Hello everyone. I am at the moment writing a post for next turn. If you missed yours, don't worry you'll have plenty of time to catch up.
I just wanted to take a moment to explain why I sometimes miss certain parts of your post. Why? Because I just now realized why!

So sometimes I just miss things. I missed Cyclone's cotton, without much reason. Sometimes you just miss words.
The main reason I miss things is however that I read all of your posts when they are posted. I peek in every once in a while to see new posts, and I read them immediately, meaning it could take 2 more days before I advance the turn, meaning in those 2 days I might've forgotten a detail or two. I'm not very good with short-term memory, so sometimes things just don't stick.

I do my best to at least read the summary of every post though when I go ahead and advance the turn, even if I read the post 2 days ago or 2 minutes ago.
Which is why the summary is so important.

Passtime off-topic talk while we wait for posts.
I watched Jurassic World the other day and man, that movie was great! I've been itching for a Jurassic Park themed roleplay ever since. Same plot as the movie: dinosaur gets loose, people die, the characters have to find a way off the island.
I ... Really want to do that, but I grow weary of DM-ing. I just don't want all the responsability y'know? Of course, this Civ RP is among the biggest DM-ing and RP-ing projects I have ever undertaken so it's probably nothing compared to this but still, it takes a toll.

What did you guys think about the movie?

It was cool in general but some small parts really irked me. Like how the genetically modified dinosaur communicated with the raptors, they joined him, but then that one guy got them to switch back and attack the giant dinosaur. There was how they somehow didn't see that giant dinosaur hiding in its pen and were dumb enough to go in BEFORE asking the guy in the control room to see where it was? Those parts were ridiculous enough to make me shake my head.

The hot redhead girl made up for those parts though

Agreed. I also didn't like how as soon as something got in it's mouth, it's dead. Sure it probably sunk all of it's teeth in it's flesh and sure it probably broke a lot of bones while doing that, but you're telling me that one raptor died instantly while the blue one survived being smashed into a wall several times?
Also are t-rexes really strong enough to throw each other around like ragdolls? Hmm.

I guess it's all part of the movie though. It didn't feel unnatural, I kinda accepted it.

And yeh Morocco is fun as long as you survive the initial Portugal+Castille alliance that sometimes forms, that said Portugal by itself might be enough (stupid sexy Western tech group)

I had figured I'd play the colonization sort of game but as a Muslim, which would be the fun part about Morocco. As in for Portugal, they always seem to conquer half of Morocco without realizing that they can't even convert the provinces, so then the provinces get separatist rebels and just go back to Morocco. Over and over

I haven't had the chance to try EU4 I'm afraid, but I play enough of CK2 to consider myself a map-staring expert.
