Oh you have no idea. I have a dirty dirty mind. All of my Bosses agree on that.
So... I wasn't the only one thinking that playing monkey in the middle was a good idea.

Um...so...I have a question about the D-Day thing. How did that actually start? And...were there any major aftereffects? I'm assuming there were people in the square when the portals opened?
Also, walking the line means pretty much neutral, right? Could lean to either side, but are mostly in it for themselves? Would Villain cover someone who just doesn't give a shit about consequences?
Identity refers to whether or not the general public knows of your real identity? Or just your existence in general?

<Snipped quote by Aridian>
D-Day happened when the demons were like: "Hey, see that shit? Let's fuck it up."
Walking the line also applies to people who kill people to do good things, like Frank Castle (The Punisher)
Identity applies to the secret identity. However, this only applies if they are aware of your existence, which they aren't, really, until you do something (like crash a news copter) or (fight the avatar of a Greek God in the most frequented location in Lost Haven).
It was centeralized around Sherman Square where Racheli's and Justine's apartment is located, as well as the riots are/have/will(whenever you're currently timeline) happen(ed/ing). There was a large portal that was ripped open and thousands of demons poured out then started to devour whoever they could get their claws, wings, tendrils, or w/e on. Panic ensured, and heroes came to the rescue.
Walking the Line= Neutral or Independent. Racheli, for example, will be Walk the Line as she isn't going to conquest to dominate the world nor will she aim to save it. Mostly, she will only deal with her own issues and if those issues happen to benefit or the hurt the world, so be it! :p Some might just not want to save the world but still care about those around, consquences be damned. Does that help?
Yes. If the public knows you than it would be a yes. If not, it's a no.
@Aridian If you are interested, here is how D-Day started.
How long ago was D-Day. Maybe 2-3 weeks ago, I think. @nitemare shape might be able to give an answer. I also think that the portal was not open for more than a day (a couple hours would probably be more accurate). Technically they were not "demons". They were extra-dimensional beings that resemble demons.
<Snipped quote by Dedonus>
Isn't Hell technically another dimension as it's not attached to Earth?
<Snipped quote by Fallenreaper>
Technically, yes. But I do believe that they were not actually from hell. From looking at the character sheet here, it is a little ambiguous about the actual location (it says pits of hell, but it is not capitalized, so it might not mean actual hell).
I always thought that they were from a place like Hell but not from Hell itself. The Arachne posts during that arc has Athena mention how "[our] Christian society mistakenly calls [them] ‘demons’". While part of me would use this to support my thoughts of the nature of D-Day, this also is a linguistic development where in ancient Greek daemon just meant 'lesser deity' and then the Christians took it up to be an evil spirit.
Also, that River Stix reference is not the actual Greek mythological one (because I have an monopoly on Greek Myth ). Hades would never let that happen.
Hades: *appears out of nowhere in a black cloud* "Why can't you all stop comparing me to Satan! By the River Stix! People only hate me because people fear death. There is a long mythological tradition that shows that I am rather well behaved, as compared to my brothers and sisters, besides Hestia of course, since she's the perfect child of the family."

So...how would you all feel about the zodiac signs being entities unto themselves?
<Snipped quote by Aridian>
That might be rather fun actually, though you have to define entities. AS in living spirits, gods/deities, or something else? I don't think it is against the rules but would be interesting to hear your ideas.
Just no Gods, any God-Like character would have to be on the idea of the Asgardians from Marvel or the New Gods in DC.
<Snipped quote by Fallenreaper>
:) Something like living spirits, I guess? I wouldn't say gods, but...hm...
So it goes something like, each of the zodiac signs is a spirit. They're tied mostly to their constellations, and they each represent a kind of concept, like Leo might be Pride, and Gemini could be communication. And then they'd also be tied to their elements, of course.
I'm not sure I've explained my idea clearly, and I think I might be missing a few bits, but I hope it's kinda understandable? XD
<Snipped quote by nitemare shape>
Right. :)
<Snipped quote by Aridian>
In addition, we don't have any official weapons master.
<Snipped quote by Aridian>
I think I get the gist, it's slightly like what I wanted to do with rp that revolved around the 7 deadly Sins.
Each Sin was represented within an individual they were reincarnated and each Sin had a symbolic animal, which this reborn Sins reflected in their weapons. So, I get what you're implying though coming up with 12 different elements, conceptions, etc. might be a bit much.
I might suggest having them inhabit one individual than having each sign being a weapon that your PC could summon forth. She or he could even hear the spirit's voice inside his/er head while combating either helping or hinder as well as outside combat, maybe some are more dominate than others? It might be easier to do that than purely creating 12 individual and different conceptions that would make each of them stick out from each other.
<Snipped quote by Fallenreaper>
So.. Moving on then. Zodiac signs as actual beings, some kind of lesser deity maybe. Kinda like Hercules but you know without the godly strength. Am I getting that right?
Hmm, if the Zodiac signs are spirits, or actual beings, maybe Uskri could bind one of them to himself?
I think he could, although I thought he was more the type to ask nicely. And there's also the issue that not all of them are still...functioning. :p
