Fukusho followed the rest of the group to the restaurant that Akihiko-sensei held in such high regards. Fukusho was never a fan of barbecue but he figured trying new things is a step to improve yourself. The young ninja followed the rest of the group and took his seat last right next to Masatake-kun and across from Mikone-chan. He listened to her question and thought it was a good idea but sensei might have told them already if he was going to tell them. His dad said that the biggest pain about being a ninja was all the guess work and how nothing was ever like it seemed. When the water came around Fukusho took a small sip immediately and swish it around in his cup. His parents could a trick like that with just chakra so Fukusho thought he would give it a try. Alas the water stopped moving when his wrist stopped forcing it to.

"To be quite honest I don't usually go out like this. My family is usually busy and when they aren't they're usually by themselves it's kind of lonely sometimes but I've gotten use to it. Not that I'm looking for pity I'm just stating that I'm not used to this." Kuro admitted casually as he finished his water and a lady came by to tell them their food was almost ready and that they hoped the new team would enjoy it. "Seriously? You can't wait to ask me till after we're done eating? Am I training a group of masochists? Alright look two days from now I'll meet you by the the water tower near the Hokage's place. You know where that is right? It's..." Akihiko explained boredly as he laid out directions to where the place was located at.

"Anyways training is all up to you. You can keep doing it or you can ignore it completely. I won't make you do training unless you want to but if you fail yourself and your partners it will be on your head not mine. I'm your teacher and I want you to do your best and get better but why bother if you're not motivated? Clearly you are all ready to train but if you want to train with me personally on your off time you got to schedule it with me. Otherwise I put together training regiments that you can do with your companions or with me or by yourself. Sound good?" commented Akihiko as he looked at his students with a neutral expression.

Hai sensei Masatake said to him as Masatake started to eat getting his rice bowl and eating it along with the bar b que that the waitress came back with. Masatake knew what he needed to work on and that was his chakra control so he could get up that damn tree and as much as he hated to admit Kuro was right he would need to work on putting more of a dent into the targets. Masatake would always be the accurate one of the group but without the power to back it up nothing he did would be a killing blow. Then again Senbon were meant to be used both for medicine and to paralyze a target which Masatake could do both of. Maybe he could work with someone with the group not Kuro obviously but maybe Fukusho or mikone would help and in all honesty Masatake wanted to help her so she wouldn't feel like she was the useless one of the group sensei can you put together a training regiment tomorrow with me and Mikone tomorrow? If that's alright with Mikone of course Masatake said to him and also asked her if she wanted to train with him tomorrow

Fukusho listened to his sensei's little speech about their schedule. Even though Fukusho wanted to get together with his teammates he felt like giving pop the major control on his training sessions was helping him so far. Right now he had to work on his accuracy, chakra control, and strength. He flt like he was decent at all of those areas but far from mastering any one of them. Then his ninjutsu arsenal could use some work because there was no way he could beat Sensei's shadow octopus thingie. Something made Fukusho think that Sensei had that kind of move by the time he took the Chunin exams. Well that may or may not be true but it would be cool information to find out. "Hey Akiihiko-sensei were you able to use that shadow octopus thing when you took the chunin exams?" Fukusho asked his teacher completely off topic.

"Huh you know about the exams? Man kids grow up too quick these days." Akihiko said as he got his bowl of rice and so did Kuro who both proceeded to chew it up as quick as possible. They shoveled their food in their mouths in an attempt to finish their food off as quick as possible. However Kuro started to choke on his food which prompted him to eat it slower. However Akihiko didn't show any signs of stopping until half his bowl was down his gullet. "I was able to use a primal form of that jutsu earlier in my years. I call it the Princeling's Waltz now but it's real name is The Shadow Viper Pit Jutsu. Unrefined as it was it still allowed me to take on multiple enemies at once in a defensive posture. It isn't nearly as good as Shadow King. Even Shadow King pails in comparison to my clan's typical jutsu. Really there's a reason I'm the only one who has used my clan's special arts in a way. Most of my clan can use their shadow possession to force others into situations more stealthily. I don't like stealth. It's a spineless way of getting things done. Not to say that my style is even remotely better but I prefer it to relying on the chance of actually getting it to work. Now you need to promise me that you won't talk about this to anyone else. I'm telling you three this in good faith as my new students. If you do that I'll set up that training regiment for tomorrow." Akihiko said bluntly with a loud belch at the end with a frank excuse me thrown in.

don't worry sensei your secrets are safe with use as long as you do the same Masatake said as he continued to eat his rice and meat. As long as sensei doesn't give any of them a reason to talk then Masatake think that it will be fine. One cant be in a team if they all don't trust each other with their secrets so Masatake thought it was a good idea. Soon Masatake finished eating his food and then started to drink down his water watching and listening to whatever else sensei wants to explain, that insight into his justsu was actually helpful for the future...

"Training regimen... I can't wait." Mikone said, not sure what she was getting into.

"This is good food, how can you say this is mediocre?" She said, enjoying the meal with a new hunger for barbecue.

"Uh what goes on in the Chunin exams?" She said, hoping to stat a new subject.

"Maybe it's because my cousin is such a great cook that I view this food as bad. In truth it's better than some food joints around this village." commented Akihiko as Kuro spoke up and said that he wouldn't tell anyone either. "I don't want part of your training regiment. I can do things on my own for now. I still have to keep up with my own regiment that I put myself through everyday. If that proves unsatisfactory from now on I will ask you for help sensei." Kuro commented bluntly as Akihiko grunted. "Look you three...four sorry...shouldn't even know about the chunin exams. I suppose your folks told you about it or you heard rumors. But I suppose I can let you on in some of it's inner workings. You don't want to hear it cover your ears. It's basically a series of tests that unlike my test today doesn't have kiddy wheels on it. Ninja from all over will participate in it. Hidden Villages big and small will want to go up in rank during the exam and during some of those exams they will be aiming for your head possibly. I'm not saying anything else ok? So don't try asking." Akihiko commented as Kuro nodded complacently as he chewed on his bowl of rice not really caring for the exams at the moment. Those were too far ahead to think about.

aiming for our heads huh? sounds interesting Masatake said simply thinking that a no holds bar match was interesting to say the least it didn't really frighten him either since it really didn't mean much to him whether or not they would try to kill him because he knew medical ninjutsu and that will immediately put them ahead of most of the other groups that would enter said exam. For now masatake wasn't putting the cart before the horse as they say so he will just let things happen as they come and wont really plan for it until their is a need to. For now Masatake was wondering if they could leave soon so Masatake could get some rest for his ankle for tomorrow with the training regiment for him and Mikone...

"Yep that's more or less the jest of it. Now finish up and eat. I'm going home soon." commented Akihiko as he finished off his rice bowl and his glass of water. He looked around at his students once more before getting up and going over to the waitress personally to ask for the check. He pulled out his wallet from his jacket's pocket and paid with a fist full of dollars telling her to keep the change before walking back over to the group and waited for responses and or thank yous before telling them to have fun and get ready to work their butts off tomorrow at the forest around 10:00 AM for training with sensei before getting up and leaving promptly without fan fare. Kuro didn't stick around either having finished most of his food he got up and left his group without saying much of anything only saying a prompt goodbye ignoring any further words towards him and followed their sensei out the door to the Uchiha Compound.
