Also, I'd like to point out that the ranks for each family are structured and named differently. But I'm assuming you went with the typical Sicilian hierarchy to keep things simple.

Skills: very high level of fire arm skills due to long term experience. He has almost 4 years of military experience that he carries with him. Despite his experience, his old age does affect his ability and his melee combat skills are rather low. He is a smart fighter whenever he is faced with a physical skirmish but he is not as strong or as agile as he once was. He does try to keep up his body by exercising and working out but the reality is that his age is catching up with him.

What I’m Really Like
Sergei is a rather hateful man. When he likes someone, he will show it with subtle hints and nods of approval but when he hates someone, it will be fairly easy to tell. And he sure hates a lot of people. Sergei is a white supremacist and rightist, hating everything left because of where he came from. He highly values his family, his children and wife taking top priority. He is mostly serious and smiles only on rare occasion. He is not necessarily fair and is known to pick favourites among his associates. He usually is open to suggestion and discussion but if he does not like what the person says, he will simply proceed in his own way. The only time he will express merriment is at the dinner table with a glass of alcohol in his hand, or alone with his wife. Other than that, he is strictly focused on business.

All About My Past
Sergei was born in the Soviet Union in 1957 to Grigory and Marika Markovic. He would be the second oldest child in a family of 4 siblings. The Markovic’s lived on a small piece of land in the Komi area and suffered most years. In school, Sergei was easily distracted by school yard fights, and violence. At the age of 13, he joined a sort of gang in his area. At age 16, he dropped out of school and joined the military two years later. He was sent to East Germany to help control anti-soviet uprisings. Half way into his third year serving, he was growing fed up with his position and was secretly growing a distain for his country’s government. It was at this time, he received orders to be dispatched to Afghanistan to help with the invasion, within the next two weeks. Angry and not wanting to leave Europe, Sergei decided he would run away to America. During a heated moment with East German militants, Sergei escaped from the scene and became MIA. He arrived by boat, after bribing a French sailor to let him on, in 1980 at the age of 23. He landed in New Jersey but took a bus to New York because he was told there would be more opportunity for him there. From there, he was quick to find the Russian community in New York and even quicker to become involved in their street life. He changed his surname to Volkov to avoid any complications with his escape from the military. His loyalty and skills got him far up the ladder and he became very close to the Don at the time, Dmitri Orlov. When Dmitri died, Sergei assumed his role which only stirred complaints from 3 men who mysteriously went missing within the following week. The year was 1990. Prior, in 1984, Sergei met and married his wife Petra, a Russian/Czech immigrant who’s father worked alongside Dmitri and Sergei. Petra was pregnant with their first child when Sergei took the position of the Don. Since then, Sergei has fathered 6 children and the Volkov name is one to be feared.

What I go by: Thirty, or Thirty degrees. A nickname he earned from his associates, referring to his cold nature and uncaring attitude. Though young, he's been on and off the streets since he was thirteen, and so has a modest list of contacts. Will never answer to Alyosha.

I’m the bartender/employee, loyal and faithful to whichever gangs need their money laundered, though he shows special considerations for the russians, out of respect for his heritage. A first-born american, Thirty feels obligated to honor his family's culture.

Weaponry & Skills: Knives and improvised weapons. He can use handguns and usually carries a .22 caliber black handgun when out and about on business. The bar has a standard stock of shotguns and a few black market items that come and go.
Standard Weapon: .22 caliber black handgun for the back pocket, 2inch switchblade knife for the front pocket. Some fighting skill, but will lose in most hand to hand combat situations.
Skills: Really good at staying aware of his enviroment and items that can be turned into weapons.
Strengths: Though he wont care about your personal issues and refuses to care about his own either, he gets the job done. He has small connections almost everywhere, so he's a good go-between even if it puts him in danger.
Weaknesses: He is too detatched sometimes and his resting-bitch face can piss people off pretty quick. Sometimes he drinks too much at celebrations and parties, leaving him wide open to attacks and dumb decisions.

What I’m Really Like
Personality: Don't let the constantly angry expression, rumors, and nickname fool you; Thirty does have a heart. Maybe it's a small heart, and maybe he wont let it get in the way of business, but it's there regardless. Generally Thirty doesn't talk much. His co-workers at the bar know he has parents from Belarus and that he can manage a few russian sentences, though horribly accented with American, but he never bothers to elaborate about himself. Rumor has it that once a friend broke down crying in front of him and Thirty punched him in the face for it. The ensuing fight earned Thirty his eyebrow scar and he wont say what the fight was about. He talks the most when discussing business.

All About My Past
Bio: Thirty is the only son to two Russian immigrants from the area now known as Belarus(they fled before Belarus became independent of Russia). It appears his mother died when he has young, and his relationship with his father is warm at its best and dangerous at its worst. This lead Thirty to start running away from home for long periods of time when he was thirteen, and he slowly started building his own street cred and reputation. Rumor has it his father used to be an active member of Obshina Bratva, but it seems his involvement has declined.
Currently, Thirty lives at his girlfriend's apartment. He dropped out of high school at 15, but got his GED at 17 under the pressure of his father. He works at the bar and as a go-between and enforcer-for-hire for the gangs/mafias.
