He frowned a little. "Look, I don't even know who you are, we're two different people. You're only a monster if-"

He was cut off by a voice through some kind of microphone that rang out through all the cells.

"All individual subjects are to come quietly to the examination room. Any hostile action towards any staff and you will be terminated."

All the cell doors opened at once.

"What's going on?" He could hear a lot of footsteps approaching.

"Thats them." She said.

He glanced at her confused and then walked to the opening of the cell to look down the hall. A group of men and women wearing full sets of some kind of futuristic looking armour were checking each cell. He was intrigued to see what was going to happen to them.

I stop all communications immediately at the sudden startle. Compliance will do fine, I have no other choice. I will be sure to stay away from the red haired girl with that guy...come to think of it, I will avoid both for now.

"Here, put on these cuffs. Before you ask, they stop you from circulating energy and will shock you if you try." said a, presumably staff member, that came to my door.

Jen stood up and put her glove back on. She walked out of the cell as well.
"She's fed," noted one of the scientists.

Two of the armoured men came to their cell. Kiiros grinned at the one who approached him. "Aw, is it bed time already?" The man ignored him and placed cuffs on him that were as cold as ice. He winced at the biting cold from the strange metal.

Jen showed the gloves she had on to one of the guards.
"Its ok, just use regular cuffs." She said, sounding defeated.

David awoke in his cell. He has been here for awhile. He needed power. He needed to escape. To get outside. To be free.

Katherin looked up at the sound of the voice through the PA system. She hadn't been expecting that. Were they already having trouble with mutants? She didn't plan on fighting anyone. She shivered at the cold feel of the halls as the guard as guided her down the hall. She heard doors opening. She assumed the others would follow her to the exam rooms. What were they being examed for? Just to see who was health and what they could do? That would make sense she supposed. She let the guard lead her sense she didn't know where they were going. She was pushed onto an examine table.

"Each of you will be given a tracker. This way we can keep track of you when you leave the facility. You will only leave the facility for missions. Missions will be assigned according to skills and abilities which we will evaluate next. But first we want to see what we have to work with." The guard explained.

Kiiros was lead to an examination table to which he assumed he was suppose to lay down on. He stared at the table with defiance. "Don't you have something more comfortable?" The guard once again didn't respond. 'Must be one of those strong and silent type freaks.' He sat on the table and noticed other mutants were here as well. Kiiros looked to the guard that lead him here with a smirk. "Are you my doctor? I didn't realize I had a prostate exam due." He couldn't see the guards expression due to the helmet he was wearing, but he did tense. "I suggest you keep your jokes to yourself and listen to the instructions given to you." He sounded like a police officer. Kiiros looked to a guard in the centre of the room.

"Each of you will be given a tracker. This way we can keep track of you when you leave the facility. You will only leave the facility for missions. Missions will be assigned according to skills and abilities which we will evaluate next. But first we want to see what we have to work with." The guard explained.

'That's a little invasive.' He thought.

Damien woke up in his cell-like room. He got caught by powering on one of his light shows for a bit too long, and as police busted in, he must have got reported, it was kind of obvious that night. Damien hated hiding his powers, it was a bother trying to conceal his gifts. He looked over into the cell opposite. One timid girl and one red haired dude, who frankly looked a bit psycho. Damien saw the winged girl as he walked in yesterday. Everyone was so... different, but they were all binded together by their powers. "We have to be here for something..." Damien thought. He hear the PA announcement and kindly complied with the guard. Unfortunately, they still put cuffs on him. "Damn...".

Once everyone was brought to the exam room, he could get a good look at people. This was an interesting bunch indeed, and Damien didn't want to rule himself out as an exception. When the head guard finished the first part of his examination, Damien wanted to find out more of the why than the what, but he couldn't raise his hand because of the damned cuffs, so he simply nodded upwards to try and catch the guy's attention. "Yo! Hi there, couple of questions, uhmmmmm, why are we here? And why would it be anything the police or army can't handle? You caught us well enough." Damien spoke a bit quicker than normal people and he used hand gestures to highlight everyone else captured when he said "we" and "us" as well as to the guards and the guy that was talking when he said "police" and "army". To Damien, saying what they're doing here isn't justification as to why they're being held under a fucking government facility by weirdo scientists and jackass security guards, it was oppressing.

