Yep, I'm back in the Fallout biz!

I myself am Central.
@Ordure, @Tuxedo Fox, @Lord Coake, @Ulstermann
I was kinda hoping that Boss would be in range of Par's megaphone...

Well he literally just met up with Cade and Carson-I think it'd be more likely if his crew Ted or Cat ran into Par, could even have one of them shot or something.

In the near future of the roleplay, I'll be showing the civil war from the revolution's side - after all, we're only really in the very beginning of the roleplay - and we'll see some sympathetic sides from the revolution and the more villainous end of the Order; especially since they mirror the past France very, very well, including some of the uglier sides.
@Vulkan
Yes, but a couple of rules;
The faction cannot be abused - mainly use it for backstory purposes, getting to an event, or plot reasons.
The faction can't be too big; keep it relatively small.
The faction shouldn't constantly follow your character and bend to a whim, essentially giving you a walking set of bodyguards.
@Letter Bee
A charisma check would work - I believe that Ulstermann will be handling most GM stuff for tonight because I can't for the next few hours, so he'll decide whether Morris bends or activates some timed bombs in the hospital and waits for it to blow.
@Letter Bee
I'd say that's edging over the fine line; I want to keep everything as even as possible, and having a player be able to call for arms and supplies whereas other characters lack that, it's giving one player an edge over others. Marimont worked because they agreed that they wouldn't really use the Bokors too much. (If she ever comes online again.)
