"You ready to make a deal with the devil?"- Vincent Fortuna

Full Name:
- Vincent Vittorio Fortuna

Nickname:
- Vinnie
- The Handsome Devil

Age:
- 34

Place of Birth:
- Newark, New Jersey

Family:
- Leona Fortuna (Mother - Deceased)
- Vito Fortuna (Father - Deceased)
- Six Siblings
- Elizabeth Fortuna (Ex Wife)
- Lyndsey Fortuna (Daughter)

Occupation:
- Lawyer
- Criminal (Head of the Fortuna Organisation)

Profile:

"Down Neck"
When you’re born one of seven, it’s almost a given that you are born with a need to prove yourself. Compared to his siblings, Vincent was always the black sheep. This wasn’t because of his chosen profession, oh no, his entire family were a bunch of criminals. No, Vinnie was the black sheep because of how he went about it. Studious and ambitious, as soon as he was old enough to read Vincent immersed himself in literature. He found solace and tranquillity from the chaos of his world in the words of William Shakespeare or Jack Kerouac. Far from antisocial, Vincent was arguably the most popular of the Fortuna siblings; naturally athletic with a soft, charming charisma and soulful blue eyes, he was popular with everyone and he often used this to his advantage. It was this popularity with girls that earned him the nickname “The Handsome Devil” (a nickname he is still known by on the streets, with people very rarely using his true name). The problem with Vinnie was of course the fact that he was a complete psychopath, devoid of empathy or true feeling. Joining his father’s gang at twelve and making his first kill at thirteen will do that to a kid.

Consigliere
Rather than drop out of school like most young criminals, Vincent actually pursued education. After graduating high school he moved on through college and Law School. Graduating from Harvard he returned home to New Jersey and began properly working for his mother who had taken over the family. Working as his mother’s Consigliere, Vincent got a look first-hand how a criminal empire was run. Eventually the Handsome Devil moved on to New York and joined up with the famed DeStefano family. It didn’t take long for the cunning and ruthless Vinnie to work his way into the inner circle of the boss. That was until, the police came crashing down on the family. An undercover cop had brought down the entire operation, the only man to walk out unscathed was Vincent. He was too smart for them, no one could pin a thing on him.

Devil May Care
Moving on, Vincent joined up with the Scaletta family in Chicago. Whilst there, he met the Don’s daughter, Elizabeth and the two married and had a daughter, Lyndsey. Although it was love for Liz, for Vinnie it was a marriage of convenience, marrying her, guaranteed him power. Eventually though, Elizabeth grew tired of her father and set in motion a plan to take over his family. The result was a bloodbath. Unable to comprehend his wife’s stupidity, Vincent left with Lyndsey. Finding love again, Vinnie and his new family moved to Justice, California. Finally ready to take the seat as the head of his own family, Vincent set up a chain of events that resulted in the biggest crime wave Justice had ever seen. After a while, the authorities began to close in, so Vincent and his family left.

Punishment Waltz
Now returning after a seven year absence, Vincent and his new organisation are ready to take over Justice once and for all, unfortunately, the only thing standing in his way is the Triad…

Cast Status:
- Main

Extra:
- Vincent can be considered the main villain of Justice, as it was his actions in season 1 that caused the seven year gang war.
- Barely anyone speaks Vincent's name, many criminals don't even know it. Often he is just referred to as the employer or the devil.

“Good evening, thank you for having the good sense to be frightened” - March

Full Name:
- Unknown

Nickname:
- Mr March

Age:
- 33 (He Claims)

Place of Birth:
- Presumably England

Family:
- Unknown

Occupation:
- Contract Killer

Profile:
Mystery
To say that the man they call March is a mystery is an understatement. Little to nothing is known of his history. In fact it’s rare to meet a single person living who has even seen his face. He is a myth, an urban legend heard only in whispers amongst the criminal underworld. A hunter of men. Anything that is known of the man is rumour and hearsay. Nobody knows the real truth but the common story is this;

Answers?
Presumably born somewhere in England, many believe that the boy who would come to be known as March was a public school boy. Raised by a lower middle class family, it is thought this began a thirst for the finer things in life. It is probable that something happened during this period in his life, possibly the death of someone close or some form of traumatic event which may be the trigger behind his layers of obvious personality disorders including Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Depersonalisation and Mania. Based on his rumoured skill set, it is believed that upon leaving school the boy joined the army.

Rumour has it
Rumour tells us that the man soon climbed the ranks in the army, eventually moving on to counter intelligence and the SAS. Some say he holds the record for the longest sniper kill in history but no records support this fact. Later, it is claimed that he eventually made his way to MI5 where his prior history, including any and all records of his life including fingerprints and birth certificates were obliterated. It was here, now with no true identity, that he was supposedly given the name of March. Claims are made that he acted as an assassin for the British Government, at least until he was caught selling secrets. Evading capture using his deadly skill set, this is where the fiction blurs into the reality and the true legend of a contract killer was born.

Can you believe it?
March’s actions between then and now are still hazy. What is known that since he first appeared he has built the most solid of reputations for himself; killing with ice cold precision and a fine attention to detail, he only works when there is a contract and he does not kill in discriminant. March will only kill who was paid for and who was included in whatever deal he made. Seven years ago, he was hired by Vincent Fortuna in a bid to take over the city of Justice. As bought and paid for, March systematically took out all of Vincent’s competition within the first year. Returning to the town each year since for varying reasons, March now finds himself back once again hired by Fortuna as he looks to reclaim his crown.

