Lol patches was the nickname I gave him, hardly his official title because its about as intimidating as a mafia guy called "Mr Mittens" xP Mar Sullivan, I like it, I can speak Irish ^__^ I always mixed up "hope" "walk" and "eye" in Irish because they are "súil" "siúl" agus "súl" haha, when I was first learning it I used to just put fadá over random letters and hope I was correct but the teachers used to catch us doing that in school and chastise us "LEARN WHERE THE FADÁS GO BECAUSE ITS SO OBVIOUS YOU DON'T KNOW WHEN YOU JUST DO IT RANDOMLY!!!"
That name is perf, and of course, to Noah it will be "Patches" I think he should be superbad, I also like the idea of a chick attacking them on the ship!!

Oh man oh man! Noah sure does know how to twist the knife doesn't he! Such a manipulative lil shit! Valko just got up and he's still trying to shift some blame- even though he loves him to death LOL. * Mica Nix (Mica form of Michael meaning brook, and Nix means no. = Brook No and brook could be interperitated as meaning not River but as in Suffering or Tollerating. So the name would then mean Suffer No. Like Suffer No Prisoners! Lol prolly over thought that one.)

Hehehehe! Naomi Dybuk it is! I really like it for its symbology- she's a pleasantish woman (who deals in pleasures) but is a distructive spirit that will need to be exorsized from their abode. The Hebrew Dybuk, from what i've read, is when a dead spirit possesses a living soul, needing a priest/ritchual to exorsize it. I guess thats where you get movies like the Exorsist. I was going for a more litteral translation in that they'll be forcibly ejecting her.

Oh my god I didn't even notice that (but its kinda late and Im wiped out after todays class but hey). Thats incredibly perceptive of you and now that you mention it, thats probably why subconsciously I was drawn to that one!!!

I think its so cool how you put all this research into the names!

Loire is a river in France I think (I think its typically a girls name as opposed to a boys name) and I liked the idea of Loire having some kind of French roots (obv he was born on a different planet, but I like the ideas of tracing his ancestry back to France somehow), and a river tends to flow, sometimes in unexpected directions, changing course etc and I thought a river would somehow suit Loire. Lanrete is Eternal spelled backwards, I thought it sounded very Frenchy and complimented "Loire", it rolls nicely off the tongue "Loire Lanrete", plus, given that he's lost his sister at a young age yet still pines and cares deeply for her,I think that their love as twins is eternal, so the name is a nod to that too. (I believe twins are forever, life or death, I know another girl who is a half-twin like me and she says that her twin is still with her in a special spiritual way!)

Haha yeah twins are pretty awesome, I wish I'd gotten the chance to get to know my sister, but I think that she's special, and here in her own way anyway, and isn't that incredible!!!! Whenever people ask my mom or me or anyone if I have siblings, the answer is usually just "Nope, I'm an only child" coz explaining the half-twin thing tends to be longwinded ^^" I can relate on being the one and only with ya!!!

My cousin (who was born the same day as me but years before me) gave birth to twin boys last year, its a weird coincidence because twins aren't prevalent in my family!!! My mom is TINNNYYYY so her sisters told her she'd probably never have kids because she didn't have childbearing hips, and yet she was the only one to carry twins, same goes with my cousin, she's very dainty and now she has 2 GORGEOUS boys, they were SO tiny though, very fragile because they arrived very early, even for twins.

Twins really make interesting characters to play dont they, because you can play them as 2 parts of one whole, yet they are two separate entities too, the relationship between twins can be explored very differently to other relationships, even between siblings that aren't twins!

Valko is having fun trying to press Liore's buttons! And by 'press' i mean find the biggest baddest glowingest buttons and slam down on it repeatedly. This time its less "lets make em mad" and more "lets scare the shit outta em". Valko's got a thing for being scary these days, likes being intimidating and feared.
He'll get his opportunity to save the day ina bit. Did ya notice the way i've sent nearly all the weapons down the hall in his direction? Pfft i'm always way to heavyhanded with the foreshadowing, but its so fun.

And Wooo Naomi is hella fun to write. I love me some savage killer women. I can't wait to see how Noah reacts to being so outclassed by somebody who sees right through him. Although, Naomi may have made a wrong move by targeting Viva, cause Noah usually goes for looking out for Numba One first. She's just a big fan of the 'i'll make you watch' tactic- and while she doesn't know it, with Valko awake, Noah wouldn't be able to say "fine i dont care do it" cause he'll know Valko will care very much.
