Depends if he has missiles or not. :p

Anyway I'll place a link here in case anyone is interested. Also note I'd like to place it within a story context if I can.

Adrian does have a bow he's pretty good with, as Rilla found out before he had to forfeit. Still I suppose we are already in two fights with eachother so it might be good to branch out, even if it would have been a good match up story-wise.

I wouldn't hold much hope in finding a fight though, I've advertised four times now and no one has answered ;(

I don't advertise. I just wait until someone else does and take up the offer.

Fear the melon. lol

I think @Impaqt was free for a match last I checked. @bushidoxisamu2 sent up challenge awhile ago.

Seems like we really have a lack of Players or something.

A good way to get a massive amount of advertisement would be to convince YouTube skallagrim to join us. All we'd have to do is sacrifice our skallagrim, but I'm sure he'd be willing, even if we have to force him. ;)

Hey now...they COULD still be the same person..no one need know the truth...

Hmm, the multiverse usually brought in some new blood usually.

Speaking of which, while it;'s under construction. An interest check is up for brainstorming!

Yeah, the Multiverse is good for a short burst, but most the people on RPG are incredibly fickle, they move onto the next thing after a few weeks.

Which is actually fine. Since some people do stick, and I'm thinking of making it into a chapter like thing. One one phase of the MV 'ends' a new one starts. Essentially making it immortal.

Kind of like the Fate franchise.

Whoa, I think I found the perfect aesthetic look for the Anger-Rylla.

Annoyingly I can't get a front portrait, but basic Ryllain soldier look now found.

I will say, I'm looking to test my entropy fighter against someone else, once I finally finish all of his mechanics.

I have ideas for a dickass wizard and a monk with a gimmick where his moves are tied to specific knuckles.

Looks and from a quick read seems a lot like Too Human, which is ironically where Fury's image comes from as well.

Shame the gameplay was so monotonous.

I'll be honest I kind of imagined the basic Angar Ryllan (sort of like the Roman Legionary) basically like the Tau from Warhammer, with auxiliaries mixed in of all types and races.

Maybe a mix of the Tau and the Covenant from Halo with all their funky race types.

Ha, so Fury should fit right at home.

Also heard about Too Human from ZP, apparently was a God of War rip off. Cause we need more of those.

I think Skalla would even like it. Now I just need aesthetic's for the other factions.

Also front portrait found!

Nice to have a visible theme for them now.

It definitely wasn't a God of War rip-off, nothing like the game except slightly similar in the form of button bashy hack and slash combat.

The plot-line and the setting were pretty much its only redeeming features, it was essentially a futuristic society where 'ODIN' an A.I made cybernetic-ally enhanced humans (gods) to protect the world from monsters (evil robots).

It borrowed from Norse Mythology a lot, but generally it was pretty cool as an idea. I might have this a little twisted as I played it when it first came out, but that was basically the idea.

Pretty much what I'm thinking to, I'll see how Skalla views them. Heck, battle mech's could also be their thing. Not that it would be seen much considering the most of the war will be small scale.

So far:

Angar Ryllan - They'd favor heavy armor over movement speed and weaponry power. Effective tactics like Radar jamming on or a personal mobile shields. As a result of the better armor, AR units often last longer in combat, but are not as capable of dealing damage as effectively as Freehold forces. The AR forces are generally more functional than aesthetic, making them the near polar opposite of The Fallen.

The Fallen- Would be fast and stealthy, with designs that often include triangular shapes. With designs hinting at the centrality of their aesthetic spiritual sense, with symmetry, smoothness, organicism, and grace exhibited in every unit and structure, all adorned copiously with twinkling lights and reflective of their familiarity with advanced Eldritch technology. As a result of this, they possess a sleek, alien, organic and seemingly innocent form in neutral mode - but when in attack mode, they open up, revealing their weapons and giving the enemy cause for alarm.

The Freeholds- Freehold tactics rely on efficient, specialized attack vehicles with very powerful, yet narrow capabilities. Probably has most variation and least uniformity considering all the allied worlds/realms.

Skyforge is such an awful game. I wish it lived up to the hype, like.. at all.

Also, in regard to guns in general: it depends on the accepted level of power being used by the characters. Below a certain threshold, guns are just a game-ender. At higher levels, they can either be a) fine or b) more or less non-entities, when you get to a level where characters can walk face first into machine gun fire and be no worse for wear. So there's a happy medium for guns where they can be useful, but not necessarily game-breaking.

I should probably repost that power-tier system I developed like five years ago, at some point. It might be handy.

The aesthetic is still amazing though. Don't care to much about the game from what I've seen.

Also yes, that could be helpful... ^^

Also why I have beef with 'archer types' not so much guns. Once again not necessarily talking about archers.

I really liked the aesthetic, yeah. The actual game is just.. eugh. Was in closed/open beta, and it's less an MMO and more of an instanced dungeon delver that.. doesn't do a very good job at dungeon crawling.

It needs to be edited and rewritten, but there's the raw base of the scale.
