Also you said that the setting was sorta like fallout. I assume you don't mean that everything is atompunk, but do you mean that there are gonna be spooky mutants and monsters out in the wasteland? Just curious, I'm always a fan of monsters and mutants and whatnot.

@Brink_ The 'Consulate of Rupert's Land' apparently occupies "Alberta to British Columbia (and) all of the Territories". Saskatchewan and eastward are not included, but the northern islands are, as part of the Territories.

Yes I meant the mutant part of the world. I was imagining they would be plentiful in areas of the world where the bombs fell as well as any place civilization is not at.
