I was about to ask the odd creature even more questions, but, given the fact that he doesn't seem to want to answer anything, I just decided to start heading in a direction, thinking that I'd find what I'm looking for eventually. "Come on, Alan, this guy's not answering anything anymore, we're leaving," I say to Alan who shrugs and starts following me through this forest. This place, not to mention this forest was still foreign to me, so I thought I was lost a few times but eventually, Alan and I made it to another clearing alive, and in one piece. "Ha, see, that wasn't so bad. We can do this without that guy answering questions, I mean, what does he know anyways?" I checked to make absolute sure that I didn't have any weird mark on my body, and from what I could see, I didn't have a single one... at least, not one that I wouldn't consider 'normal', so I assumed that the guy was lying just so I'd keep wandering around in the wilderness, and distrust other... whatever these things were.

"No sanctuary, not with the mark you bear," I mock in front of Alan, adding "Yeah, that invisible mark that only I can see. What? You can't see it? What a shame," my tone of voice was obviously a mocking one, given that neither Alan or I could find any unusual markings... but, then again, neither of us knew what we were looking for, and for all I knew, this marking was in a spot where I couldn't see it... I suppose I'd find out as soon as I entered some sort of civilization, I just hoped that Alan could run away fast enough if these... er... things decided they didn't like me due to what that weirdo from earlier said. Now, if I could just find another creature of the same species, maybe I'd be able to at least have Alan figure out what that mark is, because it would be the only difference between myself and that other creature. I think as I was just about to start wandering around in the other clearing, somewhat north of the one we were in before, however, before I do, I look back at where the others could be, and even tell Alan "Wait... we shouldn't abandon the others. Even if we don't know them, I'm sure they'll help us out in the future," I then stay put, waiting for anyone else to head towards this clearing.

While Remus was annoyed with Dracmon and his taunting, he did understand the folly of his confrontation, they were strange strangers in a strange land filled with even stranger strangers and here he was demanding answers. He closed his eyes and chuckled "Well Zurumon, I'd say if we want anything other than decay to set in we best get a move on!" He began to stride out ahead when he realized that two of the group members were missing.

He stopped dead on his heels and spun around, nearly flinging Zurumon off his neck. "Well friends it seems that we have nothing but each other, the clothes on are backs, these strange but colorful characters and devices and more questions then we can count, So I plan on finding some answers- He paused for a moment to see if anyone was listening and to let his words sink in "Anyone whose with me keep your eyes and mind open and stick close two of us are missing and anything or even nothing could be happening to them...Lets see to its nothing!" Not waiting for a response Remus straightened his coat and strode off in search of his missing not really acquaintance.

A glare from the multicolored, and multi-limbed eyes shot to the white haired boy for a moment.
"It would behoove you to listen, meatures," Dracmon remarked.

Nadica squeezed her eyes closed, her head falling into her hands for only a second. Pabumon began to slip, but the girl's elbows began to squeeze, and gripped the soapy Digimon, not letting the young one fall. A moment later, she looked up, giving a determined glare to the floating figure, with her hair all in her face. Still, she was sweating lightly, feeling alone against the gaze of Dracmon's four eyes.
"Okay..." Nadica began, attempting to steady her voice, "You obviously want to say something, or you would have already left."

Meanwhile in the Real World...

Isaiah sat on the bus ride home by himself thinking in the back seat. How am I going to beat Todd's new armor in the game? He may be the best but there has to be a weakness to exploit with my teleporting. Only my short range is no good against his...
A rumble from his small blue gym bag interrupted his thoughts as the bus halted at his stop.
That was strange. Isaiah thought. But it was probably just the contents shifting.
He got up and walked off the bus saying goodbye to a few classmates on the way out. He still had to walk a flight of stairs to get to his street but he felt good to be out of school. He reached into his bag after the first step to make sure everything was in place. All the index cards were wrapped in their rubber band still. His planner was there, so was the Gameboy SP that he brought for the ride but didn't use anyway. The pencil and pen were both in the bottom so he put it out of his mind and stepped back off so he could race up the stairs.

As Isaiah bounded over the last stair at full speed in attempt to beat his prior times the bag shook again. He didn't take note of it as he was breathing deeply on his few steps to his home. The little white house with four windows and a purple door lodged between two brick houses was where his journey ended. He had a half hour before his parents would get home. That left plenty of time to relax with his pastime, computer gaming.

