus smiled and nudged the officer.

"You're prolly right but there's an awful lot of ships out in the sky above and a whole lot more that used to be up there that just float or more sadly got stuck on a mudball and couldn't get back up again. If that was apart of a ship can only wonder where it went what was said through it and more importantly what do you think it's story is?"

The pilots all lowered their heads a moment almost in remembrance of the piece Gus smiled and started to head back to the ship when the shop owner gently grabbed his arm.

"Look and guess my friend!"

So Gus did he put down his groceries and picked up the rather small part and turned it over in his hands and after a minute he gently scraped off some rust and grinned like and idiot. He took another look just to be sure and thin back to the first ship he was on. He nodded and said.

"It's a Dragonfly intercom the serial number DFlY34003 gives it away no ship has a prefix like that and hey it also says private, ship wide, and engineering on it so a random guess."

The shop owner looked shocked and blinked Gus jut picked up his groceries and started off again he had to get back to the ship after all meat out in the air didn't mix well.

"Keep the credits pop it's a rare piece just treat it right." The shop keeper shook his head and the pilots had matching looks of puzzlement probably trying to think of the antique ship that most likely did not fly anymore anywhere. Gus went straight to the ship trying to make up time and over see the deliveries he made it to the ship with only a slight detour to look at a commercial liner docking and he was in the mess hall putting away the fresh foods. He straightened his bright green bowling shirt with an orange sun on the back. He stood out front and met the deliveries one by one overseeing the loading and striking up a conversation with the workers all the while.

The Sirius was quiet and completely empty save for one man. He was a slim man of light build, and he was down in the cargo bay, running laps. It wasn’t much just a light workout, and it was being done solely as there wasn’t anything else he could do to at the moment. Alphonse was not one to venture off the ship for a shore leave for long, at least not lately.

Lately there was an ‘itch’ let’s say, keeping the hairs on the back of his neck standing up. He knew this feeling well; it always showed up shortly before something went terribly, terribly wrong. So he was keeping himself in shape, double checking that the ship was in top shape, generally making sure that everything was as good as he could make it. For he knew it was only a matter of time until whatever it was that was coming made its self-know and he would be ready. He was always ready.

Slowing down he check the time on his omni-tool, most of the crew was going to be returning soon. With a nod to himself Alphonse started making his way to his cabin, intent on cleaning up before the crew showed up.

It always amazed Anora how much got ignored at a simple bar down in the lower wards. So long as no one started a fight or drew a weapon, the proprietors of the bars would often turn a blind eye to whatever no good the people were up to. Be it a simple contract killer looking for his next job or a discreet businessman who needed something taken off station, the bars often had them all. For most people, trying to find who or what you're looking for in places like this was next to impossible. Often times people would only talk business with people they were familiar with, and if someone offered their help in these 'delicate' matters the patrons would simply assume that they were with C-Sec and play it off like the person in question had simply misunderstood their situation.

But Anora always knew better, her Eclipses always helped her in these places. She recognized a few faces in this particular establishment, and a few more were known to her Eclipses. While she had never personally met these fellows, their files gave her all the information she would ever need to know. Her head quickly turned to the right and the sight of her contact caused her Eclipse to run crazy. He was a man of ill reput no doubt, but even so the sheer volume of reports and police files was staggering to say the least. Suspicion of muder, suspicion of blackmail, suspicion of committing pretty much any crime on record. "Finish query, combine results." She spoke softly. The files condensed into one compressed folder that floated to the top right of her vision. Her right pointer finger began to move, and soon enough a visual indicator of her finger appeared in front of her in the form of a bright white dot. Her finger quickly moved towards the compressed file before resting on top of it. Quickly pressing her finger down, she opened the folder displaying the files once more.