"You are here because you are different. We don't understand those differences but we aim to do so. Some of you have been easier to catch then others. But most of you are very dangers. Because of this the missions given you would be deemed too dangerous for humans." the head guard explained. "The scientist in charge of this will draw your blood, place the tracker in your blood, ask you what you can do. You will be given physical, mental, and skill test to see how we can best use you."

Damien thought about it. Maybe this guy was for real maybe not. "Well then, let's get it done, thank you for answering my question, I thought someone was going to hit me in the head and tell me to be quiet." he explained with a smirk.

Each mutant was put on a exam table. The were no dividers so the whole process could be seen by everyone. An older man came into the room. He went straight to Katherin. She sat up straight. She had never seen a doctor so she was more curious then scared. The older man grabbed her wing and pulled it until she cried out. His roughness didn't really surprise her but she hadn't been expecting it. He took out a need and grabbed her arm roughly. She didn't fight him but she looked at the others looking for reassurances. She wasn't sure why she thought they would reassure her but she hoped one of them would say or do something.

Damien tried not to struggle, until he got strapped to an exam table. "Hey! What the hell! This was just some sort of shot right? What the fuck!?" Damien yelled. He watched as the scientist went to the girl with the wings. He winced as she cried out. That... THIS wasn't right! "HEY! Cut it out man!" He called to the scientist, who blatantly ignored him. Damien could do nothing else but watch and struggle against the restraints. "Yo! Angel girl!" He couldn't call her anything better. "Look at me! It will be over before you know it. Just ignore them!" He didn't like seeing people in pain and when the doctor pulled on her wing, Damien didn't expect the injection to be much more pleasurable.

Katherin looked at the boy that called out to her. She gave him a shaky smile. She was glad that someone had said something. She didn't know why the guards or the scientist felt like they had to be so rough. No one was fighting them. She stiffened her spine. What the boy said was true. It would be over soon. She just had to get through this. "My name is Katherin Winter." The scientist jabbed the needle into her arm and she winced but tried to react. She was scared now.

"Yes. The tracker is in a shot but we need to give each of you an extensive physical. Some of you have never seen a doctor." The scientist explained. Katherin blushed. She looked down knowing he meant her. With the shot out of the way. The doctor began to check her over. He wasn't shy or gentle as he checked her over. There was little doubt she would have bruises when he was done.

David watched the scientists mistreat the girl named Katherine. His eyes narrowed and he made a tight fist. When he esapes, he is going to kill that bastard."This is inhuman.." David said looking at the scientist. "You people are mosnters. Were still humans..' David looked at the others who introduced themselves/ "My name is David Markova.."

"You are not human. Humans can not do the things you do. She"The doctor indicated to Katherin. Her shoulders dropped. She was the most different of the group. The others could blend in but she would never be able to. "isn't even close to human. She doesn't look anything like a human. She can't even pretend to be human."

"The name's Damien." The boy replied with a smile to the girl with the angel wings. Another "subject" stood up and talked against the doctor as well. But what enraged Damien the most (which is hard to do) is the scientist's response. "Katherine isn't LESS human! She's special, we all are. None of us you got here can ever pretend to be real humans! We're EVOLUTION! Not lesser animals!" Damien snapped back with an ardent passion that could only be matched by a roaring forest fire.

Kiiros found the little feud going on amongst the 3 mutants and doctors from the other side of the room to be highly amusing to watch. He didn't notice one of the doctors had approached him until he saw the glint of a needle in his peripheral. Instantly his aggressive nature made him react and he spun the doctor around to choke him with the chains of his cuffs. His pupils turning to thin slits like that of a reptile which threw the guards off for a second, being unaware of this specific 'ability' of his and unsure of what it indicates. Kiiros clearly had the intent to kill burning in his eyes "Nah-ah-ah. Not going to be that easy Doc." He had a wide toothy grin. Immediately 6 guards trained their guns on him. He frowned at them. 'If it was just one, I could probably dodge the bullet, but it seems these guys know a little bit about my reflexes.' He let go of the doctor who then gasped for air and backed away as far as possible from him. "It's not like I was going to kill him." He had a smug look on his face. A different doctor roughly grabbed his arm and injected the tracker into him. He winced a little. Holding his arm, he looked at the doctor "What if I cut my arm off right now?" The man was expressionless and bluntly told him "We'll just inject it again." Kiiros scoffed. The doctor gave him an intense stare. "I advise you to be more cooperative, or else your stay here will be most unpleasant." Kiiros stared back at him and gave no response. The guards remained by him with their guns ready.
