@HylianRose All I know in terms of timeframe is how Sylvia relates to the other characters. We established at some point OOC during the original RP that Sylvia was the third PC to join echo, after Shae and Kaalia (in that order). As Kaalia hasn't shown up yet, I suppose that would make Sylvia the second to join.

Xander has probably been with the Echo for about a month or so. (Also I'll be making his CS a little prettier for the Char tab _{because it's totally necessary})

That also brings the question of (going back to how long people have been in ECHO) of ECHO's age, which I don't know if we formally decided on. Unless my memory is simply slipping me again.

EDIT: All I have on Isa is that she joined a few years after Echo's creation which would mean after Sylvia according to what DP said. Which, I'm more than happy to change depending on the age of ECHO. Which, will mostly depend on one of it's founding members, Shae.

Remember that canonically, there have been other Harps so ECHO would need to be at the very least a generation or so old, so maybe 30 years? It could be more or less depending on the age of the first Harp, I'm going to assume that this Harp is the 2nd Harp.

Linta would have been there for about six months. She's still getting used to the whole "people" and "English" thing.

I'll adjust Shae's age so expand the window of time Echo has been around for. But it's a rather 'new' organization, perhaps just over twenty years or so.

EDIT: Shae was 21 when she joined Echo, and I adjusted her age to 38, leaving 17 years for Echo to have been around.

@HylianRoseLemme edit mine. Vern has been a part of Echo for about 6 Years, joining at 19 like most of the newly employed workers on his homestead. However, it was after two years in which he actually got into the combat side of the job, orginally being a weapon designer and repairman. It was after the group of surrounding Islands, which was about 5 small village and town-sized atolls, had fallen prey to the Lost when he began getting into the Hunting Business, so technically 4 Years on the Field. He's, as pointed out, still not known as much because of his slow progression during the start of his career in fighting and combat.
