Aunt of Haruka and Shizuka Takashiro (younger sister of their mother, Asami), and the employer of Wyatt Abrahms. Like any native Japanese she is short and fair, which further accented her voluptuous build. She has straight, shoulder-length chocolate-brown hair which she often either ties up into a single ponytail or twirls the locks into a bun behind her round head; her eyes were darker, with barely visible wrinkle marks at the corners. She has button nose and thin lips; thankfully she doesn't have double chins despite her body size. She would wear light, simple makeups sometimes. She has a preference for one-piece dresses, and they are mostly light- or warm-colored. Her favorite footwear is sandals - she doesn't like covered shoes much as those make her toes feel cramped.

Force-Field Generation & Projection --- Akemi is able to create an invisible, psionic shield around herself, which can vary from a layer of shimmery coating mere inches beyond her body frame to a sizeable sphere - with herself in the center - that can go up to several meters in radius. When she activates her power she would emit a faint, violet hue around herself. There's very little information about the true extent of her ability (read: never tested) as she is determined to live a quiet normal life, but she is aware of the potential usefulness of her gift - which is what made her hesitant about applying for a power suppressant collar.
