@Rin i think it because how much work you, me, rain and vita put into this while they mostly gives us like one or two suggestion in between. so think they might be feeling a bit useless in this so

@BillsomethingHum... This is why I kept asking for people to discuss stuff, since... I was worried (amongst other things) because people weren't contributing when this is the kind of thing that really requires a lot of discussion for it to work.

I mean I did say I was worried about coming off like I was hijacking things because I was trying to write up a lot... Hum. I mean if this was a problem I'm not sure why they couldn't just... Talk about stuff, and try and get stuff figured out. Start a line of discourse and all.

...I mean did the length of the stuff I wrote come off as intimidating or something? I know that's one of the reasons why I tend to stay out of advanced, because the huge posts really intimidate me and make me freeze up at the thought of having to write something that long, but I was just being enthusiastic and didn't want it to come off as an expected length for stuff, um...

Not sure how that would help, especially since we're lost fully half of the people who originally signed up. Really wish they would've said something if there was a problem... Kind of worried about the future of this now really, but hum.

@Billsomething: This is not how you conduct yourself in an RP. You do not go to another topic's OOC to beg someone to post in an RP. Today isn't a good day for @Rin to post and she was previously, for a while at least, not able to post until you edited.

Now get that conversation out of here and be patient for a little while longer, please. Thank you.

Now let's get to the subject this topic is meant to be about, developing a setting.

I'm still trying to think of things that I can work for it other than what I've already suggested.

Hmm, what sort of environment should the High Elves live in? Since in the vague map I've got going on in my head, they neighbour the humans to the north, but I'm not sure if they'd reach the coast, either (Wood Elves have got to be somewhere... though they might just be wherever INSIDE other realms, not sure about that?)

Sort of saw a kind of Mediterranean area for the High Elves for some reason, at least. Wood Elves seemed like they were just in forests all over the place.

Hmm. But the humans are already in a Mediterranean place, and by heading north towards icy places you'd think it would get colder. XD
