Welcome to the new beginnings of Humanity!
Story:
In 2052 the world was erased and started fresh by a Nuclear war between the super powers of the time, and very few people remained. After years of re-population the human numbers have grown to 2 billion and now wish to set up Nations as if it were, as they say, the "old World". Some look to the past to make their empires, others create their own by will of the people, but either way nations arise from the ashes of old. However these new nations must deal with new problems. Not only must they deal with other nations and men, but their own citizens, radiation from the Nuclear wars, creatures created from the radiation, and much more. Be warned, running a country is not for the faint of heart for you just deal with all this and much, much more. If you are ready, though, step forward for your people and make history!
Rules:
1.) If land is already claimed in CS, you can't claim it so please don't try. You want it, PM them and ask about it don't fight in OOC for it...
2.) Going along with the previous rule don't invade a land and say you murder their whole army so you get their land.
3.) I will allow some of what is "Offensive" as long as it is realistic to your society. You could be a Neo-Nazi nation and that'd be fine just don't purposely act offensively toward people...
4.) The world still has a small population so please don't have massive armies, and try to keep things proportionate to your country.
5.) Please don't claim excessive amounts of land, like half of Europe and all of Asia, that's stupid.
6.) This is cheesy, but have fun! This is meant to simulate your dream nation in a new world where you don't have to worry about a U.N., social structure, or anything like that! Just have fun and be creative.
