Dianna was roaming around the forest one day, fighting off monsters and hunting for a bite to eat, when she comes across some strangers along the way. She notices that they're lost and struggling with the creatures in the area while slowly freezing to death, so she decides to help them out and bring them to her tree house where her three siblings were at. They slowly become friends, or enemies, with the siblings, and try to help each other out to survive the harsh winter in the forest.
Rules/Expectations:
The rules are very simple, so there's not that much to worry about.
1) Make sure the posts and character sheet are descriptive, but not too descriptive. The posts should be at least a paragraph, or a minimum of four hundred fifty characters. The character sheet itself should be descriptive enough that I can actually visualize the characters, and their powers if they have any.
2) Don't make your character more powerful than you described them to be. That shouldn't be too difficult.
3) If there is a creature or character that is not supposed to be killed, but allowed to be attacked, do not kill it. Of course other people tell you if your character is allowed to fight them or not, with it mostly going to be hinted in the role-play. With the actual monsters, if my characters tell you not to kill any, don't do it! Certain creatures control things in nature, and are important in this world. For example, hydras and mermaids transport water to lakes, like the one in the area, so the other monsters can use it for washing or drinking.
4) Don't spam the OOC. I don't want to come back with loads of messages that I have to read!
5) I don't want a bunch of complaints about any posts. I can take questions, but not complaints.
Setting:
This is set in modern times, but there can still be old fashioned related stuff like older weapons, and clothing. Try not to make a lot of stuff related to the past, or it will not fit in with the role-play. The main place it's going to be role-played is in an area called Ravendew (credit to @Blizz for the name) at the start of winter time. It's mostly made up of a gigantic forest surrounded by mountains, and at the very edge of the forest is a small town mostly full of hunters that stay during the darker times of the year when monsters roam more often. On the other side of the forest is a large lake, surrounded by more mountains and also has monsters in, and around the water.
Character Sheet:
Do not post your character sheet in Characters, because I will be the one to do that. I need to make sure that your character isn't overpowered, and your sheet is descriptive enough. Take away anything that is in parenthesis, and put N/A if it's optional and you choose not to fill it out. If you are using multiple characters, you do not have to make one for all of them, but you still can. It's easier to make one for the main character. Note: If you decide to be a dragon, which is the main species in the role-play, please private message me and we will work that out with your character.