As he closed the door and entered into the living room the bag through itself off of his shoulder and shook around on the ground.
"Wow!" Isaiah exclaimed. "Is there an animal in there?"
He drew close with caution. His mind raced because he had just checked the bag a few minuets ago. He didn't think the bag could have gotten something inside. He reached down and opened it up and looked inside. He saw nothing unusual and sat on the black couch and looked again.
"Nothing in here should move." Isaiah said aloud. "Unless the game turned on."
He picked up the SP and flipped it open causing a bright light to snatch him and his bag up.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Isiah hit the ground softly and sprung himself up while still in a daze. He couldn't make it all out but it seemed like a forest. There was a group of people around a strange creature. It seemed devilish to him. Then he felt something hit his shoe.
"Down here!" cried a small voice. "Your late! We are missing all the excitement!
"What? Isaiah replied to the little green ball. It had a tail and a small horn upon its head, and it bounced excitedly as he talked to it.
"I'll make it quick so we don't miss more! I'm Zerimon but my friends call me Eleazer. I think they do at least. That is if I have friends. Where was I?" said Eleazer. This confused Isaiah more.
"I don't know where your at, and I don't know where I am either. I'm Isaiah, lets be friends little guy. We both could use one about now."
"That sounds great Isaiah! But don't call me little, I'll have you know...." the Zerimon stopped. It looked at the other children and Digimon and back at Isaiah. "Well if I knew I would tell you but I don't so lets go!"
Isaiah nodded his head still confused and followed the hyperactive Digimon to the others still in view.

We waited in the clearing for what seemed like hours, and in that time, I showed Alan a small body of water in the place, and he decided to draw me next to it. I have no idea why he brought art tools to a place like this, but... maybe he just didn't have a choice, or something. "So... they should be here by now, right?" I asked Alan, who as usual, shrugged. What was unusual, however, was the fact that he actually spoke, as well, this time "Dunno. Maybe they found some sort of mission to do in the forest, and we're just getting left out of everything," I was surprised by him speaking, but then just assumed that it meant he was more comfortable around me than he was, earlier. Once the picture was done, I headed off towards a particularly large tree, of course, knowing this place, it could have just as easily been a moderately large tree, or even a somewhat small one. "Well, this place doesn't have much going for it. This tree's pretty neat, though," I explained to Alan as he approached the tree. He sat under it for a while before finally saying "Yeah, I wonder where the others are. I mean, at least over here, we won't have to listen to that guy talk our ears off," I gave my best try at a shrug, and decided it would be best to just wait back at the edge of the clearing, just in case someone decided to actually try to find us. Of course, I could tell that Alan preferred to be alone, but, let's face it, we'd just be the blind leading the blind here, nobody would get anywhere, and we'd get there slowly.

We continued waiting for the others, and then it finally hit Alan "They're not going to head in this direction. We have to go check on them, at least," I tried to protest, but he picked me up, and headed in, anyways. "Alan... why can't we just wait longer? I'm sure they'll get here, soon enough..." I tried to tell him, but he answered with "I'm not sure they will. Besides, what if they're in a fight with that thing?" I would have said something about how I probably won't be much help in a fight right now, given just how weak I feel, but it seemed like they were all in the same boat as I was. The other creatures, the 'non-meatures' as I knew them, or, us? Either way, they all seemed to be at about the same strength level, that is, none, so the only way to beat something like him would be through numbers... which wouldn't work when one group has wandered off. I then just secretly hoped that they'd be able to at least stall until we can get there to... sort of... help...? Alan held onto me during the entire time where we retraced our steps to get back to the original clearing, and... thankfully, no fight was happening. He nudged me a few times once we got there, as if trying to ask me something without having to say anything, and I gave him a confused look. He then whispered "Well? Apologize. You were the one who convinced me to leave this place... apologize to everyone," that's when I figured out what the nudging was about, and I finally said "I'm sorry, everyone. I thought we were leaving, but we weren't. I'm sorry for trying to split up the group," I hoped that was enough, though, it didn't seem like we were that close to begin with, so... maybe it'll be forgotten about just as quickly.

Remus and Zuromon wandered about the forest in a clockwise fashion, circling around where they left the teasing creature and the rest of the group, that way they would be able to spot the boy who wandered off without getting completely separated from the rest of the group while at least attempting to search for there missing companion. "Despite making such a big deal about it I guess I was not all that prepared for a search and possible rescue huh?" "In all honesty I would not have really even thought of bothering, Sure that Dracmon was getting on my nerves-" Remus smirked and thought about bringing up the notion that judging by Zuromon's somewhat gelatinous nature if she even had nerves to be bothered but he kept it to himself since if anything it might affect her feelings. "Our chances of getting lost in our search where quite high, especially for a person we know little about." "I suppose I thought about that possibility and the more we are out here I realize that it was not the most well thought out plan but if we did find him gratification can certainly-" "Hush pet! I think I heard something!" "Oh I'm the pet!? Your the one-" "I said hush pet!" Zuromon hissed and with that Remus decided to zip his lips.

Coming into View was Alan and his creature, seemingly unharmed, Remus wanted to call out or say something but Zuromon seemed cross with him already just for being out here so he kept quite even in his approach back to the clearing where Dracmon and the others gathered. The duo leaned up against a tree and awaited for the Dracmon to regail them with more taunts but hopefully something worth listening to.

Isaiah and Eleazar made their way into the group and came within 10 feet of the floating 4 eyed creature.
"What is it?" asked Isaiah aloud.
"It's one of us, sort of." responded Eleazar. "Don't be afraid, if it wanted to attack it would have."
Isaiah nodded at his Digimon before looking at the other people with little creatures around them. They seemed to be in the same situation he was in and probably would be no help, but the floating 4 eyed thing should be able to help.
"Who are you and why are we here" Isaiah asked Dracmon.

