I'd say so...just looked at your profile..only thing I am just a tad confused about is...the slashes being explosive...to what degree? what sort of damage does it cause? it's just first thing that comes to mind from someone being cut or even blocking an explosive slash would be that well...it just...causes a large explosion that pretty much blows the opponent to bits xD If it acts as a mini explosion that makes the wound wider than it usually would be...lets say 2x wider or something then I could understand that xD

Well it would be used in different ways. Since an Explosion is an increase in volume and energy it could be used as a defensive technique too, but lets say for physical cuts its increases the damage like you said.I intend on getting a little more technical with Kareha as thing progress and Isamu learns more and more about his sword xDbut yay!
