APPEARANCE – This is just his normal appearance when hes out in public. When he needs to meet with people, he uses a variety of disguises. Therefore, no one really knows what he looks like. His preferred disguises are a mercenary in leather armour and a simple civilian in a t-shirt and jeans.
PERSONALITY – Ethan can switch personalities at a drop of a hat, depending on the disguise that he might be wearing at the time. Normally however, he is friendly and polite to anyone he meets, which is enough to hide the fact that he is secretly a borderline high-functioning sociopath who sees almost everyone he meets as a means to an end, to be used and even discarded for his own ambitions. Even his own allies are disposable, and feels no loyalty to anyone or any ideal.
He can be charming when he needs to, mostly when he is speaking to women. Generally, he just prefers not to speak to anyone at all, unless he actually wants something from them. However, to his underlings he is extremely generous if they follow through with his wishes, making him quite popular with them, not to mention making his network a good option for many a wastelander. He also builds explosives, but that’s just a hobby. When it comes to getting what he wants, he will threaten, bribe, beg, seduce...anything really.
FACTION – The Silence (A information network headed by him, currently under the unofficial employ of the Orleans Order. At least, thats what they think.)
BIOGRAPHY – Ethan hasn’t told anyone about his past. At least, not directly. He has deliberately thrown stories into the rumor mill to make people guess at his history, simply because he thinks of it to be amusing. The three most commonly known are…
1. A former raider slave who murdered his captors and escaped.
2. A former guild of voodoo member who stole a great deal of technology, of which he sold to finance the creation of the silence.
3. The child of an enclave war criminal, who became a thief after his family were murdered by bounty hunters.
He never even tells anyone his real name in his organisation, instead going by the alias of “the Muted man” He simply makes up random names for his various disguises.
In his civilian life, he is simply known as a wealthy yet friendly man who isnt seen very often. Therefore, hes easy to forget about. The only thing that people know for certain about "the muted man" is that he appeared out of nowhere and became an extremely well known figure within three years. He sells information to anyone who might need it, although its rumored that he keeps a LOT of blackmail material for himself. He has been known to trade with just about anyone, if they can meet his demands. Even his own men have no idea who he is, as he usually makes use of proxies and always wears a disguise when meeting with people.

OTHER – He prefers not to fight, however, if he is forced to, he uses a heavily modified and expensive laser pistol and various forms of explosives that he has made himself. He has protective weaves in his clothing. Being so influential, cost is rarely a problem for him. He prefers to make use of mercenaries and assassins rather than get his hands dirty himself.
