If there's no band name, we'll probably be better equiped to come up with one (as well as a general idea of our band's sound), once we see what music everyone else is influenced by.

Well people, you have a guitarist, you have a bassist, a drummer, your rhythm guitar and even a violin player. But it seems you are lacking a very fundamental part of your band, to prevent the problems of "Letting the clowns run the circus" as well as making sure you don't loose all your money and such. You will need your Brian Epstein or Andrew Loog Oldham and if you still do need such a person, I would be happy to fill that place.
In short do you guys still need a manager? XD

Perhaps skieth could be manager as well since the manager will not be involved in everything behind the scenes where as the band members probably will be???

Well that is true as well. Though traditionally managers from bands, well at least the good managers at least are very intwined in the bands everyday activity, they live and go on tour with them and serve as intermediarys during fights and are much more well involved then one would think.
