If a guy take a Polyjuice Potion to become a female and gets pregnant within the hour, will he be still be pregnant when the hour is up? What happens then?

How the hell will he deliver it though? Male bodies aren't exactly meant to hold and deliver a baby.

Probably not, since an infant would be in a womb and the womb would cease existing when he transforms back.

So it would just go *pop* and vanish? I'm not a biology expert or something like that but I'm fairly certain that it wouldn't work like that.

I think it's one of those things that's best not to think about. Magic in general has that effect.

If a girl did the opposite of what you described, though, s/he'd have much better luck. :V

I don't think biology expertise would help. But it's kind of got to depend on at what point the baby is classified as part of its mother, and when it's considered an individual I guess. If you die under the influence of Polyjuice potion you stay dead, so major changes do stay. Maybe it'd burst out like a xenomorph? Expect from the crotch. THe real question here is if a pregnant mother takes polyjuice potion, does it pass onto her baby and transform it too?

I think the thing would just be stuck in the part of the body that was the uterus before they turned back. The thing, too young to be called a fetus, would die there.

From a purely scientific standpoint, there wouldn't be enough time in the hour for the egg to actually get fertilized. It's too far for the um, male's reproductive cells, to make the journey up to where the female reproductive cell is waiting for fertilization in just an hour. Just saying.
