@Willy Vereb
I mean, you could have your supersuits if you wanted them, and you could arm all your guards with them. There are just several problems:
A) Your average guard, even in the elite-er PMCs, are not going to take this and be completely serious about it. Trouble will be caused when you turn your guards into walking supersoldiers.
B) Your average guard, even in the elite-er PMCs, could be bribed. All that tech and crap that goes into these suits could easily be taken, repurposed, and then used against you in the future.
C) They'd be insanely expensive. I mean, one of these for every single ship in your trading fleet would be mind-bogglingly expensive. Not as expensive as a ship, but hey, we've ('Murica, that is) have the biggest and most expensive military in the world, and yet we couldn't realistically station a squad of soldiers on every one of our ships.
D) Your guards might get hyped up on the suits, and decide to take whatever they want from you.
E) If you deploy countermeasures, such as only getting clearance and access to pilot these things in an emergency or during training, then they won't be able to respond as quickly, and as a corporation, your combat effectiveness in the event of a raid would be severely hindered

In other words-
You should count on the support of the nations you're trading with. Sure, these would make great guards, but putting all your guards in them would be needlessly expensive (You're a corporation- you live to make money, not waste it, eh?), and unrealistic. And difficult to keep all under control. Your guards are fine, but in the big picture, you should really count on the nation you're within to protect you.

A.) Why they wouldn't be? This is untold centuries into the future. A bit more than a hundred years back people would've just laughed if you said your job involves flying in th air. And now look where we are.
B.) Sure they can. They are mercenaries. Working for the client who pays the most is their job. Though the smaller unit organization structure and several hundred pages worth of legal documents ensure this is generally of little concern. Especially since if they're found out violating their terms White Corps is allowed to immediately disable their equipment.
C.) They are actually insanely cheap compared to many other alternatives. Conversion reactors in this setting are like the battery in our cellphone nowadays. Gravitics are what move doors, propel cars and everything. Also if I can afford a few thousand warships, tens of thousands of starfighters then the cost of 2.5 million power armored soldiers would be even cheap, just try running a calculation with the square-cube law. ARS-7 is good exactly because it's economical in its compactness. Why use vehicles when you can have these people carry themselves? They are true mechanize infantry.
D.) If they are, then such idiots are taken care of rather promptly. Then again, it'd be about as common as workers going on rampage with a forklift car.
E.) They are standard wear for WSS personnel. There are actually more advanced variations of this suit for special roles or to elites.

That's it.
Basically this suit turns my soldiers into the Mobile Infantry from the original Starship Troopers, except that maybe my people less of an one-man arsenal compared to them. These suits might be powerful when compared to a number of other infantry but this has to be weighed with the fact WSS barely relies on vehicles. These people aren't one man tanks, at least certainly not equal to tanks equipped with comparable technology. WSS personnel are primarily security and special forces. They are either securing places and people against less advanced threats or use their mobility to deliver surgical strikes. They aren't a regular army, nor they can be effectively used as such.
And why would they be? White Corps owns no territory, they are a multi-stellar megacorp. They don't need to defend themselves against organized military assaults and if they do it usually means they are fucked anyways. Like you said I would need to use politics with other civilizations to ensure such scenario never happens.

Nope. Honestly have no idea if I'm going to join. Even if I did, I'm using something different.

Edit: I'll be hanging around, though

Woot. I hope someone hires me as a privateer, that'd muddy the politics of it all pretty quickly.