"My oh my, Terith, what have you been up to?" She asked as she combed through the files. Stories of the mans former acquaintances and friends alike winding up dead in suspicious ways were the common theme for this mans past three months. Either he was cleaning house or someone was after him. Either way she would need to take things slowly with him, as he might be on edge. "Close results, save to the mainframe." She spoke as the files were once again moved to the folder before they disappeared off her screen. Her seat moaned as she transferred her weight off to her foot, before standing up. She readied herself to move to meet the man. Her eyes first darted to the top left corner, where the current time rested. It displayed both the local time on top with the galactic standard time beneath it. Remarking on how little time she had left before her shore leave was finished, knowing full well that she needed to finish talking with Terith as soon as possible. "Open monitoring controls." She softly spoke. A large screen appeared on the left side of the screen, with four options for her to press. Heart rate, breathing, eye contact and vocal patterns. Her finger quickly moved the cursor towards the latter of the group before pressing down once more. "Better be careful."

The Citadel was a relatively familiar place, safer than most enough that when Viva finished up the SIRIUS's refueling she had no qualms about darting away to enjoy the rest of her leave. And Viva had very much enjoyed leave. Feeling real sunlight on her face and wind in her hair always put a silly smile on her face, remembering when her parents would take them on outings on strange planets...the good times in her childhood.

After only the first hour she could feel the sunburn crisping her skin, her freckles standing stark against her pale skin, so her first stop was to one of the local drugstores and nearly drowned herself in uv-protective lotion. Still, she'd put up with a little burn to feel real sunshine every once in a while.

Her next stop was wherever her nose took her first, the scents of local cuisine drawing her through the bustling marketplace from one tasty entree to the next. Here, a portly man cooking something on a barbecue that while looking dubious caused her mouth to water, and there a bakery serving up sumptuous sweet bread rolls with glittering sugars. She had yet to leave a planet hungry.

She also made sure not to eat all her credits right away- which had been a bad habit for her in the past. The rest of her funds were spent on some 'personal preserves' of food snacks to stash away in her bunk: Dried fruit and nuts, a small box of delicate chocolates, and some sweet fruits preserved in tiny bottles of alcohol- soaking up all that rummy goodness for a off-shift treat. All the kinds of things that would last a good long while out in space- although she'd yet to have any of her goodies spoil on her, the temptation to snack is a hard thing to shake when one is alone on the bridge.

She also managed to nab a few local sounds, musicians that hadn't quite broken into the interstellar scene yet. Nothing quite as good as White Noise Blackout, or The Kilonova Kruzers... but she'd liked what she heard so far and so she'd bought a clip or two to try.

She was sitting at one of the open air bakery cafes on the main market street, enjoying a cool fruity concoction and a huge toasty delicious soft braided pretzel when she happened to glance at the time and see just how much of it had passed. Shooting down the dregs of her drink she hopped off the stool and headed to the street, slinging her rucksack full of goodies and her flight jacket over her shoulder as she chewed the last end of her pretzel.

Viva trotted her way down the market taking in the sights, she was not in too much of a hurry as being the pilot- it wasn't very likely that she'd be left behind. But she didn't want to be too late for starting liftoff either, made the captain grumpy.

She was just passing by one of the more seedier looking bars when a familiar gleam caught her eye and a huge grin spread across her face as she abruptly changed direction and made a beeline towards her fellow shipmate.

"Well lookit what we have here," Vee said as she threw an arm over Anora's shoulder and snuggled up to her on the other side, "Now what's a fine girl like you doing in a place like this? Haha, Howya enjoy leave Selen? I would have escorted you myself, but you know the Sirius is my first love."

"Come on, you're not doing anything important here right? Leave is about over anyways, you should walk with me back to the ship- lovely ladies like us shouldn't be alone in a rough place like this." She finished with an exaggerated wink and a very tongue in cheek expression, "If you ask nicely I'll even let you carry my bag."

Ardur found himself exiting Chora's Den after yet another successful shore leave on board the Citadel. He had a few beers and enjoyed the local 'entertainment' for a while. The dancers there always brought about a generous side to him, and he soon found himself short half his paycheck. To him this was always worth it. But the time did not lie, and he knew he had to report back to the SIRIUS soon as their shore leave was about to end, and the Captain did not seem like the type to wait around for someone like him.

He was walking through the streets when he noticed their pilot dash into an nearby bar. She was a cute lass there was no denying that, but what was the likes of her doing in a bar like that? Figuring someone lured her in, Ardur quickly and silently moved to the frame of the door and looked inside.

