An idea I've been tossing around in my head lately, a medieval/fantasy adventure. A princess or other high ranking figure is kidnapped by rogues and taken for a ransom. She manages to outsmart them and escape, but the land she finds herself in is unfamiliar. She ends up wandering, completely lost, until she is eventually found by a lone hermit of barbarian descent.
He's not too keen on helping her, mostly because the nation's royals and his people have never gotten along. But the woman refuses to let her only hope of finding her way home escape. Eventually, he's left with little choice other than to let her into his home. Taking her on the long journey back to her kingdom, however, is another story.
After some bickering and deal making, he eventually caves and they start a long journey back. That's the plot I've got so far. I'm looking for someone to play the female part.
