Born to a teenage mother, Katarina Dove Parker was given up for adoption upon her birth. The beautiful baby girl was immediately given to what seemed to be a loving Californian family, yet seven months later, due to allegations of abuse and neglect, Katarina and the two other children living with the couple were removed from the home. Roughly eight weeks later, she would be adopted by Livana and Vanessa Reyes. Katarina has had no contact with either her birth mother or her first adoptive family.

Her mothers' fame helped her get her first acting job at age eight. Katarina does indeed have a natural talent for acting which led to her acting gigs since then. Disney executives were extremely impressed with while working on a short-lived series, and offered Rina a chance to co-star in a show that being developed. She declined. Currently, the teen has decided to concentrate on her education. Whether she returns to working in front of the camera remains to be seen.

Rina stands at roughly 5'1" with an hourglass figure. Her eyes are best described as hazel. Her hair is most often worn long and to the middle of her back. A natural redhead, Rina has recently began bleaching her hair.

She is the Alpha Bitch of her class, and can be quite the bratty daughter/sister at home.

Rina loves to dance and party, occasionally appearing at (crashing) the same parties attended by Jessica.

She is a stereotypical girly girl concerned with her appearance, often gossips, and adores shopping. Rina almost always wears a dress or a blouse and skirt. Her outfits often contain the colors white, pink and purple.