The bar itself spoke volumes on the business that transpired within. His head moved from person to person, and most of them seemed like the type he would find on places like Omega. "What are you up to, little girl?" He asked as his eyes scanned for Viva. He was suprised to see Selen standing inside the bar, but it was to be expected from her type. "No harm in making sure they're ok." He said as he nabbed an unopened beer off the table outside the bar, opening it with his teeth, before taking a massive swig. His hand remained on the holster of his gun as he eyed up a person taking particular intrest in the duo, his cigar smoke filling the air around his head.

- - - - - - -

Anora instantly recognized the voice as that of their ships pilot, yet at this very moment her name escaped her thoughts. Her head quickly turn as a smile spread across her face, allowing her Eclipses to do their job. The smile on her face faded for a second as mulitple files came flying across her screen, each with a plethora of information pertaining to this woman before her. Her finger quickly raced across the screen, before pressing down on a file titled 'qualifications '.

"Hey" Pausing for a asecond as she took a note of the phonetic spelling provided. "Viva." She said as she read the dossier. Scrolling left, she clicked once more to open her pilot's license information. "Not that many creepy guys hang around this bar." She lied. "Sometimes a quick drink to pass the time never hurts." Her screen was filled with a folder marked as important, family relations. She quickly clicked on it before a visable look of shock filled her face. "Valko Crux." She thouht to herself. She had heard terrible stories his exploits over the years, and here stood his twin in the form of a legit pilot Viva Crux. This young woman had her attention at first, time would tell if it would sate her curiosity.

Anora quickly closed the folder, and moved her glasses off her face and on top of her head, revealing her saphire coloured eyes to Viva for the first time. "Nothing too important to mention, no." She paused as she motioned for the bartender to come over once more, raising two fingers with her right hand while she pointed to her now empty beer with her left. Soon enough two opened beers were brought before her, and she paid the man. Reaching out her hand towards Viva, she offered her a beer. "One drink before we leave?" She asked. She wanted to know as much as she could about her relation to Valko before she returned to the ship. If she was anything like him then she would be long gone by the time shore leave was over.

Viva's eyes roamed the bar taking no mind to her companions stiff posture as she continued to hang off of her. The bar was typical for the lower side of town, just a few blocks over and across from where she started- the classism striking on every planet with the poor tucked away out of sight just a stone's throw from the rich or even modestly wealthy middle class. While this one was relatively well kept, a dive was a dive and the local patrons were the same kind of seedy bunch found in bars like this across the galaxy. Creepy, skeevy, and more than just a tad shady was the norm in these parts... but people gotta live and they gotta eat, and Viva respected that tenacity wherever she found it.

"Please Selen," Viva said as she gave her a gentle shake, before removing her arm to snag the drink the enterprising bartender had placed before them, "Call me Vee. We're friends enough for that now yeah?"

The beer wasn't too bad, sour but not oppressively so, but it still caused Viva to wrinkle her nose as she drank and she gulped it down with a disgusted grimace, "UGh, how can you drink this. I mean sure it'll get you drunk but god at what cost? Vodka is the way to go, no taste and you get twice as drunk."

"I know a place on Gelid 5," She continued running her finger around the rim of her glass, "Miserable planet but they had the most fantastic hot-spiced vodka cocktails you'll ever have. We should go sometime, if we ever need to make a pitstop in the arse end of freezing nowhere."

"Why'd you pick this place anyway?" Viva cut herself off darting a look at Anora before returning her gaze to the room, "Cause we should probably head out and get back to the ship. I don't know what you did, but if looks could kill that surly looking fellow would have us out an airlock in a heartbeat."

The gentleman in question was nearly hidden in the gloom of the inner reaches of the bar, which was quite dark for an open air establishment although that was probably on the account of the brilliantly bright day it was outside making everything not as dazzling bright seem to be cast in stark shadows. The glowing red light of the end of the man's cigar made the lines on the man's face seem even more grim as he glowered in their direction. He had the look of a merc to him to Viva's eyes- his posture screaming trouble and a foul temper... and they seemed to have been caught at the wrong end of it.

Swallowing another sip of poor beer, Viva made a face that was only half because of the bitter taste, this could be trouble.

