Due to an error in transferring rules between arcs of the series, a rule got lost. A starter given by a prof will always have the normal ability. It came to my attention when Ryan's Froakie had Protien. I will let it slide for him, because that was on me for not making sure. But no one else can have the hidden ability on the Pokemon they receive from the prof.

First off, Thank you for you intrest, but we are full. Seocndly, you cannot start with a Gyarados. You have to start with a region appropiate starter: (Bulbasur, Charmander, or Squrlte in Kanto/ Chikorita, Cyndaquil, or Totodile in Johto, etc.)
