National History:South America was relatively safe from the nuclear hellfire that took the world by storm, but what followed was almost a little ironic in the eyes of South America a massive surplus of people slipping in from The North led to minor border disputes and eventually the claiming of Mexico. What followed was the collapse of most of the governments in Central and South America, drug lords became warlords and leaders of pseudo governments, most countries collapsed under this weight.

Enter Adan Oro, a rich drug lord who took advantage of the crisis by offering support to the local governments to fight the various drug lords. With their support he proceeded to outsmart and outmaneuver the warlords and he became kind of a hero in the eyes of the local populations, they were more than happy to throw their support in with him. This inevitably led to fear from the governments who sponsored him but it was too late the public was on his side, he overthrew these governments in a swift and brutal coup and established a new regime one that he believed would reign eternal.

His Empire though relatively young became quite powerful due to the possession of Panama and it's vital canal. This led to the power hungry leader setting his sights on Cuba and in a very brutal 6 month war The Eternal Empire won the day, and it's said that the great emperor himself led the assault on Havana earning him the nickname El Ángel de Cuba. Adan Oro was pleased for once in his life. He owned a vital trade port, Cuba's tobbaco, and the cocaine and drug industry of South America leading to him becoming a very powerful player in the world stage. But lately he has been turning his eye northward.

Describe the Govt.:A massive dictatorship with the emperor doing everything for his people, only taking advice from a trusted few people, Adan himself is worshipped as a saint among his people.
Technological Overview:By no means is the Eternal Empire well armed, old weaponry the United States no longer wanted makes up the brunt of their armory, as well as some old and out dated Russian arms from the cold war. They have recently tried to break into robotics and drones due to Brazil's rise to power some thirty years ago, but have failed due to the lackluster Research and development crew they have.

Cultural Overview:Like the days of the old they are still heavily based in Catholicism, they are also steeped within drug culture leading to a rash of addiction and depression. This is one thing Adan is trying to stop.

Military Description:Their military is nothing to behold, mostly they try to make up for their lack of technology with fanaticism most people underneath Adan are almost incorruptible due to the power, reverence, and fear of their great leader. They also keep a large section of children soldiers known as "Adan's Ninos" who are so hopped up on drugs they barely feel anything.