"Come on, Let's head back to the ship and go before he- oh shit, here he comes," She yelped and slammed her drink on the table, "Quick! Act casual."

And with that she practically threw herself into Anora's lap and draped herself over her with the put on air of a barhub floozy, cooing and snuggling her head against Anora's neck.

"Act casual?" Anora said as she pushed the pilot off of her lap; causing her to crash down to the floor below. "It's too late for that, love." She scolded as her right hand reached up, grasping around the edges of her Eclipses.

Anora knew all too well the dangers of their precarious situation. Terith was an intergalactic crime lord she had been associated with before her joining up with the SIRIUS. He always had a job for her, mostly smuggling contraband onto a council world, and it always paid well. Yet she had never really joined his crime network, preferring to work on her own versus for someone else. That did not stop the man from trying his best to make his position of authority known. Often he would try and handicap her progress, be it with a well timed tip to the authorities or a group of bandits sent to stop her in her tracks. But thanks to her Eclipses, and their ability to find the funds used in these distractions, she was never once slowed. She had come to meet him today for payment for a job she had recently completed. Anora knew he had lost a sizable fortune in the process of this particular job, a few ships and all their men, and she was already on edge without the distraction of Viva.2

"No, no, my dear." Terith spoke up as his right hand moved across his chest, parting his coat in the process, which revealed a pistol in the process. "Your Moon Shades stay on top of your head until we are finished." Pausing as he pointed with his right hands index finger. "Besides, i like looking at your beautiful eyes" His joke fell on deaf ears. His right hand moved once more across his chest, closing his coat once more. His eyes darted towards the girl on the floor before he returned his gaze to Anora. "You lost me some credits on the last mission i gave you, you here to repay me?" He said as he crossed his arms.

"You know that job was botched from the start, mate." She paused as she lowered her hand from her glasses back down to her side, before placing them on her hip. "I'm here with my-." Pausing as she let out an audible sigh "friend." Pausing once more, tilting her head just enough for her eyes to rest on Viva for just a brief second. "I completed the job none the less, I'm here for the money you owe me." Her eyes darted back to the crime lord in front of her. "I completed the job all the same and our-"

"Our agreement is null and void." Terith roared as life in the bar continued on as if he was whispering. "You better come up with some credits and fast, else i find another way for you and your" Pausing as he looked at Viva "friend to repay what you cost me." He finished as a sinister smile crept over his face.

"Not so fast, my friend." Ardur spoke as he placed the barrel of his gun to the ear of Terith.

"Ack!" Viva yelped as Anora gave her a shove, and Viva fell unceremoniously landed with a thump rump first to the floor in an inelegant heap. This reaction wasn't unusual though, Viva knew well her friend's desire for personal space and therefore loved to tease her about it, so the pilot was already bouncing to her feet when she caught sight of the merc's pistol. Her eyes darted from the man's weapon to Anora and back again as she slowly stood up, the tense atmosphere getting to her as she tried to follow the conversation between them. Talk of payment and jobs gone bad was never a good situation when somebody had an itchy trigger finger and Viva didn't know this fellow well enough to gage just how quickly things might escalate.

Her darting eyes caught sight of the familiar figure of Ardur, one of their guns from Sirius, and Viva tried not to let out an audible sigh of relief. If all hell broke loose they'd have at least one gun shooting for them and not at them, which significantly increased the odds in their favor in her mind.

"Woah hey," She said as the man continued to be belligerent, holding her hands out and open as he turned his attention her direction, "I'm not with her."

Aurdur then stepped in, his gun pressed to the man's head, and Viva grinned shamelessly, "Hey Aurdor, nice of you to join the party."

"Now there's no need for there to be a ruckus,"Viva said as she lowered her hands and picked up her bag,"We get the picture: you want to get paid, she wants to get paid- Hey who wouldn't? We all want to be paid eventually."

"We're all friends here- acquaintances, whatever." She slung her arm over Anora's shoulder in a casual gesture meant to steer the other girl to the exit, as she talked with her other hand, "So lets keep this friendly and put this on the backburner for now, cause right now my friends and I are on a bit of a time crunch. Exchange contact info or something, cause we gotta jet. Don't call us, we'll call you and we can get this whole thing sorted some other time. Sound great? Great, we'll be in touch. Later."

