Varia heals over gradually and remains asleep with Jane watching over her, sitting to the side of her.

Later, Tony came in with a visitor for Varia. "Varia's fiance is here..." He tells them all with a look of disappointment on his face.

And then came in Lord Spencer. A tall, dark and handsome man. Half Japanese half English. He was in a business suit. He looked rich and important. He approached Jane. "How is Varia?" He asked and she tells him she was doing fine.

Thor eyed up the man from the other side of the room, he sat beside his brother. There was something he didnt like about this Spencer guy.

Loki snapped his eyes open before he got up and stormed twoard the lord grabbing him by the neck dfagging him away. His eyes flashed red yanking down the hall "we are having a talk"

Thor sighs shaking his head. "Dont be too rash, Loki..." He knew it would fall on deaf ears.

The Lord tried to reason with the God. "Listen I dont want any trouble, Master Asgardian. Loki I presume? I thought you were dead, Varia told me!" He was dragged by the god down the hallway.

"Please unhand me if you would be so kind. Varia would not be pleased." Spencer protests.

Steve grinned "ten bucks Loki will give him the talk of a life time" he smirks.

Loki pinned the other to the wall and said in a low dangerous tone "If you ever are the reason she ever gets hurt I aware on my dead father that I'll let Fenrir use you as a chew toy. You treat her like she is your fucking queen and you make sure she is happy. Because if I hear other wise" leaned into his ear and said "I'll personally kill you" said before dropping him then went back to Varia and touched her cheek.

"Time to wake up" smiled jolting her awake

Lord Spencer gulps as he watched Loki leave. He then narrows his eyes at the God. He had no idea what he was also capable of for a mortal. Money was power here on Earth. And he had plenty of it.

Varia stirs in her sleep and awakens to see Loki's face. She instantly smiled, she felt so happy to see him alive and okay. "Loki!" She leaned up and hugged him immediately.

But then Spencer walked in. Varia's eyes dulled and her smile faded. "Oh..." She then felt unhappy.

Tony shoots a look over at Thor that said. 'She doesnt love him' Thor looked back with a nod.

Loki smiled softly as he was hugged then he turned looking at Spencer "oh this is interesting. She isn't happy with you I see. Varia may I speak with you please" beckoned her to follow him to a room.

Varia followed Loki into another room in the tower, she followed with her head hung low.

He sat down on the bed and took her hand gently "I know you don't love him, but I can't stop you from marrying him I really can't but What I will say is that if you do not love him then do not marry him. I know its a marrige because your parents died, but think about it, they would want you happy and so would I" he said calmly though sad voiced, if she went with the marrige he wasn't stopping her. He could care less if he was a god, he would be there for her every momment of his life .

Varia smiles at Loki sadly. "You have a side to you that anyone rarely sees, Loki Laufeyson. And to think when I first met you, you were so dark." She found it ironic. "And now...you've changed so much." She couldn't be happier. "And what if I didn't choose to marry Shin? What then?" She referred to the Lord's first name.

"Then I would ask you to marry me, i know i am a god and I would live longer then you but that couldn't mean anything to me because no matter how much you age you will never look any less beauitful then i first laid my eyes upon you. I don;t have money thats true but I do have the one thing you always craved and wanted, adventure and excitement. BUt its up to you to choose, I can't force you to choose me over a basterd that can;t make you happy but just know I am always there for you no matter what" with that he gave a rare real smile.

Varia then knew her choice. It was Loki. But what of Lord Spencer? He would be very, very angry. He would ruin her but she also cared for him as a childhood friend, she didnt want Loki to hurt him. "Alright...just let me speak with Shin first..." How could he compare to a God of Mischief. He was right though. She did want adventure and excitement in her life. She craved it just as he said.

Loki looked at her blinking and nodded he would be close if things should go wrong as they left the room allowing her to have a talk with Spencer. He would wait and eyes closed gently thinking about everything.

Fenrir trotted up to him "so?" He asked Loki smiled softly "its fate choice"

Varia found Spencer sitting with his head in hands. She sits by his side. "Shin...I..."

