It's REALLY hard to ascertain the actual capabilities of a video game character, especially with a wonky magic system like FFVII's. For example, with the right items and materia, Tifa can punch the Emerald Weapon to death all by her self at level 7:

I mainly go by cinematic and scripted events, which shows those of her power and greater can get killed by (likely) normal people with guns. Sephiroth has been shown to cut through large chunks of metal with slashes of energy or wind or whatever, but most characters seem more limited. Cloud might be able to as well but I forget.

The issue is that you're using a battle system to quantify her capabilities outside of that construct; the Bahamut battle in Advent Children is the most evident example of what the team does to handle a large-scale threat; if we applied this to Emerald Weapon, we should presume that all of the party members worked in unison to defeat it (now assuming they all wore the Underwater materia, or simply used the submarine to bombard it with torpedoes, which is actually much more likely).

In the case of Tifa, we have her fight with Loz to ascertain what she can do; she is noticeably agile, an expert martial artist, and can propel herself into the air for great distances. Because she didn't use spirit energy in the fight (such as we see Cloud do repeatedly) we are either left to assume that she can't, and therefore her Limit Breaks are merely martial arts strikes, or she was defeated too quickly to do so. Given that her Final Heaven "punches with the force of a nuclear explosion" and she didn't use it Advent Children, the most reasonable translation is a spirit-charged superpunch over something that literally makes an atom bomb explosion.

That said, I use such spirit-based techs with her along with a few simple materia; all things equal, I am of the belief she is and always will be a mid-tier level fighter.

Mine is six months old, lmao. He's a handful. The reason I likely won't be able to run WotW, is due to me moving in approximately 13 days. I'll be getting used to a new schedule(Up all night), and whatnot, with really only my phone as a source of internet.

However, I'll still be able to conduct the important business, like seeing whose around for the next season, and validating fights.

I always assumed Tifa had sturdy defense but the death battle claims here defense is lower than average, which is a surprise. If she created a nuclear explosion she would die even with the best defense in the game. I imagine she could take around five or so bullets into non-lethal areas and still keep fighting. A certain someone lasted for around 20 or more bullets before succumbing but they are enhanced in certain ways and his suit may be slightly bulletproof over a white t-shirt. XD

For Yang, I remember her reloading with arm gestures but I'm honestly not 100% sure if she has unlimited ammo or not, but she seems to have it. They haven't gone in great detail on their exact capabilities to be honest. Hmm...I may need to reference her capabilities list or we can kind of wing it for rule of cool

Or I can go with an original character that's a bruiser class as well.

Her trailer does show that she reloads. But her world pretty much operates on Law of Cool, so its capacity is pretty much 'as drama/law of cool dictates.'

I figured with the season over there was no need to parade around with my exceptional win streak.

The scoreboard is a bit broken anyway, it should probably rank people by the difference between wins and losses.

That would make your score infinity, which sounds more broken. Or someone can pla one match, win, and quit with the high score.

That would be a quotient, not a difference. Melon's score would be 7 - 0, or 7. Somebody who wins once and quits would have a score of 1. somebody who goes 5-2 would have a score of 3. It's not a bad system.
