I'm making a Spartan :3 I think we are supposed to make them seem to have existed already in the ME universe so maybe, the Sangheli conquered the Taurians?

Just a quick note on that front? In the Halo universe, Spartans were designed to be genetically and technologically superior to regular soldiers, meant to stand up to -or surpass- the Sangheli Elites. However, everything that made them so powerful in Halo (Shielded armor, genetic/cybernetic enhancements, etc.) are commonplace within the Mass Effect Universe. Shepard was an extreme example, but most military forces have some sort of cybernetic enhancements (and all biotics do, in order for them to fully realize their abilities) and the majority of ME armor is at least equal to what the Spartans wear. Master Chief could flip vehicles and punch out Brutes, a typical engineer can throw plasma, and biotics can create miniature black holes with little effort.

It certainly makes sense that, after 300 years, there are at least some armor models similar to Spartan armor in the ME universe, but I'm not sure an actual 'Spartan' would stand out all that much amongst your typical council-race soldier.

How would they stand out other than they were created by a specific organization?

But as Derren pointed out, they have similar abilities with about regular Mass Effect soldiers. Especially probably the N7 soldiers like Shepard.

Shepard for example, had super strength, shields, a good burst of speed, dexterity, clever, and a born leader.

Depending on what class Shepard was, they could use all weapons, be technological genius like Tali and hack VI's and throw fireballs, be a biotic and able to throw people/disarm with telekinetic powers. Or be a hybrid and mix and match abilities.

No, no ones going to be Shepard in this, but such classes are still present.

their armor is iconic for those who know what it is for one =3 and the fact that the armor allows Spartan's to run at speeds of over 50 mph and makes the Spartan's strength at least 12 times stronger then a buff human, allowing them to have the strength to punch through solid concrete and flip tanks with ease, a Spartan's reflexes without the armor are increased by 300 times that of a normal human, as well as have a skeleton that's 15 times stronger then normal, making there bones almost indestructible, they have boosted muscle tissue growth making them stronger over time, heightened memory, intelligence and creativity, there armor has brain-linked reactive circuits so that they're actions are controlled by thought before movement, and the armor weighs just over 1000 pounds, so I think's they'd stand out =3 if only a little X3

Guys, why don't you just follow what we saying before and just make them some sort of Cerberus black ops project, that happen to look like Spartans, or something. Because as soon as you make them into actual UNSC Spartans, you evidently cuase more problems then you solve. Sure you can say that the sangheili are in there as well. It just you start mixing games, and it stops being a Mass Effect RP and becomes something of what we call in the story telling business a cluster fuck. That is just me speaking from personal experience of course but you know, after you've been doing this for five plus years, you kind of learn to see the warning signs. XD But of course you could just ignore everything I'm saying.

That and the point is it's only really suppose to LOOK like the Spartan armor. Not actually be Spartan armor from actual Halo. They don't even run 50 miles per hour in game. Which drove me crazy cause my soldier would stop running after like... Ten feet... Call of Duty soldiers ran faster.

And as such, technology wouldn't be that high up to date after the Mass Relays were COMPLETELY destroyed along with other technology. Even the Geth I'm guessing shut down even in this RP. It would take them awhile to get up back they were, which luckily, they had a good few centuries.

But I don't think having a soldier running 50 mph, punching through peoples shields and through their gut would be acceptable. This isn't suppose to be a crossover rp after all

Then I'm going to have a serious talk with her. Because if he is using actual, up to date Spartan armor, he may be too OP

I was just stating some facts, about actual Spartans from halo if they were compared to Mass effect =3 I thought that we were just going to have armor that looked that looked like the Spartan armor from halo, not have actual Spartans in the rp =3

*sigh* Isn't their a reason spartans had teams? Because they couldn't do it all alone, neither can he.

By joves. I'm just going to throw my opinion into the mix and say spartan-like armor is neat and acceptable, but crossovers are a little silly and tend to lead to power-playing, which I hate more than anything on this earth. And once we get into the whole "super secret super soldier developed in a seriously super secret lab to kick wholesale ass" deal, there's no stopping the power playing. Plus, adding the Halo universe to Mass Effect adds about 1000 more variables into the storyline that would need to be considered.

But if this does evolve into a crossover, I call cyborg-zombie John Marston.

I don't know the Halo franchise too well. I just know it mostly focused on Master Chief, who basically soloed. Minor help from comrades who died pretty fast, except his AI who was very useful in keeping him sane.

I just don't think Spartan Halo full power armor would be correct in usage. For show and standard upgrades and maybe something extra special like the thinking to move, but not the full speed and strength.
