@PhaesarisYep, and Bast is on a somewhat similar playing field, as she did similar, I believe, fighting Apep as Ra's guardian kitty-kat. And speaking of flirtatiousness, I learned something else about Set in my research. Apparently Horus, in order to add insult to injury, cut off Set's testicles after beating him. Needless to say, He's going to be very pleased to have those back once he remembers. And if someone brings in Horus, we'll need someone to keep Set from returning the favor.

Also,@CandiBarr we need someone to ask Freya how she got that man-attracting necklace of hers someday. It would make for some interesting conversation depending on how she reacts to it.

I dunno, friendly rivalry? Just friends, ambivalence, acknowledgement which changes due to character development?

@Jones SparrowMe and Tyrant are the ones with the definite lonely gods. Not many people seem to go for Meso-american and Irish gods

@Jones SparrowThanks, glad you like him!

@AkayaofthemoonEgypt mythology is full of all kinds of weird stuff. For example, some of the battles between Set and Horis seemed to be much more. . . physical than most would be accustomed to. Not to mention the crazy family tree that changes every so often, making it so that his Son can be his brother, his wife his sister and so on and so forth. Egypt has a very interesting, but very weird, mythology.

@Tyrant from the WestHigh-five for the Lonely Gods club!

It's mythology is weird but I still love it. I just love the story of Persephone completely because it is so vague with is why it won over the other Myth's. There are so many versions and view points that it is fun to play with. Also not much is known about her powers because she is always connected under her mother's wing or at the side of Hades. All that is said is that she is Rebirth and Death. She has a few stories that question her powers but it is as if she never uses them or is over shadowed a lot on what she might be able to do. It makes for an interesting Goddess to twist her story.

@AkayaofthemoonNot to mention that it's openness means your free to let your inner romantic take hold. I can't say I'm surprised you picked Etsrphine over Nyx, as Persephone is more interesting deity than Nyx, who I believe is the goddess of vengeance, right?

Nyx is the same person as Nox, the personification of Night. One of the very first Goddess in Greek Mythology. Pretty much everything bad or dark viewing of the world is her doing. She gave birth to pretty much everything bad lol XD most of them without a partner. She even lives in a realm below the underworld and is never been truly seen. A shadow in the night or a light of starlight.

@AkayaofthemoonEasy there, tiger, no need to kill yourself over this romance. It's hades and Persephone, not Romeo and Juliet. Though I 'm of the opinion that Romro and Juliet is the Shakespeare equivalent to Twighlt in terms if character chemistry, but that's just me.