The floating Digimon gave a wicked grin as the boy approached with the Zerimon in tow.
"Ooh, observant ones, aren't we?" declared the Digimon with a somewhat forceful tone, arms thrust forward rapidly.
Visibly startled, Nadica fell back, now huddled on the ground, giving a shudder. Pabumon slipped from her arms, and jittered on the ground for a moment, before continuing to silently effervesce.
"I am Dracmon," he introduced himself more specifically, "And you're here because something's wrong. Guess you have to fix it. Too bad."

Remus tilted an eyebrow at the creature referring to itself as Dracmon, his interest piqued "Wrong? What could be so wrong that you need us, complete strangers in a strange land to fix it? How are we even suppose to go about fixing it and more importantly, whats in it for us?" When Remus referred to "us" he was speaking about himself and Zurumon, he still remembered what she had said to him when he met her "You and I are going to accomplish great things." He certainly wanted to return to familiar grounds but really what was waiting for him? More roads to walk and alleys to slink through? A few odd jobs for chump change only to have to beat some random scum and turn the tables around on a potential mugging. A life always under the radar hiding from a wrathful woman lusting for money that only his name currently held and he himself had and would never actually hold? Besides here he at least had someone or more precisely something who thought he had a good head on his shoulders, since she seemed to be fond of them enough to lounge around them all day. "Why should we even bother with your problem when we should be finding a way home."

Isaiah was about to speak when Eleazar started. "I think this might be your way home."
"I was going to say the same thing!" exclaimed Isaiah. "That's freaky."
"Eh, happens to me all the time." replied the Zerimon.
"So are you the problem we need to fix, you look evil enough." stated Isaiah. "Between all of us we should be able to handle you!"
Eleazar jumped up startled at what he heard. "Were not digivolved yet! What powers do you humans have to damage Dracmon?"

The floating Digimon began to giggle, then chuckle. Soon, he broke into a loud, boisterous, if not maniacal laugh.
"Hehe, hehehe, HAHAHAHA! Meatures are a hoot," he mused to himself, letting out a sigh to regather his spend breath, "No, fighting me won't do anything. Yes, you get to go home if you can fix things, maybe. To the north," he began, pointing in the direction behind him, "Castles have appeared, overnight. That's not too unusual. But the armies of Undead Digimon that ushered forth from their gates and began devouring all Digimon in their path, well... you see where I'm going with this," he then pointed with his left arm straight out, "The nearest village is east of here. About ninety kilometers away. Have fun."

"Thanks I guess." replied Isaiah. He then turned to the rest of them. "So are we all going that way, or should we not trust this things direction?"

"Well, he's the only lead we've got, we might as well follow, right?" I said with my best imitation of a shrug. Said imitation was so poor that it only served to remind me that I no longer possessed limbs. I really hoped that would change soon. I would have headed north, leaving the others behind again, however, Alan picked me up, and whispered "Do I have to remind you that they're our only allies right now? Please, stay with the group," I decided to not fight him and just wait until HE headed north, all the while, the rest were just standing there, looking at 'dracmon' as he talks and belittles us. I had enough free time to notice something a bit weird about this place... we were outside, yet, the air didn't really seem 'fresh', so to speak. It almost seemed artificial, or, possibly even alien, and, finally, once I was sure everyone was done listening, I reiterated my point "We might as well head north... it's the only direction that MAY lead to something," through this, I pointed out that pretty much none of us knew where we were going, or where we were supposed to be. I then recalled something that he just said... something about castles appearing overnight, and how that supposedly not unusual for this place, that the unusual thing was the undead ... digimon? Was that what they were called? That odd name almost reminded me of something else, but, the main thing was that, if these were robots, or some sort of thing made of code... how could there BE undead? You can rebuild a robot, or turn it off and on and it wouldn't be some undead monstrosity, right? Maybe I was just missing the point, and there was some other reason they called them undead, even if they technically weren't.

(GodsI am sorry comrades, things have been dificult and I will leave it at that, I'll offer an extra push to get this ball rolling instead of holding it in place like I have been)

*Meanwhile on Namek*
Remus stewed in his own thoughts as the others where desperate for direction in truth so was he, thousands of ideas and theories swept through him yet he chose to remain silent on them, he finally snapped out of his fugue and turned North "Well we are but lost lambs and have been given a direction, if we were to rely on our own wit and knowledge of this place we are more than likely to end up slaughtered either way! I say since the only thing we have to lose is the riveting familiarity of this one area we have stayed in and our lives so if anyone is with me on the possibilities of something new I'll take the first step!"

After some time, and the Dracmon's apparent disappearance, Nadica stood, slowly, holding the fizzing Pabumon against her chest.
"Either way, something is better than nothing, right?"

"I'm heading North, what else is there to do." said Isaiah. He and his followed behind those already going. Jumped into his arms as they walked along.
"Any good stories to share?" said Eleazar aloud. "My favorite is the time I ate a whole watermelon, or was it a grapefruit. Maybe it was a soft gourd. Nah it was probably a watermelon. Now I don't remember what I was trying to say. So anybody have anything to talk about?"
