I actually never took the time to go through everyone's CSs, but I did just notice the similarities in our characters after seeing yours. It seems fitting that they might know one another, either directly or indirectly.

Well not really take over more like have something happen to her to have Roman rescue...but I like the collab idea better

@Leb As far as the PD goes I'm thinking standard officers would probably have a rifle, pistol and stun baton. Picture something like a mmilitary police would have. SWAT officers would probably carry more advanded stuff: higher caliber armor and weapons. For how high tech the weapons are, check out the Deus Ex wiki on weapons. Explains it better than I could haha

I wouldn't say you stepped on any toes, but it certainly seemed strange. Out of nowhere, really.
A warning was issued about a criminal then riot police throw a flash grenade into The Spit without warning? I suppose with the darker environment of Zone Beta it might not be out of place, but it was kind of abrupt reading it.

This is just my opinion, though.

Well, Kat did tell the civilians to move away from the exits, and then get on their knees.
Then the flashbangs went in.

As Lev said...it was kind of abrupt. I talked with Ghost Shadow a bit, and we'd like to request an edit to your post. There's issues from both an in character and out-of-character perspective.

IC issue: a BoD officer and a crew of 10 riot cops, to take down one crime lord. One NPC crime lord, at that. Your character is risking serious violence and bloodshed by busting into a huge bar like that, when stealth may have been a better tactic. Like Lev said, abrupt.

OOC issues: 10 riot cops. You're basically NPCing your own small army. That's a very unfair advantage to you if any characters want to put up a fight.
And the fact that you're raiding the club at all is a slight issue with me. We've got several characters in there, already establishing storylines and interacting. Vander, Audrey, Elizabeth, Deon. Your post derails any existing interactions with a sudden police raid.

Please make some edits. I don't want to see an army of NPC cops, and I don't want to see the existing character interactions interrupted.

Edited/changed my post so now it's Kat with two rookies instead of Kat and a small army.
It's more realistic with how the normal police treat the BoD now, with the two groups being antagonistic with each other.
