Amos did not really think that Armarion would combine with himself. It was shocking but at the same time he did not know what to think. Was he content with this decision? Of course, it just meant that he wouldn't have to fight him, if it would come to that.

He then looked at Iratze, his eyes filled with regret.

"Iratze...I don't know what to say to you. I did set you free, didn't I? For that I am sorry, for you seem to be yourself more so then you ever were before, but at the same time, what happened to you was a mistake. My emotions got the best of me and I fell to temptation. I realize that Brontes and Amare were right, we should have been helping them, the humans. That is why I am going to reveal our presence to them and help them build a better world. It is the only way we can exist together, I no longer want to hide in the shadows."

In an instant he was before Iratze, looking down at her.

"I was wondering If I could change you back, before you say no or try to run, I will try anyways."

Amos then grabbed Iratze by her arms, attempting to fix her but instead of reverting her, something else happened that he had no expected. His hatred, buried deep down within himself now, latched on to the one thing that was still corrupted, Iratze. It happened within a minute, his old red aura ran through his arms into her, giving her power on level with even the mightiest gods. It then erupted and Amos was sent flying backwards.

The impact sent him flying off the building and into the one across the street. He felt weaker then he had ever been before, but he managed to stand up and whisper, "Iratze, what have I done?" In vain he tried to call Cerbanis back to him, but he saw that the sword had found a new master, the goddess that he had just empowered.

[Iratze]

"A Mistake?" Iratze hissed. "You both would have me go back to the way I was, wouldn't you? Amos, if I change back I will once again be a powerless puppet! Armarion, if I change back I will be unable to love you..." She looked between the two faces and saw that neither would change their mind. "You do not know what you are saying!" She screamed, then she looked to Armarion with pleading eyes. "You know not what you say! Even you do not know every secret!" Iratze was the fastest of any god, but, when she looked to Armarion she had hesitated. Her hope that he would heed her kept her still too long, and it was then that Amos was able to catch her.

"NOOOO! I WILL NOT CHANGE BACK!" She screamed, but, Amos held onto her anyhow.

But, Amos was not strong enough. The anger was still within him, but, he no longer wanted... She wanted it all. So she took it. She took it all into herself, and she became even more powerful. Her godly form expanded, flaring with wild sparkling colors and light. Amos was flung away by her brilliance.

When Iratze opened her eyes she felt the weight and power of Cerbanis in her hands.

She looked toward Amos, a shadow of what he had just been only moments ago. Iratze hated him most of all now. He was the newest addition to the list of creators who had used her and deposed of her when she was no longer useful to them. Except Amos had not been successful deposing his messenger, no, it would be the other way around this time...

Iratze wondered very briefly what happened to gods when they die. It was not a thing that the gods, being an immortal, thought of very often in their long existences. Not until one had children who threatened to supplant them like whomever the Sun and Moon had betrayed to gain their heavenly throne, or Brontes the god of death, who carved out his own place in the underworld with he bones of the old gods. Perhaps Armarion knew that secret, and Amos would soon know. The two brothers would have one more thing in common.

Cerbanis sung with power, sung as it sliced through the air. Iratze was the fastest of the gods and no one would have time to stop her as she flew toward Amos. With all her speed, power, and hatred she planted the blade into the heart of its old master.

It happened so quickly. First he was barely able to stand and then the next thing he knew, he was outside under the stars. The flames were still burning around the city but from where he stood, the fire had not touched. Iratze was in front of him, she was so quick that her impact must have sent them outside again. He looked down to see that his old sword was now inside him, the long blade had been thrust into his heart. He brought his two arms up, grabbing on to Iratze, his godly form slowly faded, leaving him as a human.

He coughed, his golden blood ran down his chin, while his wide eyes were looking around frantically, before stopping on Iratze. His grip tightened on her as he gasped, "I never thought you would be the one.." He paused, his breathe became shallow, "Iratze? I feel everything so clearly now.." His eyes then became rigid with fright and he realized his predicament, "Oh gods, am I dying? You.. killed me?" His grasp loosened as he fell backwards, the blade exiting the wound, which gushed with his golden blood.

He looked up from where he was, the smoke was thick but there for an instance, he saw the brilliant stars, then the smoke engulfed the opening once more. Was this is fate after all, turning against his wickedness, only to die by it? He was nothing now, powerless to do anything, just like a human. His mortality then sent a shock wave through his body, he was about to die and the uncertainty of it frightened him more then anything else in the world. He, Amos, the God of Valor, was afraid of death? How ironic was that. He wondered if humans felt like this in the end.

His body began to shiver slightly and he whispered once more, whilst gazing upwards, "I'm so sorry... I didn't... didn't want this to happen... mother." and as the last words exited his lips, he shut his eyes, and turned into nothing. His aura left his body, turning his skin ash grey. Amos had died, everything that he had been, was over and the aspect of Valor once again became hostless. Such an event like this could be felt by every single God, regardless of where they were.

In the heart of the sun, his mother wept.

We were still swinging our sword around when we felt someone, a god, grow immensely in power and then suddenly it happened. It was like the world froze for a second, did what happen really just happen? We knew it was possible but still, the heck? We had just felt the god of valor die, and it was not to far from where we are now.
Can you believe this?
We kinda saw it coming, what's next? Gonna go face off with the person responsible?
Well we probably should, it's kinda in the job description right brother?
guess you have a point, well i'm always up for some fun *insert smirk here*
Very well, we shall approach the source with caution regardless
And with that we started to head in the direction of the cauuse of the first death of a god in a very long time....

Armarion

"What have we become and what will I do?"

(Sorry about the delay guys)

In those final moments he could feel the ebb of Amo's godly energies die, Armarion also felt his own godly energies depleting.

But the darkness inside rumbled and the ground before Armarion cracked and grass withered beneath him the burning light was pushed back by a large black figure separating itself from Armarion's body it stood in front of him with its scythe held up, "Magic shall not perissshhh!" the light fought against the dark the fires were trying to consume the dark.

"Why?" Armarion questioned his shadow, "It iss our destiny Armarion we were meant to die for you not die with you!" the shadow hissed as the lights began to consume its cloak.

"You will go home and we will bind ourselves to this evil, now begone to the heights of your heavenly tower may you forever look upon your brothers and sisters and I and wait for our return to the heavens now begone!" Armarion's shadow threw part of its long black cloak over Armarion and the God of Secrets disappeared, Armarion's shadow had used up most of its essence to allow Armarion to return to the heavens and it was now weak all it could do was also escape into the shadows of the negative realm that humans called shadow to regain its strength.

The Heavenly Bastions of Armarions tower

His keep floated in the darkness of Heaven for if the gods were gone the only light shed upon the Heavens were that of an eternal dusk, the only light that basked the land was on Armarion's keep inside he was being attended by his angels, a fickle bunch of scholars and warriors.

He sobbed with utter sadness for now he knew there was no hope for he felt no more love for the world he knew that he would never be able to break Heavens seal but one day in maybe several million years would Armarion be able to smile and laugh with his brothers and sisters.

He sat in a large throne an empty seat next to his as an angel flitted in it was Arkoris his most beloved angel attendant he brought a painting to Armarion, made from the God's very own tears it was of his brother Amos bathing in the fires that killed him reaching for something that he could not reach and this broke Armarions heart but he took the painting and hung it over his very own throne a throne of multicoloured light and dismissed Arkoris then proceeded to cry.

And cried Armarion did.