He'll never tell
Who is March? You tell me…

Cast Status:
- Main

Extra:
- March is the only known character to appear in all six seasons of Justice.
- He has the largest “on screen” kill count in the series, with over fifty.
- One of March’s signature kills is getting a victim to kill themselves out of sheer fear.

Appearance:

Full Name: Corey Moore
Nickname: 'Cutlass'
Age: 29
Place of Birth: Montgomery, England
Family: Estranged wife and 12 yr old daughter he hasn't seen since college
Occupation: (Ex Police Academy, Ex Air Force) Current 'Problem Fixer' and Private Eye

Profile: Henry Moore was the picture of the perfect American man, he was the son of a senator, a war hero, and well respected police Sargent in the midwestern town of Harmony, to the public he was absolutely flawless, handsome, witty, smart, and patriotic. His father, Senator Patrick Moore made sure his son had the best start in life and was prepped from a young age to say all the right things and appear exactly how he should to the public, and it showed. Henry went on to marry the beautiful actress Cathy McCallister and they had two children Corey and Maisy.

Cathy and Henry were both experts at being amazing to the public, but they were both very different outside of the public eye. Henry was a drug user and violent alcoholic, a nasty habit he picked up while experimenting with exotic substances in the army, he would frequently get into fights and threaten action from his senator daddy if he ever got into trouble, the drill sergeants hated him, but the influence from his family was too strong, so he was never formally punished. The violence came home as well, he would frequently beat both of his children in a rage after a night of drinking and losing money at the casino calling them both 'bad luck charms' as he hit them. Cathy was apathetic at the best of times, also a drug user, sucked into a vicious cocaine habit since the age of 16 in stage school, and having multiple affiars with various police officials and politicians, which Henry knew about but couldn't expose her for because of his own public image of the 'perfect marriage'.

Corey saw all of this, the lies, the fake smiles, the evil. His father sent him off to both the police academy as a teen and later the air force in his early 20s in some home that he would follow in his footsteps as the 'perfect heir' but Corey rebelled, he hated the Police Force, The Army, The Congress, and Showbiz, this all reminded him of what his terrible parents represented. Although he was born and privately educated in England he could never escape the jingoistic american patriotism of his home life. So he ran away at the age of 21, to the US city of Justice, where the evils of the world were not hidden, but in plain sight, spending the next 8 years immersing himself in crime, vigilantism, escapism and self realization. The world was sick, people were flawed, Corey knew he was no exception but he was going to be honest about it.

Cast Status: Main character

Extra: Corey has various skills he picked up from the police academy and the air force which make him a very competent 'problem fixer' and investigator. He keeps himself in somewhat fighting shape (although he drinks a quite a bit). He is a skilled detective, hand to hand combatant (Boxing and Judo), driver, pilot, and knows quite a lot about criminal activity and street smarts due to his time in the city. A dangerous individual with no clear goal.

Full Name: Nathaniel Davis Mach

Nickname: Nathan, Nate, or “Nate the Great” to those who know him well.

Age: 43

Place of Birth: Baltimore, MD.

Family: Rhonda Spencer-Mach (Ex-Wife, Nurse, lives in Pittsburgh)
Sean (Son 12 years old lives with his mom)
Robert (Father, lives in Baltimore. Medically retired due to a stroke)
Holly (Mother, lives in Baltimore. Still working will be retiring soon)
2 Brothers and 2 Sisters (Not worth getting into detail over)

Occupation: Commander of the Major Crimes Unit.

Profile: Nathan was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. to a working class family. Dad was a construction worker and his mom was a bank teller. While they didn’t have as much as they would like they had enough to get by on. One of the goals of Nathan’s parents was for the children to surpass them, but with 5 kids that was easier said than done. So scholarships or other ways were needed for them to go to college. Nathan opted for the Marines where straight out of High School at the age of 18, and he excelled at being an M-P. Eventually he worked his way up into the Criminal Investigations Division where he showed tremendous skill at going undercover and conducting an investigation. During his time in the Military Nathan went to college and eventually earned a Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology.

Nathan stayed in the Military for 10 years and when he got out he applied at few of the Police Academies. Pittsburgh was the first to respond and Nathan moved there. While there he met a young lady named Rhonda Spencer. The two fell in love and got married shortly after Nathan graduated from the Academy. Nathan proved to be an excellent police officer and quickly worked his way up the ranks to Detective. At the age of 39 he was the youngest Homicide Captain in the history of the Pittsburgh Police Department. While Nathan excelled at the Department his home life took several hits because of his obsession with his carrer.

Everywhere Nathan went he saw reminders of his life with Rhonda and it caused him great pain. Nathan decided he needed a change of scenery so the Commissioner said he would help him. He told him about Justice, California where a friend of his was serving and needed. That the Police Department there was getting ready to start up a new division called the Major Crimes Unit. They would specialize in high profile crimes and taking down those who thought they were above the law. Nathan expressed his interest in the position and was brought in almost immediately as the C-O of the MCU. He handpicked each of the detectives under his command, and other than the standard rules of conduct Nathan has one rule that he wrote himself. None of the Detectives under his command are to have any sort of local family commitments outside of MCU. No spouses, significant others, or children because of the kind of crimes they deal with Nathan doesn’t want to take any chances that they could be compromised.

Nathan’s personality is that of a man who says what he means and means what he says. Nathan sees things in black and white to him there are very few gray areas, and doesn’t suffer fools easily. He is loyal to those under his command and expects the same loyalty from them.
Cast Status: Main

Extra: Extremely devoted to his son, and though he doesn’t say it he still loves his ex-wife.
