Could you please add northern Alberta (just the one chunk next to the top of my area). I've got some fun ideas about a hyper-religious Hutterite (basically Amish) civilization that survived the war, since they weren't near any major cities.

I'm interested in this but not entirely sure how to start. My idea is that I'd be roleplaying Switzerland, attempting to bring organisation to European society after the war, via Diplomatic means.