"You love Loki...dont you. I knew it. I never stood a chance at all compared to him. Even when he was "dead"..." He sighed and stood up. "Very well, Varia. I cannot deny your happiness. If it is he you want, you should be with him. After all he saved your life twice."

Varia stands up and looks at him. "Twice...? How would you know about the second time..." She glares at him. Spencer looks to the side and mumbles "Um...I..."

"And come to think of it how did Ares even know about Loki coming back to life at all? Unless someone told him?" She walks toward Shin very angry. "IT WAS YOU WASNT IT!?" She screamed at him. This time she would need no help killing the bastard. "YOU PUT MY FAMILY IN DANGER!"

She attacks him. Now she really showed what an NYPD hand to hand combat trained angry woman can do. She grabs his arm and goes full black widow on his ass. Spencer lands up being smashed through one of Tony's glass tables.

"I'M GONNA KILL YOU!!" She had never wanted vengeance so badly. She had to be restrained by Natasha.

Loki dashed in "Varia calm down its okay it's okay no need to kill anyone it never leads you right path" he said smiling touching her cheek softly. The other smiles and looked at Shin sharply.

"How could you treat your childhood friend like that ? Huh?" Demanded slowly standing between them. "Even I wouldn't want that for any friend . look I don't know what drove you so badly that way but that's a bad move. " he said coldly before sighing softly.

"Varia calm down he got no power here. Not anymore" promised as he touched her cheek softly

"You're right..." Varia stops struggling. "He's not worth it.." She removes her engagement ring and throws it at Shin's chest and it bounces off.

"What choice did I have but to side with Ares to rid you, the God of Lifes, out of Varia's life for good?" Spencer looks at Loki darkly. "It's nothing you didnt do in your dark past. You have no right to lecture anyone."

"That's not who he is anymore...he's worth a thousand of you..." Varia raises her fist at Spencer. "I thought you cared about me. Our parents died together and you helped raise me with James! How could you even be so cruel. To both of us, to Rachel, she's only 5 for god sake."

Spencer sighs. "Just remember he is a God. It will never work out with one of those...and by the sounds of this one, he grows bored easily of his women..."

Thor steps in. "I said nothing." He raises a finger in protest. Jane elbows him.

"I do not get tired of anyone ever. I do not think it's possible ever with her" he said putting a hand on varias shoulder "you could never bore me ever not in millions of years" he then looked at Spencer.

"Now leave or would you like our rich friend kick you out of his tower?"

Varia smiled up at Loki. But then back at Spencer. "Go. Now."

Tony enters the room. "Yeah before I make you..." Spencer takes his leave but not without cursing Loki under his breath. He had stole his bride. She was promised to him from before Varia even met Loki.

Varia sighed and turned to an angered Tony. He tells them quite firmly. "Get out all of you. You just come here causing trouble, breaking my stuff." He points to his table. Varia's hair was a complete mess from her outburst. She straightens herself out. "Sorry..." But she shoots a playful smirk over to Hel and Fenrir and gives them a small wink. She had grown fond of them both.

Loki smiles as he picked up Varia and vanished off to where Thor and jane stayed at times he was living with them as he had not found the right timento go to asgard just yet. He appeared with Varia in his arms "You my sweet are amazing" he said happily. fenrir and hel came in as fenrir had ran all the way out into the forest .

Steve and Natasha laughed leaving

Varia laughs as she was held in Loki's arms. A big and bright smile across her face, her smile lit up the entire room she was that happy and glowing. "Loki!" She couldn't believe he was back in her life after a long 5 dark and depressing months. "I'm so glad you're alive and safe. And Hel and Fenrir have their real father back, they couldn't be more blessed."

Loki laughed and hugged her back gently "You can't kill a trickster you really can't thats whay makes us the most annoying of all races" muses gently as fenrir and hel grinned and nodded and Loki smiled placing Varia down smiling "Your amazing person Varia" he said smiling softly
