My name is Vahi, and I hail to you from the beautiful Germany. That’s why I’ll have to warn you in advance, my English tends to be atrocious sometimes, depending on my daily form. So please have mercy on me. But essentially this, and my unquenchable lust for role-plays, are my reasons, for singing up here. So please don’t hesitate in correcting some grammar or spelling mistakes, I really appreciate help from native speakers. Okay, that’s it about my English skills. Btw in return, I will gladly answer questions, concerning my native language :D
Well let’s talk about myself. I am twenty years old, and I used to play RPGs, since I got my first own computer, but I wrote own stories, from the moment I could form sentences in writing. In addition I like Pen&Paper, Live Action Roleplay and drawing, tough my skills in that are very poor. My greatest enemy is the common Mary Sue. I prefer in-play-posts, consisting of more than just a few sentences, my minimum are at least 200 words, but this is on a bad day. My favorite settings are fantasy, sci-fi and steampunk. I have a certain addiction to noble characters, and this is like a red line, since most of my own characters are highborn. They are the most fun to play. Something else what I love are female warriors, not fancy, but brutal and effective, but only in a setting, which allows it.
My favorite fandoms are The Wheel of Time-Saga (any fans here?), The Song of Ice and Fire, Mass Effect and The Elder Scrolls.
In a roleplaying partner, I am looking for someone patient, who has no problem with my grammar issues, likes the same as I do, and who does not create Mary Sues.
