It's going to be almost 70 degrees on Christmas Eve here in Manhattan. It would seem that no one told Mother Nature that it's supposed to be cold and snowy for Christmas here.

I'm not sure how I feel about it being warm in December.

It feels... wrong.

Fellow North Carolinian here, can confirm. Was freezing on Saturday, and the high is supposed to be 80F on Christmas Eve. What the actual hell is our weather.

Well, there was the ice storm a few years back that filled the highways with burning cars and trapped my family in our neighboorhood until a friend's son came down with five other guys and their chainsaws. Until then, we had to go at the downed trees all over the road with a flimsy saw that bent if you flicked it with your finder and a pocket knife.

So I'm pretty sure our weather is like a gigantic monster that wants nothing more than to toy with us mere humans.