Terith raised his hands into the air. His eyes slowly moved in before he took in the form of the man pointing a gun at his head before realzing that if anything happened his life would be taken in the ensuing gun fight. His hands waved off a group of thugs that had crept up behind Anora and Viva, their guns slowly lowered before they returned to their booths. "No need for guns, friend."

"Pardon me if i don't take you at your word. Ladies." He motioned with his hands for the two to leave the bar behind them. Once Ardur noticed the duo leaving the bar behind him he began to move backwards towards the exit himself. His gun was constantly aimed at the head of the crime lord up until he himself reached the corner of the doorway. Quickly turning, he bolted from the bar and towards the two women. Quickly catching them in no time at all, Ardur looked at the two as he ran and asked "What the fuck was going on in there?" Anger was evident in his voice. "I expect you to explain yourself." Pointing towards Anora.

"I did a job for that man, i was going in to get paid!" Anora spoke as her right index finger moved around. Soon she came upon an option, simply named Eyes, to hack into the local security feeds to which she pressed down on. In the top middle of her screen lines of programming codes began to appear. These codes were apart of a program she had designed that could crack into most security feeds, though some took time. Lines upon lines of code appeared before being buried by the next code until a image, though at first blurry, appeared in the top center of her screen. Four men were highlighted as being associates of Terith following close behind. "Shit we're being followed."

Ardur quickly looked behind him before speaking "I don't see anyone."

"Trust me they're there." Anora spoke. Her right hand's pointer finger quickly moved to another option, aptly named Escape Route Program. This was a simple program but it had saved her life more times than she could count. It, when combined with Eyes, could quickly map out a quick route that avoided all contact with hostile parties. She quickly pressed down. After a second a map appeared in the top right of her screen. It was just a normal map at first, showing the quickest route to the ship but not the safest.

"Avoid all contact with agents of Terith." She spoke. The map showed a few different paths before a flashing green light in the bottom left of her vision let her know that the safest route was found. "Follow me if you fancy your lives." She spoke as she cut a hard right down a side street. They would follow the map closely, a left turn through a crowded market district and a right turn down a narrow, long and winding maintenance tunnel before they finally arrived in the docking bay.

"Anora." Ardur spoke as he placed his hand on the holster for his pistol. "I do not notice any C-Sec agents here." No sooner did he speak it did a pistol shot sing out in the empty bay. A second was quickly followed as Ardur quickly drew his own pistol and returned fire. "Get to the ship you two, now!." Ardur spoke as he moved backwards towards the ship firing off shots as he moved. A TV screen near them sprung to life as the face of Terith appeared on the screen.

"Come now, Anora." Terith spoke as a slight chuckle escaped his lips. "I always get what i-" He was cut short as a series of sparks erupted from the screen as a shot from Ardur's pistol slammed into the screen, cutting the feed mid sentence.

Anora quickly grabbed the arm of Viva, running as she did, and spoke. "Follow me!"

The three of them slowly made their way out of the bar before dashing away into the street and for a brief moment in time, Viva thought that perhaps they would be able to get out of this scottfree. It was a very brief thought however, as Selen swore.

"Followed?" Viva echoed as Aurdor turned to look behind them. Dashing after Anora, because she did in fact fancy her life very much thank you, she kept pace with the girl to ask between breaths, "Just what did you do to piss these guys off?

"Cause they are really pissed off!" She shrieked as gunfire rang out around them. Adrenaline jolting her system she sprinted after the other girl as she half dragged- led the way on a winding route through the port back through the ship.

By the time they reached the maintenance tunnel the sound of their following hostile trail had been left far behind. Viva's giggles bounced and rang in the hollow tunnel as she caught sight of the ship, two parts relief and one residual thrill.

"Annnd Safe!" Viva said as she folded over her knees as they reached the landing dock of the Sirius, wheezing and giggling, "Ahhh hahaha, okay. That was fun, but can we please never do that again? Hooo haha."

"Sparks, that took way longer than it should have," She said as she finally caught her breath, and made her way onto the ship, "Shit I hope the Cap isn't pissed. Might want to go for another run with the agents if he is..."
